Except for a few nice employees there, I will go by something my mother taught me; if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I enjoyed my stay, it was a really good experience and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was an Extremely Clean Hotel and if I had a luggage cart available I would have rated it as a 5 star.

Very nice hotel, used for hockey tournament. Breakfast was a plus, my husband said "best hotel breakfast ever". Pool was nice, a little crowded but not hotels fault. Room was big, and amenities were nice with unexpected mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs

Had a two day conference there. Bar and grill on site was nice. Friendly staff. Free WiFi.

Was there for AP testing. The staff was loud and disruptive despite repeated reminders to keep it quiet because we were taking a test. Otherwise pretty nice.

They fixed their internet issue must have been an ISP problem

Went for a professional event. The large event room had plenty of space and was perfect for what we needed.

Very disappointing...a block of rooms were reserved for my son's hockey team playing in a tournament. Here is why we were so disappointed:
The Room: not very clean (a used towel was still on the floor next to the bed)
The View: We looked at a wall...truly! A wall, but if you stood close enough to the window you could get a glimpse of the parking lot.
The Pool: Don't let the pictures deceive you...it's tiny, and doesn't seem to be well kept.
The Front Desk Employees: Aside from one woman who was very accommodating, others were quite unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. I noticed that there were far cheaper prices online (by almost $75/night). When I called to inquire why our rooms were so much more expensive ($134/night), I was told it's because the rooms we had booked were conjoined. However, when we went there, other hockey players had connecting rooms, and were paying far less. We were told it was because they were not part of the block of rooms. When we asked to change where we were in the hotel, they said we'd still have to pay the same price regardless.
The Food: terrible! The "all you can eat breakfast buffet" consisted of runny scrambled eggs, burnt bacon, under-cooked hash browns, and a waffle maker where the batter had been left out too long that it was crusty. If you have dinner, go out (there are tons of restaurants near there). The menu they provide in the hotel room does not reflect what they offer in the actual restaurant. My daughter wanted salmon. We were told she would have to have it in the room in order to get it. That makes no sense!

The only good thing about this place is that my son's hockey team was there, and he was able to play between games, and it's the only reason we would go back.

Stayed here for a weeklong business trip. A good experience! The staff was very helpful. The lounge/bar area was great. The fitness center was ideal for my use (8-10miles/day). The breakfast was a little odd but otherwise a great stay! Very clean rooms and comfy beds. All the staff would go out of your way to help you.

great hotel great service! the handsome bartender shaun(not 100% on the spelling) makes a darn good drink. supporting cast members such as Sandra Stephanie and AJ also bring a lovely atmosphere to the hotel. looking forward to seeing the new renovations.

Every email we were given for confirmation said "you have until the day before to cancel." When we discovered that we no longer needed the room, we tried to cancel, and after talking to 4 different people were finally emailed a tiny bit of disclaimer that says "until 12:01am the day before," though only after getting the run around and passed up the managerial chain. We decided to just go to the room anyways just to hang out. Everything in this building feels dark, gloomy, and dirty. The halls reeked of cigarette smoke and the room smelled stale. Everything in the room felt off and make us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving because the 70$ we spend didnt feel worth it to stay in this dump.

We were attending a family funeral and stayed here for two nights. The hotel itself was undergoing much needed renovations. The room was decent, nothing more or less than we expected. The staff, however, were the reason for a five star rating. From the front desk to room service to the restaurant, the staff could not have been more helpful and kind.

Very good Hotel, nice rooms and conference areas. I attend the National Guild of Hypnotists Convention every year and really enjoy it. One suggestion I would make is to fix the Air condition in the halls. Very hot walking from the rooms to the elevators. It's been like this for many years. Other than that, a wonderful hotel, very nice people and great atmosphere. Look forward to coming back next year.

I attended an expo and found the facilities well-suited to this event.Plenty of parking at the hotel, and excellent shuttle service between hotel and trade center.

Nice convention space, large and many rooms to use. Plus great location, not far from Boston or metrowest / Worcester. Good staff.

This hotel is a last resort pick in my opinion. The whole building should be revamped. Besides the old 90s stature situation going on in the lobby, the place needs new carpet. I was wiped with cigarette smoke in the elevator while going to my room, I honestly think someone did smoke, it was that bad. The place just exudes old cigarette smoking customers. They gave me a breakfast Voucher but I would not have been caught eating that breakfast. The room was standard. Plus for me was microwave/fridge/extra towels. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable but hey it was a bed. Not enough lighting. No complementary water. The fire alarm went off at 10am just before check out time which was annoying. Check time is 11am btw, another con, 12pm should be standard. Ppl want to sleep! Lots of Restaurants in the area and other hotels

Great hotel for the price. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel decor is a bit dated but they are in the process of redecorating the rooms. The newly decorated rooms are beautiful and even the rooms that haven't been redecorated - were clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

While enjoyed my stay, the highlight was the service I rec'd from a waitress during breakfast ..outstanding!

I was robbed $250 with a dishonest, lying smoking fee. I was solo and I do NOT smoke. I thought I was paying less than $100 for one night (which is what was agreed upon and which was in the receipt as well as within the emailed receipt), but instead fraud took place and I was charged over $340.00 for one night in Marlborough! CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!!

Way over priced for what they offer. Not very friendly, pure greed. Cleanliness was not the greatest.

I would never stay at this hotel. Just so you all know they NEVER wash any of the blankets. The sheets are sometimes washed but never the blankets. The people who work here are treated terrible. The laundry room is disgusting. OSHA should come visit and see the horrible working conditions these people have to deal with. People almost pass out from heat stroke because it s so hot and there s no air. I used to work there and thank GOD I got out because this place is DISGUSTING.

The hotel is a bit outdates, but I've been here many times, so naostalgically I am attached to it. Expo Center is huge and spacious , but there are few bathroom to accommodate the large crowds. Overall I like this place , but the elevators are terrible and it has a old 70's motel feel.

bed was uncomfortable I left sign up for do not disturb and the cleaning person came in while I was gone and threw away important slips

Comfortable hotel. Good beds. Old school sports bar. Food was good. Bar was lacking and overpriced. Microwave and fridge were nice to have. Pool was warm and relaxing. Breakfast was in the middle. Neither great or terrible. Had a lot of options and few options at the same time. Overall, not a bad hotel for business travelers, conferences or groups.

This is one of NYC finest hotels. Top tier service. Phenomenal desk staff, management, engineers that fix any issues immediately..clean rooms, spotless linens/sanitized bathrooms & this housekeeping crew is the very best!

Traveling to Massachusetts in 2015, the second hotel to stay.

Friends recommended a long history.

The facilities in the hotel are outdated and not updated immediately.

When the waiter cleaned the house, he did not confirm with the guest, discarded the clothes, reacted with the counter, and the counter paid a penalty.
The clothing was not recovered, so I had to buy it again.

Breakfast coupons are used for breakfast, the service is white, and the meal coupons have been given. We also thought that we didn't have meal coupons to eat on our own. The same situation happened not only for one day, but also for several days.

It was amazing Location was amazing rooms were good then service, cleaning, and food was so good.

This was my first time at this hotel and I was pleased with the service. I was attending an expo there and it was quite busy; however my needs were accommodated in a timely fashion. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

Lovely hotel for conventions, able to have all events under one roof. Ate at the hotel restaurant which is excellent.

It was clean and spacious. Ww had plenty of room for our event. Ww did run into a few technical difficulties though.

We came in during renovations so we didn't know what to expect. There are parts of the property that are a little bit dated, but the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff wayyyy more than made up for it. These people are really wonderful. The beds are very comfortable also. So many people went out of there way to be good to us. A gentleman behind the counter drove us in the shuttle to a restaurant down the road, and then picked us up. Our flight was delayed upon leaving, and the manager came over to us and engaged us, and gave us a room to rest in until the evening when we had to leave. Offered us drinks and snacks. If you're in Marlborough I highly recommend this place. Walking distance to LOTS of fun things to do at Apex Center and plenty of places to eat. Excellent people here, you won't be sorry.
