I brought a Samsung tablet in that I was having issues with, I believed it to be a virus or internal damage. Daniel checked it out and quickly resolved the issue which was due to a faulty charger causing electrical static.

I am giving 5 stars to this service only because there is no 10 star rating. I took my HP desktop for servicing thinking the fan was the problem based on the error code. In less than 30 minutes under my close supervision the PC was fixed without any spare parts. Dust buildup was the problem and these units often require such maintenance. I received accurate, honest and affordable diagnostics with before and after pictures to show the root cause. In all my years requesting PC servicing this was service far above the rest. I highly highly recommend Ofi-store and will be telling my friends about this 10 star service.

Had some issues with some of the hard ware in my computer. My new internal hard drive wasn't working but it says its there and having problems monitoring my fan speeds. They fixed my fan issue. The only thing was that they told me that my hard drive is bricked. I probably did something wrong trying to install it. Nothing is on there so I'm good. But thanks to them I know now. I'll definitely head back there if anything else happens.

I imagined that all those reviews they have are false, because after 4 months they still don't solve me. 1. Take my PC to repair and extended with the delivery time for more than 1 month. 2. After the repair they damaged my touch screen and offered to repair it, which a month later they did not 3. Since they were unable to repair the screen they damaged, they were left to give me a refund of $ 100 which is not even half of what it cost me to repair it in another place and it is still the date that I do not receive my refund. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Your 15 days for reimbursement already go more than 1 month and nothing to receive the reimbursement. And the screen was you who broke it did not create that you receive a team without checking before and I do not have to say one thing for another. Here those who have been very bad with me are you. I paid for the repair, even tea I bought accessories, and you charged me an additional double to make the refund and it still does not arrive.

I got my laptop fixed with Daniel. It was making a super obnoxious beeping sound. Daniel explained to me the possibilities of what could be causing it. He explained to me what he would do. When I went to pick it up... there was an additional piece that needed to be fixed which he did. He had before and after pictures of the work he did with the laptop. I loved that. Excellent service ! Came in with a custom problem, a stripped screw on my macbook and in less than 30 minutes they removed the screw and even replaced the worn down feets of the bottom of the laptop. Can't love this place enough.

Came here the other day to get my computer hardware transferred to another computer case. Had it cleaned out. And my computer wasnt reading my GPU. It took them a little longer than expected but, boy they made it up for it with the quality. My computer looks and run like brand new! Definitely will be coming back.

please do not bring your electronics here for repair. They are not professional I Bring my computer here twice and both times they did not fix it. if anything there was even more problems with my pc ........ also the lady behind the counter does not speak one word of English and she allways confuses the orders and gives you the wrong adapters to your pc. Save your time and money

I spilled hot coffee with cream and sugar on my laptop keyboard. I thought it was completely ruined, it wouldn t even turn on. I took it in and they were able to fix it for me even saving all of my files. It only took 3 days and they texted me pictures and updated me daily without charging me an arm and a leg. Awesome customer service and will definitely use them again for any computer needs I may have.

Good at fixing PCs. Dont bring them consoles. My console has been in their store for 4 months. They certainly took my money and TIME but never resolved my issue. Got into a bit of a back and forth with the manager, we agreed on resolving the issues, but he hasnt communicated anything with me. A RUN AROUND FOR SURE. UPDATE RUES JAN 7 I then tried to pick up the Xbox 2 months after waiting months for it ( I had to wait that long because I moved out of town which meant physically being there was going to be challenging to say the least) after sending my girlfriend to pick it up the manager did not want to return it saying it i left it for more than 30 days and that he was entitled to keep it UNLESS I REWROTE MY REVIEW. HUH????? SO YOU CAN KEEP MY BOX FOR MONTHS AT A TIME LYING TO ME ABOUT WORK YOUR DIDNT DO WHILE TAKING MY MONEY THEN BRIBING MY FAMILY WITH MY ITEM I TRUSTED YOU WITH FOR A BETTER REVIEW? Finally found the Right Spot to fix my MacBook Pro which other high class Apple Stores could not fix. My MAC fell hard on the floor, damaging my power port and preventing me from accessing the system for months and loosing access to my data. After taking it to three (3) different high end stores that turned me away with excuses like can t be fixed, too busy and you better take it to Apple); we decided to give OFI-Store the opportunity and I can say: they outperform my expectations and my MacBook Pro is better than before. They cleaned the board properly and helped with the OS upgrade. Time to get back to work and if you ever need any repairs on Apple products or beyond, you MUST give them a call and even better come to the store and ask for Daniel. You will not be disappointed
