Hands down the most professional and Convenient moving company I have ever used. They are on time, courteous, and make moving so much easier. Highly recommend big league movers.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. I m envious of all the other reviews that are good because my movers left me sobbing by the end of the night. I seriously got the movers straight from hell. Not only were they almost 2 hours late but they had an attitude with me before they even got to my house and tried to get me to reschedule even though I had booked over a month in advance. He came through the gate driving way too fast and very erratic hitting and damaging a railing. The movers were incredibly slow and used multiple profanities to me, my friends who were helping me move, and even maintenance staff when confronted about the property damage. They moved my 15 items that had left for them to move very aggressively and used phrases such as I hate this f****g place and I better not lose my f****g job. When asked to be more respectful his response was this is just my f*****g language . My wall has a massive hole in it from where he was moving my items so aggressively and I ended up having to move most of the items myself.

What about the supervisor that calls to check on the move that they boats about? I was on the phone with him most of the time and was even escalated to another supervisor who basically accused me of lying and was extremely unhelpful. Keep in mind I m a single female and I had two men in my home that were so awful that i was in fear of my safety and my belongings and contemplating getting the police involved at this point.

They also completely destroyed my washing machine and I haven t heard from anyone since this horrendous experience including from the claims adjuster. I do plan on filing a lawsuit and I implore you not to use their services.

This was my third time to use Big League Movers. Past 2 times no problem. I have always recommended them . This time I had a problem . Called and talked to Zach, he was going to have someone call me. Never heard back. Called a week later and talked to Matt. He was going to jump right on it. NEVER heard back .It's been several weeks now .Still no call.
Maybe they will see this and call.

Whatever you do please stay away from this company... if Google allowed an invisible star that wouldn t be low enough. I booked this company for their services. They pack up my New flatscreen and take it to it s destination. Afterwards, I connect my TV and it comes on, but it comes on with a huge crack and complete discoloration. I immediately called to notify their manager. This manager is very rude on the phone but after talking they finally say file a claim. After speaking with this so-called insurance company they come back and say they re not liable for the tv. Mind you they packed it and unpacked the TV but you re not liable for it. It s a BRAND NEW TV!!! Called to speak with this manager he refers to the decision that was made by the insurance company when in fact the insurance company stated that it was THE company s decision whether or not they wanted to replace the TV. Not too mention that the movers were tipped very generously to find out that my BRAND NEW TV was broken. Overall horrible experience, PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH; ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, BIG LEAGUE SHOULD BE CALLED OUT OF THEIR LEAGUE TRUST ME WORST COMPANY YOU LL DEAL WITH WHEN IT COMES TO RELOCATING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY s possessions... DONT USE THEM

The movers were friendly and moved all my stuff quite quickly. All of my stuff arrived at my new place and nothing was damaged. I have used them twice now and will use them if I move again.

Excellent service! Excellent team! Excellent price! I use them for all my moving needs. I have moved three times and they have provided me with fantastic service. Even with short notice they moved my mom and most of all, you can't beat their price! The entire staff is great!

Very bad experience...was mislead by Brandon about when they could deliver my property and communication was absolutely non-existent from their office throughout the entire process. DO NOT trust these folks with your move unless you want to make it 100x more stressful than it has to be

Big league movers are as professional as they come! Not to mention extremely courteous and kind. D. Smith, G. Arnold, and J. Sails, were my crew and I couldn't have better things to say about them. Showed up right on time and we're done moving a two story four bedroom home in four hours, all of the main heavy furniture being upstairs too. I highly recommend this company! I now know why they are Memphis's Best! Thanks guys!

We have moved into 8 homes in our 51 years and this move was by far the worst move we ever experienced. They sent the wrong size truck so two trips had to be made. Numerous items were broken and furniture chipped and scratched. And the worst was a 110 year old family heirloom grandfather clock no longer works because they loaded and off loaded it on its side instead of perpendicular. I would not recommend this company. Friends with a U Haul would do a better job.

Jerome and his team did a great job getting us moved. Not only did they help us pack on moving day, they even brought in additional boxed when we ran out of supplies. Very happy with the service that was provided.

Thank you for the excellent move! They moved me from Little Rock to Memphis on short notice. The moving team - Tanner, Carlos, and Cory were respectful and extremely careful with my items. They treated me like family and were extremely patient. Moving is already stressful but when you do it on a long distance scale, it takes a higher level of expertise and this team came through for me. I wasn't sure what to expect; this was the first time I had ever used their services but I'm sure it won't be the last. Well done!

I have moved several times in my adult life. I normally spend lots of time calling different companies to get the best rate. I have ALWAYS been disappointed, and I'm not a hard person to please. So I was completely dreading this move, and having to hire yet another company. I noticed that Big League had a good rating with the BBB, and that they had a 10% FedEx discount. I called and really liked the man that talked to me about their services. So I decided to give them a try. Much to my amazement, I was THRILLED with this company! David and Tipp did a fantastic job. They didn't even mind that they had to carry my huge couch down 4 flights of stairs!! They were very friendly and polite, and got the job done quicker than ever before with my moves. I don't have one single complaint about Big League and I would use them again. Don't bother spending the time looking for a better moving company. You won't find one.

Second time to use. Outstanding job! Always on time, polite and they work so hard! Plus they hire our military vets! Thanks again!

Big League Movers came out to deliver and install our new Tempur-Pedic bed. We were never given options as to how we wanted the bed set up. We were never told about the needed batteries for the adjustable frame. Two parts were intentionally thrown away because they didn t want to install them. When asked about it they lied and said they were never included in box. Had I known at the time what the parts were I would have called them out on it. I called the office and was promised a call back but it never came. I do not recommend this company!

Extremely unprofessional. They took forever to get back to me with a quote and then when I went with a different company ( still with no quote from Big League Movers) the representative said "nice" in sarcasm.
Rude. Not how you talk to a potential customer. So rude. Will not even consider using them for any of my future moves.

Very hard working crew. Worked quickly but didn't damage anything. I would HIGHLY recommend Big League for anybody's next move big or small.

Big shout out to Big League Movers for moving all of our stuff and furniture (including piano) out of our old house and into the new house in FOUR HOURS. They sent very strong and courteous gentlemen who knew what they were doing and had equipment and a big truck. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

Well! I was wrong the customer lies to me. And gave big league a one star. But I will leave a 5 star for them. I m sorry for the hassle.

The movers were great. I think of them as the seven dwarfs minus grumpy! They were all so nice and personable to be around.

This company did an excellent job! The two guys that showed up on time were great. They finished in two hours and I was thrilled with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They packed my Pod with no problems!

5 stars all the way! They make every effort to make your move a pleasant experience. Every question was answered "Yes, we can do that...!" They were very mindful of our family and our comfort during the stress of moving. So glad we called Big League!

I purchased a huge oversized antique mirror 5' X 9' from the 1850's. Other moving companies would not consider moving it, once I described it. Big League Movers, said sure no problem. Great experience overall.

TLDR; YOU D BE BETTER OFF BURNING YOUR THINGS AND COLLECTING THE INSURANCE MONEY THAN HIRING THIS COMPANY.

I am heartbroken and appalled. Let me start by saying that I have used this company previously and had a decent experience. However, my most recent is unforgivable. I told the company when I booked the move that I had an heirloom piece that my grandfather built. They told me they would give it white glove attention. They literally destroyed it. It is in pieces. I asked the younger gentleman twice to please stop and wait for assistance instead of moving it himself. He then proceeded to drag it down a brick walkway, and needless to say, the tea cart that my grandfather built for my grandmother while he was deployed in Japan and brought across an entire ocean; which has been passed through 3 generations of my family- is gone forever.

Not only that, but they visibly cracked my bedroom vanity by over-tightening a screw. It is front-facing and completely beyond repair. Unfortunately I can t add photos to this review.

Great experience with your company. The two young men that did the work were very courteous, polite and professional. If ever need a move again will call and will highly recommend ...

The movers were great! They put the furniture together fast and cleaned up their mess. Best movers I've had so far.
