I have been coming here for years for manicures and pedicures! Tony does awesome pedicures, Phillip does great manicures! And so does Vin! They always treat you with respect and courtesy and always greet you with a smile. Thank you! #lovemillennium

Love it here. Great service on my spa pedicure, serene and calm atmosphere, even at the most crowded times.

I want to like this place because I like the surrounding area and I like their callus treatment but every time I've had my nails done here (4 times now), they literally chip within days.. even the shellac starts to peel within days. I've never had this happen before. I don't know if they are using old nail polish or if it's a storage issue, but I'm hesitant to go back and pay $80 for a mani/pedi that doesn't last.

I sent my wife here for a pedicure on Mother's Day last month. I visited the establishment to make sure that it was a nice place. I went ahead and paid for the "Millenium Pedicure" which is a 1 hr treatment. This was created in the form of a gift card. They expressed some confusion as to how to leave it under her name, but searched for an envelope, put the card in, and wrote her name on it (noting the system). In terms of the location, it was very clean and definitely had a spa feel. The staff at the front desk presented well and were well-kept. The location was a little difficult to find because it is located on the second floor of a plaza nestled between two other stores - so you can miss it easily. They do have signs to help you find it once you reach the door downstairs. That's where the good ends. My wife went for the service on the day of and there was a thunderstorm with tornado warning that came through about an hour before the appointment time. Needless to say, she arrived 15 minutes late for the appointment after driving through torrential downpour. She went in and gave her name. It took them some time to find the gift card under her name. Then, one of the ladies at the front desk rudely remarked "Well, you're 15 minutes late, so we'll just give you a 30 minute treatment." The issue here is while my wife was indeed late, it was the way that this front desk person treated her. Almost forgetting that my wife was a paying customer, the front desk attendant didn't check or say, "well let me see if we will be able to fit you in", or "you may need to reschedule" etc. She just assumed she could push her around and dictate what my wife would do. So my wife brought up that she still wanted the full treatment that I had paid for and was willing to reschedule if need be. It was at this point that another lady behind the desk stepped in and said, "Well let me see if the nail technician can do it." She actually offered to be helpful and even check. Of course, the nail technician said it was not a problem. Thankfully, the experience got better from there. The nail tech was great and really nice. After the treatment, my wife went up to the front and was about to walk out. The same rude lady said wait, let me make sure you're all set. She checked her computer and said, you're all paid up, would you like to leave a tip?! The nerve! Needless to say, there was no tip for the rude service my wife received. One note: when I researched this place, there were reviews where people talked about the mid-town location and how the employees who actually give the treatments were great but the front desk ladies are rude and not helpful. That is what prompted me to book at the Bannerman location. Obviously, that was a fail.

Phillip is the truth,! They need new chairs at the pedicure stations, but the new Bannerman location in September should take care of that concern.

The only place I will go and get my hair trimmed is here. They actually know how to do long layers and bangs correctly. I will drive an hour and 15 minutes just to get my hair done at this location

They are totally accommodating to the social distance requirements. I love that I feel safe and pampered ered! My feet, toes hands, hair and face are always treated with love and care here! The staff in every department are fantastic and always provide an extra personal touch. I m grateful to have such an amazing day spa in our community!

This is a review for the Millennium at Midtown. I've been there 3 times. The first time I went there, I had Annie and she did a good job on my spa pedicure. The second time, the technician did a horrible job on my polish and I had to come back and Michael did an awesome job. So I decided to give them another chance and went back again. I asked for Annie and had the pedicure express which is supposed to be 30 mins. She was done in less than 20 mins. She didn't push my cuticles, didn't put any soap when scrubbing my feet and was just in a complete hurry. I'm definitely not going back again.

I've always loved coming here to get my nails done. I've now added them as my hairdresser! I came here to have my hair cut yesterday and came back today for my nails. The staff is all so friendly and personable and they seriously make this stay-at-home mom feel pampered and relaxed in my otherwise crazy life! Couldn't say enough good things about them!

I have been a customer at Millennium for a while. They are always so courteous and willing to help. Gina, Tony, Michael, and Phillip (to name a few) are exceptional. Would not trust my nails to anyone else.

I gave my fiancee, my daughter and my future step daughter a half day package to enjoy together. I was told that they might have to get some services at different times (one doing nails while others getting a facial) due to staffing limits. I was fine with that, as long as they all got to enjoy the time together. They took my daughter and fiancee in first, but left her 13 year old daughter waiting in the lobby. The staff didn't tell her mom that she would be waiting - for over an hour! They didn't find out until they saw her still sitting there patiently waiting. I find that inexcusable. This was supposed to be discussing for all of them, to be relaxing, and instead it became stressful and made everyone upset. It would have made us feel better if they realized that they made a mistake (they made excuses) and tried to rectify the situation. Let me be clear though; the actual attendees taking care of the services were polite and wonderful. The fault was squarely on the desk staff for lack of planning and communication. We won't be going back and can't recommend this spa unfortunately.

I have an exceptional experience every time I go to Millennium Nail and Day Spa. The people are so warm and helpful. And every time I get my nails done there it never fails that I have people ask me constantly where I get them done. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience every time!

I like this place, its just too far out for me to go to on a regular basis. I was overcharged due ro a misunderstandingabout what service I was provided, but they corrected it.

Have been going to Millennium for years. The customer service is always great. Although, I can tell some of the equipment is starting to get old and a little worn. Other than that, its always a nice experience.

this place is horrible!!! please don't go ever. took them two hours to do a fill. and my nails are way shorter then i wanted them because they go so messed up that they jad to keep filling it down. they said we will five you a 10 discount after all that time and confusion. i said no this should be more the. 10. they made up that the discount is really 15 dollars after originally just saying it was 10 dollars. after i told her that i did agree she said " let me call the police ". so i wonder how many other people would have gotten that same treatment. i will never go here again! please don't waste you money!!!!!

Millennium is amazing. They're always booked & probably because they're Tallahassee, Florida's #1 Day Spa for 6 years running. The second you walk in the door, you're greeted with smiles, no matter how insanely busy they are at any given moment. My wife, our two sons, & I have services done on a regular basis. I highly recommend Millennium Nail & Day Spa.

I made a same day appointment and received a text confirmation. Drove 30 miles to location. Checked in at 5:50 pm for a 6 pm appointment. Other customers checked in and were called back. After 35 minutes of waiting I had to leave. Thanks for wasting my time.

Easy to book appointments online, plenty of parking, the location is on the second floor (elevator available), and it s really nice. Clean white interiors, sparkling clean, very upscale. Tina is a lovely nail tech, she did gel polish mani pedi for me before my wedding and it looked great and didn t chip for 2 weeks! Will definitely be back regularly.

We paid $400 for a couple massage. Sadly, and without disclosing to us, the unit/floor below the spa was currently under construction. We heard the sound of a drill for the majority of our 80 minute massage. They offered ear plugs which were not effective given the construction was right below us. The spa should, at a minimum, let customers know prior to booking their sessions. Not recommended until construction is complete. They told us it has been on-going for 2 years....

Awesome experience. First time there. I was greeted courteously and did not have to wait long for my first service. My hairdresser was knowledgeable and talented. Megan made my hair happy and look gorgeous. Gave me great tips for the aftercare and future care. Then on to the nails... Jon was great. Super friendly and talented as well. My toes, feet, legs, hands and nails are so thankful! I enjoyed the pampering. The spa/salon was clean, but more importantly soothing and pleasant for the eyes. Everyone I met, including other customers, was very nice and friendly. As if the above weren't enough, it's all very affordable - They're not charging obscene prices for their amazing services. I will be making this a monthly routine! Loved it and thank you for making my visit a memorable one!

WORST haircut I've ever had. I asked the stylist to keep the length and she took several inches off. My once long hair is now above my chin. Wrote an email to the salon and NO REPLY. STAY AWAY from horrible Millennium Spa.

This has been one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten in town. The place is very clean and the workers nice, polite, and very helpful. Vinh was amazing. Seriously, I've never had a massage that good in any other nail salon. They will definitely be seeing me again in the near future! Highly recommend!

Ashlee was awesome! Excellent techniques with my haircut and eyebrow wax. Very personable without being too chatty. I'm very particular with my style and she made me look exactly how I wanted. Will definitely see her again and will always recommend Millennium!

I've been getting pedicures and hair services at Millennium for about four years. I LOVE Tatiana!! She is an exceptional hair stylist and I won't go to anyone else in town! Sometimes when you call it's difficult to get through - and a few times I've left messages and never heard back. It's well worth a second call back, though!

After moving to Tallahassee, I needed to find a wax specialist who takes care of me like the one who I used to go to back home. Millennium is a BEAUTIFUL spa, but when I went for a leg wax for the first time at this location I have had by far the WORST service I have ever had in my years of waxing services. I went to the technician Toya, which was supposed to be the "best wax specialist" but unfortunately that was not the case. During my wax, I was excited and releived to get my service done until I noticed when I got home the ENTIRE back of my legs were still covered in hair and there was one radom hair strip right down the middle of both legs. I just don't understand how a technician who is certified in waxing can mess something up like this. Simply because the technician didn't care, isn't trained like she should be, or doesn't have a set of eyes. I also called the spa back after I spent a lot of money noticing how horrible of a service I got, and the receptionist told me there was nothing I can do at this point. I just wanted them fixed for what I paid for. Long story short, make sure you check how long or how well-trained your next technician is...although you shouldn't have to keep your guard up in the first place.

First visit for me although good reports from wife and her friends with pedi's and whatever else they do . Megan did a great job on my hair, they were able to schedule me same day as well. I appreciate the time that was spent, I know it is hard to please a first time customer. I think more guys should look into this place for sure. Thanks!

I came here today for my birthday and I loved it. I had a massage by the wonderful James, a facial by Tamara, and a pedicure. This place is relaxing, high end and spectacular. I never been to a place like this. Super happy and satisfied. I truly enjoyed my birthday with my mom, Sis and aunt here. If you in the area, try them first and you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Vihn at Milliennium for about 5 years for my pink and whites. My nails look awesome every time. I have had more compliments on my nails than I ever had having them done at other spas. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very clean. All staff wore masks and gloves. There were dividers between clients. Not the best pedicure I've ever had, but overall a good experience.

I wouldn't recommend any other salon or location in Tallahassee, but them! Everyone thinks that quality spas are expensive, but actually their prices are not different than the "walk-in" cheap salons in town. You get QUALITY service at an inexpensive price. They spend so much time massaging your legs and feet, pampering you like this service should, that you almost fall asleep in peace. The atmosphere is clean and friendly and no matter what service you choose its done right and done to last. Thank you guys, as always I'll be back again!

Leanne provided a very nice pedicure with the salt scrub. It was so relaxing! I realized that I marred one of my polished toes after drying them and she pleasantly repaired it! I will definitely be back. Oh, check in and check out was quick and everyone was very kind and polite.

I came today for the first time with my 3-year old daughter who desperately wanted to be a big girl and get get nails painted. My regular person was unavailable so I took my chance made an appointment and was assigned to Andy. He is fantastic! I was disappointed they didn't listen to my multiple requests, when calling for the appointment and when checking in, that my young daughter needed to be able to sit beside me throughout the appointment. I expressed my displeasure and they responded appropriately. I will be back. They treated my daughter like a princess and Andy was great!!!

I got the full body massage and spa pedicure. BJ did an amazing job on my massage! It had been awhile since I had one so my body was really tensed. I left feeling so relaxed. The ladies at the front desk was really nice and professional. Tracy even acknowledged the fact I had a birthday coming up. The place is really nice and clean. Awesome environment. I will definitely go back.

I have been here several times to the one on banner man crossing and have always had a wonderful experience. Som did my pedicure today and she did a wonderful job! She took her time and didn t rush. She was very polite and very sweet! The atmosphere is wonderful here!! It s my favorite place!

I had a scheduled appointment today, and was so pleased to have the mani and hour long pedicure by Phillip.He did such a thorough job! My feet are softer . This was such a relaxing visit. I wanted to try a new hair dresser and treat myself. I spent a lot of money to have my hair cut... the hair dresser I got (I dont feel comfortable mentioning her name.) completely ignored my request and was also not friendly at all. Left feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable with the experience. Will not be returning..

Had the worst experience here I went in to get my nails done because I went there a couple of weeks before that got my nails done and the lady that did them did a pretty good job my recent trip there two of the techs did my nails one person started then she let someone else do my nails and clearly the girl didn't know what she was doing I complained and the girl stopped and let the other tech do my nails but the damage was already done she left polish on my nails and put acrylic over it and put very little acrylic on them complained so she stopped doing them and let the other tech do my nails but she was doing someone elses nails I had to wait I spent almost 3 hours there the other tech called her self trying to fix them but didn't do much to fix them but I thought the Ok because she did touch them up a day later two of my nails broke I called there they told me to come in I went in two days later after getting my nails done and by then four of my nails broke had broke when I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for the tech to come form the back and acted like she didn't want to do my nails and debated with me about my iusse when she knew that I wasn't lying because she did them I did get all my nails repaired and I'm happy with the results but I will never go there again I'm a honest paying customer I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years it was embrassing for the tech to act like I'm lying in front of customers I will never go there again

Lovely place, clean and well decorated. I had stopped getting gel manicures after several in a row started chipping and peeling within days. Best friend and I did a girls night and tried Millennium. Fantastic experience and my manicure lasted weeks. So glad I found them! Pedicure was awesome as well.
