I was told several times from May 31, 2020 of book...

I was told several times from May 31, 2020 of booking, up until the day before moving, that I was scheduled for 8am in the morning for Saturday contract, but Movers were very, very late!!!!! Not 1 hour but more than 2 hours. After 2 hrs of waiting on them, a text came through to say they would be at 1st destination in 40 minutes. Then when they finally arrived all I heard from the driver ( Jesse) was complaint after complaint. I did see a can do spirit from him as for good customer service representative. He talked more than the job I was paying Big league to do. He even insulted my Mom's airloom I'm to me, instead of putting in on the truck. So much was wasted with his unnecessary talking, till I said leave it here. And also I think it's a major insult for Movers to ask for a tip, even before he or they completes an assignment, that's the dispatcher job. When he finally arrived at 2nd location, he acted like he didn't know how to park on property and continued to complaint about things that is not the customer's problems. Example if the cedar tree limb scratches the truck, he would to pay. Then asked me for the 4th time what's going to be moved and how many rooms. This without backing truck into property. I went off on him, because I had beyond had enough of his foolishness!!! I called Big League and complainted to them. I had a better experience from them in the pass, but this was beyond ridiculous!!!! Not sure I will ever use this company ever again. The fees charged were fine and (Josh) the other mover , I had no problems, but Jesse was every sense of the word ( how not to operate with a paying customer.....
