Whitte and Sanders just left my house. They moved a loveseat upstairs and got it set up for me. They were super polite, professional, and nice and they were very efficient. They got the couch moved without causing any damage to the walls or anything. We will definitely use them again and we will request Whitte and Sanders.

I expected a partial delivery of two nightstands and was pleasantly surprised when the drivers unloaded the entire order from Pottery Barn! My husband and I scrambled to move furniture while the drivers unpacked our shipment. They were careful and even helped take our old headboard to a second story bedroom. Cheerful workers even though it was 9:00 pm when they completed their work.

This was an awful moving experience. They broke our son's bookshelf and dresser, broke the dresser in our master bedroom, broke the knob off our washer, and scratched paint off both doors and furniture. One mover did way more talking and conplaining than actual work. He left his half eaten snicker and candy wrappers on our bathroom counter. When they couldn't get our sectional through the front door, they just sat it out on the dirty back deck, no pads, no coverings. The only saving grace about the whole experience was a mover named Marcus that tried his best to rectify the situation. Avoid this company at all cost. I will be contacting corporate.

My friend recommended this company to me and I was very satisfied. The prices are great and reasonable! The 3 gentlemen that helped me were very polite and professional. The service was quick and fast there was no messing around. I glad I chose big league movers

My new sectional from Ashley Furniture was delivered by Big League Movers. David and Emanuel, who did the delivery were great!! They called early in the day to let me know when they would be doing the delivery. They also called later in the day to give me an update. They arrived on time and had my delivery complete in less than 20 minutes. Could not be happier with the delivery experience!!

Made an in-town move this week, and Big League Movers were excellent! Professional and efficient movers got our stuff from point a to point b without a hitch. Highly recommended.

I will update soon with either a full description of how bad my third time hiring Big League went or, hopefully, update with a higher rating after I have had a chance to call them with a full list of the many many things that were broken today and see if they want to do try to fix some of the horror experienced I experienced hiring them again after two wonderful experiences.

Terrible service! Over charged me, broke my items, took two full days. Sent three guys the first day that were exhausted and on the phone the whole time and the second day sent 2 guys that took 13 hours. They racked up the hourly rate. Horrible company.

Horrible service and overpriced! The guy on the phone who set up my move would not give his last name. One of the movers called me the day of my move and got mad that I was not able to leave work 2 hours early to accomadate him having an earlier window available. This was mainly because he was trying to beat the rain. In the end they still arrived late. The rudeness didn't stop there. He questioned why I wrapped my belongings the way I did, he was using chewing tobacco and seemed outraged as if he didn't know we had to stop at my storage before unloading at the new apartment. I had everything separated, stacked neatly to avoid damage and immediately they start moving things around out of order, claiming boxes were too heavy. I had to constantly tell the other 2 guys with him to not pack heavy boxes on top of light ones and be mindful of boxes labeled 'fragile'. Fast forward to our final stop. It is pouring rain, my belongings are getting drenched. One of the guys who didn't drive loses a wheel off of my office chair, stacks one of my end tables high on a stack of totes and boxes that were uneven and not sturdy and it fell and broke. The third guy uses my restroom without asking and doesn't stack my dresser using the magnets for support like I asked. When it's time to pay and review the driver gets his boss on the phone to check me out. His attitude was the complete opposite and professional, which I believe was just a way to manipulate 5 stars out of me. When it was all said and done, they were rude overall and didn't apologize for any damages that were done. Tbh honest this all happened a year ago and I have been debating whether or not to post. Now that it's almost time for me to move again, I want people to be aware of this when they shop around for movers. I honestly chose them bc they were cheaper than 2 men and a truck, but what they say is true: you get what you pay for. I'm going with what I know next time.

Big league movers moved me twice. The first move was awesome putting all my furniture in storage but are liars and very unprofessional the second time around. Couple of months later i called ask for the same crew and i was promise the same crew by a manger on a saturday but they called me the same day late and ask if they can could come that monday with the same crew i had at first. Monday came a totally different crew. Well first they bought a truck that had a hole in the top of the truck which it was raining and pulled the furniture out of storage into the house the furniture and tv was crushed due to the stacking of the furniture everything fell and tore up a lot of my furniture. Had to claim the furniture and tv and after two months of trying to get my insurance claim big leagues movers only paid me 204.00 which was 2800 in damage. Bot a real insurance company just someone who goes over the figures and helps the moving company. A scam in my book. They paid 60 cent of the total weight which my tv weighed 40 pounds but a 1000 dollars. Big leagues movers is a scam a big scam and unprofessional.

Big League Movers helped my boyfriend & I move into our new home a couple months ago & we were very pleased! The 2 guys who moved us that day were very professional, showed great, swift judgement, & honestly did a terrific job! When they first arrived each mover did a sweep of inventory of all furniture we were moving that day. They strategized how and what we should pack first in the truck so that when we arrived at the new house everything ran as smooth as possible.
That particular day was about 100 degree heat index in Memphis but that did not slow them down; And despite the slightly narrow hallways & the lower ceilings in my new home, I found no flaws to any of the freshly painted walls or ceilings after they were done! I was so impressed how carefully they carried and placed my furniture so that everything was in the right place, even if it was cumbersome to do so. I was also very pleased when their manager called before the move was complete to ensure they had done a good job.
If I ever move again I am 100% certain I would request Big League movers services again! Thanks guys:)

Big League Movers has been great with both of my moves. We've used them twice in 6 months and both times were a wonderful experience. Tevin Carter is amazing! Make sure you request him!

I had movers Curtis and Michael and they were on point! They were very professional and for it to only be the two of them, moved pretty fast. Before they arrived, they called me to tell me they were 30 mins out and even asked if I needed anything before they arrived :-).

The customer service representative Dominique texted me during the move to make sure everything was going well and even called to follow-up on any feedback I had about my move.

I ve used Big League a year and a half ago and used them again for today s move and received a discount for being a repeat customer! Overall, the company has a family-friendly feel and everyone was friendly and professional. Definitely consider them and ask for Curtis and Michael.

When I applied at this company, they hired me to be a trainer. I have to say, I wish I had never applied. The management here is terribly inexperienced. They treat all of the employees as if they are disposable and as if anyone can do their job. Their turnover rate is ridiculous so the experience between the crews are typically minimal to none. They don t even have a training program, it s all done on the job. I come from a company where training was an absolute must before sending a mover out to a customer s home. I wouldn t recommend this company to ANYONE! Terrible service! Terrible employer!

I tried to post this review with a zero stars. The only good thing about the service we received was that they showed up early. This moving company was hired by Ashley Furniture to deliver our bedroom set. They removed the chest from the truck and it was damaged. How it became damaged so badly while on the truck is still a mystery. The guy wasn't even shocked when he discovered all of the damage , apparently all of his deliveries for that day were damaged and he thought ours would be different. He stated we had two options; we could refuse delivery and wait 2-3 weeks for the replacement or we accept delivery and he would report the damages to tech support and we would receive a replacement within 48 hours. Well well well, my girlfriend calls Ashley Furniture today only to find out the guy never made the report and gave us false information. He angled the photo he submitted to Ashley so that it did not show the damage. Not to mention he was advertising that he sells mattress' from the warehouse at low rates. This company seems reputable, wonder if they actually care about the service their drivers are providing. If Ashley doesn't make this right, I will be coming after Big League.

One star is too good for this horrible company! They scratched several pieces of furniture while they were asking, "who did this?" when I watched them do it. If they didn't scratch items, they damaged them in other ways. They were the most pitiful excuse of a moving company that I have ever seen. If you want everything ruined and for them to try to deny they did it, if you want to be overcharged and cheated, then go for it, they are the company for you. If you want them to go back on their word and take 12 hours to do a job when it should be done in 8 hours or less, go for them. If you want to be treated rudely with disrespect and you want to be insulted, they are your company. I am in the process of getting a lawyer and suing them for their willful and careless destruction of my property that they were supposed to be taking care of and supposed to be responsible for if they damaged.

I was already scheduled to move on the last weekend in February and I didn't have my new apt address. I wanted to be sure to have that before I booked or reached out to companies for a quote. The early winter storm threw back so many plans of people in the area moving and while I could NOT book them, the fact that he was holding a time slot for me the following Monday meant a lot and even contacted me again to see would a later moving date be okay with the property managers. THAT is good business!

I wouldn't even think twice about choosing anyone other than Big League Movers. Not only were the movers punctual, they paid great detail to wrapping and padding the furniture to ensure that everything was transported safely and without damage. Our move lasted all day and the guys worked tirelessly with great attitudes - it really made a huge difference on what would have been a really stressful day. Thank you!

My daughters bed was delivered and set up in no time. They arrived within the first 30 min. of their 12-4 window which made my day go a lot smoother since I wasn't waitin around for hours on their call. They found our place with no problems and it's... well, "in the middle of nowhere" very professional and efficient! Would definitely recommend! If only gettin my daughter out of our bed into her new one would transition just as smoothly!

The moving experience my place of business received with Big League was wonderful. From consultation with Justin to payment with Ken everyone I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The moving team, lead by Gilbert, was fast, helpful, and in great humor.

Used these guys in September of 2012. They were great and would definitely use them again. They quick, efficient, and careful in moving all out belongings.

UPDATE: Big League refunded me one hour of time.

I'm so disappointed in this company right now. I've used Big League in the past and never had any issues. It took six hours for them to move me out of a 1,300 square foot condo with a stop to unload a few pieces of furniture at my parents' house and then the final destination being a 10x15 storage unit.

I used a 3-person crew to the tune of $169 an hour at the recommendation of the person who booked my move over the phone - because it would be faster. It was not. Furthermore, I expressed my dissatisfaction the day of my move (two days ago), talked to someone that afternoon, but have yet to hear back.

So, basically I just paid $1,000+ (plus a tip because I tip regardless) for a six-hour move out of a 1,300 square foot condo. Does that seem right to you? I didn't think so.

Daniel did a wonderful job helping to coordinate the move in a very difficult and unique situation. He was organized, professional, accommodating, available and responsive during the entire packing and moving process.

Our movers Jerome, M Mosley, and Hunter were the absolute best movers. They had amazing positive attitudes and were a pleasure to be around! Our family hopes to continue to be able to use these three guys whenever we move in the future!

We had the best experience using Big League Movers today. Julius, Jeff, and Mike were very professional, prompt, courteous, careful, and efficient. They made sure that everything was packed and secured before moving it. They wrapped and padded everything that needed to be, and they were careful going through doorways and freshly painted rooms. They paid attention to the labels on the boxes and made sure everything went in the proper room to make it easier on us. They had a tough job, as we were moving from a 3rd story apartment but that didn t slow them down. I would highly recommend Big League Movers and use them again! Thank you for making moving easy.

Used Big League Movers to relocate from Germantown to Hot Springs on 07/10/2018. The men showed up as scheduled and all seemed to be going well until they loaded a wrong piece of furniture they were instructed not to load as I was not moving it. I did not notice until they had loaded several additional pieces that they then had to unload to remove the piece. After that transpired their care and concern for my belongings seemed to deteriorate. They were unable to load everything on the truck they had quoted to move, and basically just said sorry. They left and were scheduled to off load the following day in Hot Springs.
They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and we arrived a few minutes later. Only one of the men that loaded the truck was on the truck with one additional new person. They commenced to off load and I started noticing some damage to the furniture. When they were finished I asked about the re-assembly of the beds and mirrors as that was included in my quote. The new man said they did not have any tools with them and would not be able to assemble the pieces. I then asked about the damage and he used a multi part form to list the damage and he and I signed the form. He then called his Operations Manager, Tim Richie, to discuss the damage and close out the move. I overheard him tell Mr. Richie that the furniture was not wrapped adequately is why there was a lot of damage. Mr. Richie told me he would call me back in two days to discuss the damage after he looked at the pictures his man had taken. I never heard from Mr. Richie, although the final payment charge hit my credit card the day of the off load.
After a few days and two messages left for Mr. Richie, I then sent him and the salesman that quoted and sold the move an EMAIL expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration with their lack of communication. I then received an EMAIL saying I would hear from a Tina within 5 business days, which would be a full two weeks after the move was completed!
When I heard from Tina I learned she was a 3rd party Big League uses to handle claims and it would take up to 120 days for resolution! What a crock, why should it take this long? It seems they simply want to delay and hope I will just go away.
I can not recommend them, they do not seem customer oriented in the least. Little communication and what communication there is, is misleading.

Careless. I hired BLM to pack an ABF trailer in 2014. They focused on space saving instead of structural integrity. This resulted in damage to arms of two couches. The claim was never honored and the claim process is horrible (outsourced). They may be a fine company for a comprehensive package (their truck and driver) but they are terrible for hired hands only.

I went up to Big League Movers for an interview for a Packing job. The guy that interviewed me was going between talking to customers on the telephone, to greeting people and answering questions for people coming through the door. I'm a older female with a small frame so this guy looked at me as though I wasn't right for the job before speaking with me and I was looking at him like I'm interviewing for the wrong job. Big League Movers need an office manager or a receptionist because while the guy knew how to multitask, he let me a great future employee go by. I haven't heard from Big League Movers and yes that's why I only gave them 1 star because the guy said he would contact me whether yes or no. This is a reflection of how business is done.

My move was disastrous, to say the very least. First, the movers showed up over 2 hours past my assigned window. One of the movers was barely working, disappearing for extended periods of time, while the other mover made multiple trips. I had a one bedroom apartment with limited furniture and about 30 boxes, and the move took over 6 hours That's also with me pitching in and helping the movers move my things. One of the workers repeatedly told me despite the time it was taking that I would only be charged for a maximum of 3 hours. I was later informed by the manager that this was untrue. Additionally, several pieces of my brand new furniture was damaged. However, most concerning was that a box full of my jewelry did not make it to my new home. I have filed a police report, and the movers/company claim that they cannot find the box.

Very professional and really nice guys! Would hire them again any time.

Big League is the best moving company, period. They have moved us several times in the past, and again just recently. They are always very careful with our things and get everything packed and delivered safely. Our last move was a pain, with the amount of stuff, and tricky items like a safe, a large 3d printer, heavy tools and tool boxes, etc... and they handled everything perfectly. The movers are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. You cant go wrong with BLM!

The crew Josh, Andre and Marcus, were super polite, personable, flexible, calming and careful, all things you need through an anxiety-producing thing like moving.

Their men worked hard from start to finish. Very courteous. Will be using them again! I highly recommend!

Best ever I have moved 3 other occasions hands down Big League Movers and its staff is in a League of its own! Not only is the pricing fair they have the best workers I have ever worked with when moving. Joshua and Romeo were very professional and handled business.

Unprofessional: they were high and continued to get high throughout the day to the point 2 of them fell out of the truck. Disrespectful, they did what they were told not to and destroyed concrete floors. They sat around for about 2 hours doing nothing. They argued. They wandered around pretending to work but not actually moving anything. My elderly father with a heart condition ended up moving the washer, dryer, loveseat, recliner, ottoman and many other thing by himself while they watched. They were going to charge us for materials but didn't use any of their moving supplies, they used ours. They refused to move random boxes because they were either too light or too heavy. We had already taken all the fragile and expensive items ourselves the day before. Ended up having to load our 4 cars full with what they refused to take. They destroyed the back of the refrigerator. They damaged the dresser legs. They didn't put things where my mom asked them to, for example kitchen items were put in the garage.. They broke their own truck and had to wait for their supervisor to come fix it. Drove through the grass twice creating huge ruts. Didn't pack the truck correctly so had to make a second trip. The house is 1800 sq ft and fit in one truck when my parents moved in. They had to go back for the bed, dresser, nightstands, dining table and 6 chairs, washer, dryer, grill, outdoor patio set, and several boxes and smaller pieces. I move every 2 years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Made even worse by the rudeness of the general manager Matt. I asked for a partial refund and he raised his voice and huffed at me. I laughed when he said they weren't charging us for the time the truck was down because that seemed like a no brianer to me. Why would I be charged for something that wasn't done? In any case, his anger rose throughout the conversation and he was not only not helpful, he was unprofessional and aggressive.

T. Ruff provided a spot on estimate prior to the move. The day of the move I received a call prior to the teams arrival to inform me of their ETA. They arrived on time & ready to work.

This is the 3rd time I've used Big League Movers. The 1st time was just moving small items from one home to another. The 2nd was moving items from my mothers home to mine & the next day moving items, long distance, from my mothers home to South Carolina. This move was the biggest, by far.

Horrible Company. I have left a negative review but somehow they keep removing it. The charged me more than double on my move after a very detailed inventory was given to them. The couldn t get all of my belongings on the truck so they left it in the front yard for me to bring back to the porch and in the house. I cannot even begin to tell you how many pieces of broken furniture we have. RUN RUNRUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is the absolute worst company. The movers started out okay and we were happy to have them. It was when they were done with the move we noticed things didn t get to our new home. The most important item was my husbands machine he uses to produce oxygen, which he is on 24 hours a day. The movers knew what this machine was, it isn t combustible since they cannot move these types of things which we understand. He used his portable oxygen to get through the rest of the day. Anyway, looking for it after we went out to dinner and we see that it isn t here. In a panic we called our kids who thankfully had a extra key and they brought it to us after church. My husband would ve ended up in the hospital if we had not gotten it since he didn t have enough temporary oxygen to get him through the night.
Going through things the next couple of days we noticed there was quite a few things they left behind. We did recover them back through talking with our realtor and the buyers kindness. We totaled it up and figured the items left behind are over $1,000.00. I notified the company and haven t received a response.

I've used these guys for 3 out of 4 local moves. Do not waste your time and money renting truck from subhaul. Go ahead and ask Big League about renting their truck...IT IS WAY CLEANER THAN RENTING YOUR OWN. Every crew of young men they've ever sent to me was FAST FRIENDLY AND MOVED MY STUFF LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN. THIS IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY IN THE CITY. They are very up front about pricing, a much of a pain as moving is, if you call Big League, you will have one less thing to worry about.

I moved from Memphis to Germantown, TN, about 15 miles. When I received a quote, they told me it would be about 4-5 hour move for rate of $199 per hour for 4 men to move after going through inventory items versus 3 men at $159 for 6 hours so we decided 4 men to have a shorter time frame since cost is about the same. I had trouble getting a hold of them for couple days and even left a message for after hours answering service and no one called me back. The supervisor of the move called me the day before the move to go over the inventory listing again and when I asked about how long the move would be, he assured me it would still be about 4-5 hours, closer to 5 hours.
On the day of the move, only 3 men showed up because someone didn't show up on their team. The team lead said they think it will be a 6 hour move and would reduce the rate back to $159 so they started moving. The move took over 8 hours so the quote was not accurate as it was over $300 more than the original quote. The movers at times would move one box at a time so it took a long time even though we assisted with the move by moving boxes closer to the door. It was also one of the men's first day of work. When we closed out the ticket, I voiced my concern that this cost more as they were short one person since it took them longer. They offered to give 10% off to compensate for the difference. The math still didn't work out the same but I figure since they tried to make it semi right, I accepted and moved on.
After the movers left, my husband informed me that they did not complete the move as the movers ran out of room in the truck. They left 4 TVs, a bed, 2 tables, a chair and miscellaneous household items! They also didn't communicate this to me at the end or tell the manager of the move (not one of the movers). My husband had to go back 3 different times in his truck to move the remaining items by himself! They also broke a cabinet leg and an attic stair.
I called the manager the following Monday to let him know that items weren't moved and he said he wasn't aware. He talked with the team and called back to tell me that they didn't know what they were thinking and was sorry. They didn't offer to go back to pick up the items left or refund us anything for the trouble. We hired movers so we didn't have to move and the move was not complete. While the movers were polite, I was very unhappy with how the move went and that Big League Movers didn't offer to go back to pick up the items that they left or refund us some money for our trouble.

Crew was on time and very polite. Albeit, a rather slow-moving crew from what I originally anticipated - but it is what it is. An expensive piece of decor did get damaged during the move. I inquired about options of getting it repaired or a discount if we choose to use them on our next move, and of course there is fine print in the contract that does not cover my damaged piece. The manager apologized and referred me to a claims group which I have no desire of going through. Overall, a B- rating and will shop around with my next move.

The young men that helped us were great, nice, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Fast, convenient, professional! I would definitely use them again!!

I was told several times from May 31, 2020 of booking, up until the day before moving, that I was scheduled for 8am in the morning for Saturday contract, but Movers were very, very late!!!!! Not 1 hour but more than 2 hours. After 2 hrs of waiting on them, a text came through to say they would be at 1st destination in 40 minutes. Then when they finally arrived all I heard from the driver ( Jesse) was complaint after complaint. I did see a can do spirit from him as for good customer service representative. He talked more than the job I was paying Big league to do. He even insulted my Mom's airloom I'm to me, instead of putting in on the truck. So much was wasted with his unnecessary talking, till I said leave it here. And also I think it's a major insult for Movers to ask for a tip, even before he or they completes an assignment, that's the dispatcher job. When he finally arrived at 2nd location, he acted like he didn't know how to park on property and continued to complaint about things that is not the customer's problems. Example if the cedar tree limb scratches the truck, he would to pay. Then asked me for the 4th time what's going to be moved and how many rooms. This without backing truck into property. I went off on him, because I had beyond had enough of his foolishness!!! I called Big League and complainted to them. I had a better experience from them in the pass, but this was beyond ridiculous!!!! Not sure I will ever use this company ever again. The fees charged were fine and (Josh) the other mover , I had no problems, but Jesse was every sense of the word ( how not to operate with a paying customer.....

Needed a move from my house in Olive Branch, to my new place in Hernando..

Alex and Nick were the guys who brought the truck for the move... Great guys.. They were careful with everything; yet, did not go slow so the company could make more money...

I could not be happier... Might find a couple of moving companies that would charge a little less; BUT, you are paying for QUALITY with Big League Movers...

Great experience! My suggestion would be to ask for Tanner. He led the way for the great crew and was 100% professional and honest. They even pulled my couch up a balcony to help get it in 2nd floor apartment. Spent a mint but it was worth it!

I ve tried two moving companies in Memphis and Big League was so kind and nice and super efficient and courteous! No hidden fees and they are honest and not too pricey! I would recommend them to anyone!!

We used Big League Movers to load our own U-Haul truck. The two guys that came to the house were very professional and very good at their job! They loaded as much stuff into the truck as would possible fit. I feel sure that if we had tried to do it ourselves, we wouldn't have gotten as much stuff in there as they did. They also worked efficiently and within the time that was given to me as an estimate when I made the appointment. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is how a move is supposed to be! Daniel, Terrance and Logan were my movers that day and they were wonderful. They came ready to work and they were cheerful and professional. Everything went just as I wanted it to go. Big League Movers is hands down the best moving company I have used!

Everything went just as planned. Marcus the team lead was very professional and kept me informed. The rates were exactly as quoted (no surprise fees at all) and the team lead was sure to document any breaks his team took and did not charge me for those. They even finished under the estimated time frame so the total price was LESS than the estimate. I would use them again.

The three man crew were friendly, efficient and professional. Would recommend Big League Movers to others and would use them again.

My second time using Big League! My first time is when the company was first starting up and the owner was actually doing some moving. It's great to see how efficient they've grown over the past 7 yrs. Yesterday's move was just as good as the move I used them for in 2010. The guys had a good rhythm and good attitude (I went from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt - yikes!). The move was quick, considering the steps they had to climb.

I would definitely recommend Big League for your moving needs.

Oh by the way, Tanner(sp?) is a great team leader and a valuable asset to BL!

Easy to initally get a quote from and the crew they sent were professional, hardworking and competent. I highly recommend Big League Movers. They came recommended to me and proved themselves.

Best service ever! They were careful with my furniture as well as the walls of the home and nothing was damaged- noy even a scratch. They obviously took pride in their work and they were very quick too. I was dreading the move day but this team of workers made it a breeze! I would most definitely use them again.

Showed up when they said they would. Took steps to ensure my things were not damaged. The three young men worked very hard.

Worst experience ever! Do not use this company. They will rob you. They will give you an estimate and by the time they finish your total will be doubled. The sales team lied about what the movers could do. The movers move slow ah! Not good when you re wing charged by the hour. Customer service sucks. They talk a good game, but I have had to follow up with them consistently about my complaint. Worst sh!$ ever. Will never use them again!

They "knocked it out of the park"...my 3 man crew called to come early which worked out perfect for me. When they showed up it was all business. If I was doing something to help their move, they didnt just sit and wait, they went to unload other items to stay as efficient as they could. When they completed my heavy lifting in an hour, they offered any other help they could (2 hr minimum) when they could have just left. In sum, i will use them in the future and i would absolutely recommend this company.

I was in desperate needs to have an armoire moved from Memphis to Mississippi and got quotes from several companies. My 'go to' moving company quoted me an outrageous price and Big League Movers popped up in my search. Well, thank you is just not enough. Professional, yet personal service from my initial call to the actual move, delivery and placement. Do yourself a favor and call Big League Movers. (Their shirts are cool by supporting Memphis Tigers and the Grizzlies)

Outstanding! They came in and started right away. I have dealt with other movers before but I will Never use anyone other than Big League Movers from now on!

Do not recommend. Aside from leaving a massive hole in the wall that I had to patch up, these movers stole my airpods. After submitting that feedback, the manger assured me that their movers are drug tested and to check once I unpacked. As if that has anything to do/assures me that they didn't steal my airpods. Well, it's been a month since I moved and I am now 100% certain the movers stole my airpods.
