This is my second new vehicle purchase at this business and I was treated wonderfully and professionally in both instances. I am surprised at the other yelp reviews that seem to totally contradict my experiences. I just purchased a new 2016 Ford Fusion which they gave me a fantastic deal on (I am in sales folks and know a deal) plus they gave me all the money and then some for my trade in. I think that Bill Dube Ford Toyota Scion is the place for purchasing your new vehicle. I have also had great service in their Quick Service facility next door.

Thank you Eric for accommodating my busy schedule and delivering test drive cars to me in Portsmouth and for getting my truck reviewed so that I didn't have to wait around. Jerry the final negotiator was great at getting me to the bottom line and making it work for me. I will be back down the road, maybe to buy one of those hot new mustangs (if my wife lets me that is).

I have brought my 2002 Toyota Camry XLE to Dube Ford / Toyota regularly since 2002. They've never made a mistake or done anything less than an outstanding job. The staff are to be noted for their listening ability when I bring the car in and explain what I think might be wrong or need checking. When I arrived at Bill Dube Ford, Andy Boston immediately greeted me. He was friendly, helpful, and determined to make sure I walked (or drove) away with what I was looking for. He ensured that all of my questions were answered with confidence and detail. At no point in my visit did I feel pressured to make a purchase however confident that I was making the right one. This experience erased the idea that many buyers have about dealers and dealerships. In no way did I feel that Andy was only doing it for his dime or convenience. I will NEVER use another dealership or dealer. Andy's efficiency and positive attitude made the experience and atmosphere stress free and enjoyable while I made the decision to drive away in my RAV4. When we went inside to figure out the logistics of the purchase Andy showed his strong will to have me leave in the car I fell in love with. He worked with his management and financial team and together they created exactly the deal that I was looking for. I don't have amazing credit and they made the phone calls and sacrifices to make sure that I was happy. I would also like to mention how attentive and welcoming the Bill Dube Quick Lane is. Since I had my last car I have been going there and like I said about the dealership, I will NEVER go to another location for a service. Thank you Bill Dube and a HUGE thank you to Andy Boston!! I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I usually purchase a vehicle every 2-3 years, and will certainly be back. Bill, Kendra, and Samantha were super helpful in the purchase of my first Ford ever! They helped me with all of my F-150 pricing/option(s) questions via phone before even arriving at the dealership. Once at the dealership, two of their sales managers: Donna and Michael helped me work out the financial details, getting to a number that worked for everyone. They understood my situation, and were very effective in working with me. Josh in the business/finance department, was very knowledgeable with all of the finite details, and put my mind at ease with the stress of buying a car. I would like to praise a special person in my car's life. His name is Dan Bergeron and I have known him for twenty plus years. I first meet Mr. Bergeron at Portsmouth Ford. He was the most Knowledgeable service person there. He would go out of his way to explain any and all problems my vehicle had. He was always clear and told me the truth of what had to be repaired immediately and problems that needed fixing but not right now. After many years of outstanding service I followed Mr. Bergeron to Hampton Ford. He continued to serve all four of my Fords. My vehicle is a 2012 Expedition. We know with age comes problems with anyone's vehicle. Mr. Bergeron is trustworthy and overseas my vehicle from drop off to pick up. This commitment takes time and effort while dealing with other customers, job tasks, and every day requirements of the job. Now Mr. Bergeron has moved to Dover Bill Dubes.

Once again he is my amazing service person. He is always friendly when I call him about a car problem . He stays calm and talks me through the problems I list off to him. I'm blessed to have found an outstanding service person for all my vehicles. Thank you again Mr. Bergeron for your honesty , service , and friendship.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I went in to buy a 2016 Tacoma truck. We negotiated an agreed price on paper for a specially ordered configuration. I go to the dealership with full cash payment in hand only to have the price switched on me. Their excuse was that the SALES MANAGER who finalized my deal, Donna - someone who said they had 30+ years experience with the dealership, made a mistake on pricing. Therefore, the customer had to eat the cost for their mistake. Ann, another sales manager, was less than courteous, and basically told us to take it or leave it. Keep in mind, I had waited a month for this truck's delivery, and they had this same amount of time to realize their mistake, contact me, and to work something out.

BUYER BEWARE when going to Bill Dube Ford Toyota. They do NOT honor written contracts even when they are given out by management - it is basically what ever the finance department wants to charge that very moment to meet their numbers. I will be filing a formal complaint with Toyota Corporate offices. This really looks bad for the Toyota brand if they condone these type of practices when selling cars.

Debbie Dube - if you can make this right, I'll reconsider this review and my discussion with Corporate because I believe in second chances and good business relationships.

My car died last weekend (RIP, mainly to my sanity) and I knew immediately I needed a new car and I wanted a Ford. I went to this Ford dealership and worked with David Azzo to get the Ford Fusion I wanted. He was really thorough and made the seemingly stressful process of buying a car a lot easier. I also worked with Karin (hope I spelled that right!) in financing, she was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns as well, and helped us to get the best price for our warranty. Both were very patient with me when they could see I was getting a little stressed over the first time financing a vehicle. Will continue to bring my new car here for all my needs! - AW

I would highly recommend choosing this dealership for your new or used car purchases. The salesman, Brian, and Joel in the finance department bent over backwards to make an excellent deal happen for me that no other dealership could match. The whole time I was treated with dignity and respect and because of that, drove away with my new car that night. While I swore to my husband if I bought a car there I wouldn't have it serviced there because it's in an area I don't normally frequent, by the end of the sale I felt as if I'd been adopted into their family and wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced. This is a family owned business and that sense of belonging just resonates the whole car buying experience when you're doing business with them.

I was in a terrible deal for years with a Nissan dealership and still, after 4 years, upside down on a car I had been unhappy with since day 1. Brian Doyle from Bill Dube saved the day. I have had nothing but good experiences with these guys. I have a 2003 Tacoma and I do all basic work myself, ( oil changes and whatnot) but I knew it was time to get all the big things checked out as the mileage is getting near 150,000.

I had them do a comprehensive evaluation of what needs to be done to keep it running for the next 150, 000. I felt that they caught some major problems before they got worse and offered sound advice of things to consider without being pushy. Got my truck back and could not be happier.

Most people think I am crazy going to a dealer, but for me I feel good knowing that it is done right even if it cost a little more.

-5! Horrible service! ladies, don't get your car serviced by yourselves, they will have you chasing your tail! I bought my car from them last Sunday, I heard a ticking, I called service on that Monday, took it to get serviced Thursday and the service dept. told me they couldn't hear anything and told me it was the car seat(no, my boyfriend is a mechanic and told me it was the CV joint). The service dept. told me to come back when the noise got louder. I went back less than week later to sogn my loan, they didn't fill my tank up like they said and I tried to return the car because I was walked over by sales and service.

Worked with Maria and Kendra over the phone as I was over an hour away. They gave me a 1 day deal, but by the end of our negotiations the banks had closed. We agreed I would come up in two days for the same deal. They were nice to work with.
I show up for the deal. I immediately notice the truck has 3k extra miles on it. I specifically talked about the milage on the phone before coming. I'm told it is part of the certification process to put miles on the car (I later find out this is BS). We take it to a 3rd party mechanic. They find an oil leak between transmission and engine, they specify in front of salesperson Tyler that it is NOT from oil service. This is a certified pre-owned btw. I get back and another sales person Jerry say they will look into oil leak but are very dismissive and try to discredit the mechanic. After an hour of back and forth over tires that are 4/32, they come out with the cost and it isn't the negotiated price. Again, need to argue my side and what I was told. It was very disorganized and frankly didn't like being lied to over certain things. At this point I'm with a 3rd salesperson who is nice and I honestly felt bad for.
The next day they came back and told me the oil leak was from a "sloppy oil service", that they did when they certified it? Anyway I killed the deal with a lower counter offer. Wouldn't trust this dealer.

Not impressed the parts department at all they should terminate all their parts department employees and start over from scratch all of them are rude not customer-focused. However the Personnel in the service department are extremely nice. One thing that people might not be aware of is that bill to be typically overcharges for all their parts typically 10 to 20% more than the other Ford dealerships around so like they say let the buyer beware

If I could give 10 stars I would! My experience the last few days was short of Amazing! I signed papers at a local Toyota dealer who was ordering me the 2019 Tacoma Sport Double Cab in Calvary blue this past Saturday. After pushing me hard to buy either the same truck in cement color or off-road in Calvary blue which they had on their lot, I said I want them to order it in Sport edition in Calvary blue. The sales manager said the truck would be there by Wednesday after signing papers and $500 deposit. They wouldn t budge much on their offering price.
I was on my phone for hours trying to find my dream truck in stock. I called dealers in Massachusetts ex. Herb Chambers and Bock. No one had it in Calvary blue but could order it but price was more than what Rochester was offering. I even called Berlin City Toyota in Portland and a dealer in Saco and no one had it.
I happen to see late Sunday before heading out of town for a few days Bill Dube offering the same model for less. I called and spoke to a lovely lady answering the phone by the name of Lisa who had me speak to sales manager Michael. Michael said as long as I haven t left the lot with the truck, I could back out of the deal from the other dealer and still get my $500 deposit back. He said I can get that truck for you in Calvary blue with Tonneau cover, moon roof, JBL speakers and leather seats for the same sales price on similar trucks on his lot . I was stunned!!! Not only was I paying almost $500 less than the competitor but also an upgrade in trim package.
I gave him a deposit over the phone while driving to NY and he said I would receive a call when it came in. On Tuesday I was contacted by a lovely sales associate by the name of Brooke. She said my truck was there and I told her I could stop by Wednesday to sign papers and take the truck home. Later that afternoon, she sent me a video showing the truck inside and out. I thought that was awesome to show me a video of my new truck while I was several hundreds of miles away in New York.
Finally when I came Wednesday morning to pick up my new truck, I bought Lisa, Brooke and Michael lunch which consisted of freshly made lobster rolls from Newicks to show my deep appreciation for them to go out of their way to find my dream truck. Also, Matt E. was nice. Sales associate Brooke took the time to explain everything on how my new truck operates. She even spent time hooking up my iPhone to blue tooth and Entune which was something I thought I would have to do on my own and saved me hours of my precious time!
Lastly, I purchased my Camry from Bill Dube on 6/24/1998. Yes 1998! And it was signature and title by a Deborah Dube VP. I guess many years ago she must have been the VP. These associates treated me like family! I will do all my service with them as well as recommend friends and when my wife s 2012 Honda CRV needs replacement, I will contact these very friendly associates at Bill Dube who I know will deliver this same experience to purchase a Rave in the future. They treat you like family!! Never had that experience in my 54 years and of buying multiple cars. Bye bye Honda!!

Very disappointing buying experience. Thankfully I got up and left without money changing hands.

The ordeal had the stench of a "bait and switch". I was given a price on a vehicle. I go in and continue working with the salesman to then learn that the vehicle was sold (which is OK, because I dragged my feet a few days and knew the risks. This piece I am NOT upset about.). We began looking at alternatives and found a different vehicle that would fit what I was looking for. Then over comes a sales manager with the salesman I was working with. I then learn that the price I was given COULD NOT be honored because a mistake was made in counting one of the rebates twice. The Sales Manager even made a comment that she couldn't even sell that vehicle to her brother for that price. Apologies were made up and down, but nothing was done to try and make it right by the customer (me). To try and salvage something, I offered to buy a vehicle they had on their lot so as to not have to involve a dealer transfer. I knew this vehicle has been sitting there for quite some time. I upped my price above what initially drove me to Bill Dube and asking they try and meet me half way - to try to make up for their "mistake". Nothing doing. $500 extra is all I got.

I feel bad for the salesman - I was looking forward to doing business with him. Clearly this sale was lost due to mistakes/malfeasance in the back office deal room. Bill Dube Ford had an opportunity to win over a new customer (having never done business with them - or Ford for that matter). A failure to try and correct it and make it right by a customer with a checkbook in hand is disappointing.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from dealerships and this purchase was smooth as can be... I had searched all of the US for a specific Tahoe and found it at Bill Dube in NH. It was under the mileage and price I was looking for and got a good deal. We flew out from Peoria, IL to pick up my new ride and drove it back nearly 1,300 miles. . Daniel Reed and Jonathan Bowman were excellent. I had my financing set up prior to my arrival, Daniel had his driver Paul to pick us up from the Airport who was absolutely the best :) Jonathan sealed the deal making paperwork super easy. They even gave us 2 boxes of girl scout cookies which i thought was funny... So my new trucks name is Scout which is fitting because she is also green. I love my new ride and I feel like with my 1 month search of a specific vehicle, got a great deal. Thank you.

Very good experience, start to finish. My car was hit and totaled so I needed a new vehicle. I did some research online, scheduled a test drive at Bill Dube, and got the vehicle I wanted with no hassle, no pushy salesman, and no run around - exactly how I like it. The salesman, David Azzo, was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I ended up in the car I wanted. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and my experience at Bill Dube Ford.

Buyer beware!! could not more appropriately describe my experience with Bill Dube Ford. I was sold an extended service plan/warranty (ESP) with my F150 back on 4/5/20. Long story short, the Finance Manager, (I ll allow to remain nameless) sold me a ESP. He told me the truck would be covered for an additional 84 months or 100,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the expiration of the certified pre-owned warranty (48 months or 48,000) This was at the very least, a HUGE MISREPRESENTATION. The warranty actually starts when the vehicle was originally purchased. That was three years ago by another party. He sold me a warranty that covered the truck when I didn t even own the vehicle! I won t get into the contract that he re-wrote without my permission (appears to be done with whiteout, I have copies). I finally received a refund for $1658, that was my cost BTW, today. It almost wasn t worth the aggravation, which is what I think they bank on. I ve filed a complaint with Ford Motor Co. and the NH Attorney s General Office. BUYER BEWARE!!

Enjoyed my second buying experience at Bill Dube; purchased a brand new 4Runner TDR Pro for my wife. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Andy Boston, a true professional who demonstrated a very real interest in not just making a sale, but making it a good experience. There is no reason to shop around the Seacoast area for a Toyota (or a Ford, for that matter), Bill Dube is your place, and Andy's your salesperson!

Had a great experience at Bill Dube Ford. Worked directly with Rich and found he was willing to work to get the exact truck I wanted, and I was very particular about what I wanted (which had frustrated other dealers). My only criticism is that there were some long wait periods because of how busy they were and snow cleanup going on, probably could use some additional staff to handle the overload. All the numbers matched what was discussed and the process was smooth. What I liked the most was how personable the sales staff was- more fun than other dealers I've worked with.

Brian Doyle is an awesome salesman, kind, patient and not aggressive... totally understanding and extremely accommodating... Everyone here is really a delight to do business with... The Service Department of this Company is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I needed some things attended to and the Service Manager (Bill), and Mark and Dan went Above and Beyond to help me and did a superb and amazing job to accomplish all that was needed... I've lived a fair amount of years and never seen such an accommodating group of people... They totally stand behind their word and treat their customers like Royalty!!! I was between a F150 or a Tacoma and David was more than willing to bring out all variations of each truck and helped me putting my two car seats in each truck. He was personable, friendly, and when I decided on the Tacoma he helped me locate the exact one I wanted and coordinated the pick up of the truck because they didn t have the exact one I wanted. I was very impressed with this because other dealerships had tried to push me into one in their lot, but Dave made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back.

I could not get a call back for a week before I gave up on them . It was always "sorry we have been so busy". I was trying to get a particular vehicle quick anf if they where unable to do that i wish they would have told me in the first few days

Update12/24: Stays at one star after being enticed that Richard had been fired and that the new GM really wanted to make a deal to win my business back. After a few days of back and forth they just gohsted on me when I sent a final price match question. No reply.
First I must say that Ron in sales seems to be a stand up guy and treated me well. Richard, I believe he is a sales manager "who has been with ford for years", likes to talk big game but not follow through. Had talked about a price for a vehicle through email/on the phone and they promised to best Exeter Fords price no matter what. Interestingly enough they would NEVER put anything about prices in an email, where every other dealership in New England will. But the real issue was that they wanted to rip me off on my trade in. When I tell them I expected more for my trade iinall Richard did was rip up the paperwork and say he will let me know if they find a pre-owned vehicle that I was looking at. The issue was not the price of the vehicle, it was the valuation of the trade in. But he did not even bother to continue the conversation so I continued shopping elsewhere. Basically any other Ford dealership will give you a better price and treat you with more respect. Real professional organization... FYI I got what was reasonable for my trade in and bought a brand new car (actually nicer then what I was looking at, for less) at a different ford dealership. Stay away. Except say hi to Ron he was nice.

I was asking for a pretty low price on a new vehicle and the sales manager was very rude about it. Saying that asking for that price was unreasonable and insulting. I wasn't demanding it or anything like that. I told them that I would buy the car here right now if they could do it, otherwise I was going to look at another dealership. I was asking for $500 cheaper than what I already got offered at another dealership for the same exact vehicle. I left and they called me the next day saying they could give me the price I asked for! I guess it wasn't so unreasonable of a price request after all.

Typically we dread the car buying experience, but Eric and the staff at Bill Dube were wonderful and made the experience painless and stress-free. They answered all of our questions, took care of the small issue we found with the car immediately since we came from Portland, and gave us an excellent price. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership for your new or used car purchase.

Edited from 4 stars. After numerous request for a call back from Bill (service manager) 5 to be exact, I got a call today saying they were unable to help. That's so fine, it happens. The lack of communication, horrible customer service & attitude from the service staff leaves a lot to be desired. Reported them to Ford & Toyota corporations. I hope they replace their service staff management, I used to love this place.

Extremely unhappy with their service. Kept me waiting for two hours in the showroom after a deal had already been agreed to over the phone. Once the car arrived for me to pick up, the trade in offer was $2500 dollars under the previously agreed upon price. They said that the employee who had negotiated the deal was no longer with the company and would not honor the deal.

Amazing experience! Bought my 1st and 2nd cars at Bill Dube as a teen and had great experiences. I just bought a 2019 Ford Raptor special order with Bill LaGrange as the Salesperson. Of the 20 or so vehicles I've purchased in my life, the experience from start to finish was incredible. Bill Dube beat out other dealers in the area that were trying to get my business and Bill LaGrange made promises that he kept. Professional, personable and a great communicator.
