My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a wonderful experience. I loved how much the hotel supports recycling and being green. John at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond to accommodate any request we made, he remembered personal details about us, and he juggled multiple calls and customers with perfect professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel - very convenient location, very clean and large rooms!

They have a restorant and a bar.
Also, there are some interesting events here like the spring bling

Nice stay and conveniently located to major routes/roads. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Would recommend this BW for business or leisure. Lots to see in the easily reachable towns and cities. Thumbs up for this Best Western!

I was at a conference and didn't stay overnight, but all the areas I was in were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly also.

Easy to find. The speaker systems in the ballroom were not great. Microphones did not work well when the ballroom was split up.

Excellent! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel respected, comfortable, and appreciated.

I attended a conference at the Best Western in Marlborough, MA. It was a great experience, good accommodations, decent food and friendly staff.

Family preference to stay at the Best Western when visiting the Marlboro/Worcester area. Location right off of 495 is key, with many area attractions close by. Kids love the free breakfast!

While we believe our room was haunted the hotel it self was decent, it was under construction which didn't bother us on the 5th floor. Room 510 im pretty sure is haunted, i was awoken at around 3am by my wife asking me what I was doing, upon opening my eyes I saw someone standing by the window, as I told her I was still on the bed it walk past the foot of the bed and vanished.. We both seen it otherwise I would have written it off as a dream. Didnt get much sleep after that.

Hotel was wonderful only exception was the buffet could have been better but the staff was great and the management showed me such a beautiful time for my birthday.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is under renovations but the room was super clean and the staff very helpful. First room 585 was awsome but AC went out the next morning they gave us Room 582 , super clean it had a seal to show that no one entered after cleaning. Very quiet can't wait to return after the renovations. The water was boiling hot just the way we like it, fridge and microwave worked great. The Hotel is next to a shopping center with a supermarket and plenty of places to eat. Again I looked forward to comeback after the renovations are complete.

I have attended an event here every year for the last ten years. While it's not the fanciest exhibit hall or hotel you will ever come across, it is probably the best facility of it's type in the area. The staff is super nice and bends over backwards to accommodate the demanding needs of our group.

Breakfast was a little weak compared to usual and the door to the room didn't close on its own. Other than that it's a solid hotel.

Horrible staff. Recommended a business that ripped me off by double charging me. Sheets were dirty. Staff rude.

Conference location is nice. Boxed lunches very lacking.

Poor. This was a transgender conference, the largest in the United States, and yet I was misgendered at Check-In, a bad start. This was awful. I am in between having my license changed over to my new name, and the clerk loudly pronounced my old male name twice, calling me "Mister" when it was pretty obvious there was no "mister" within twenty feet. Nor did she appear to care at all. It was evident that many of the staff did not receive or take seriously any training that may have occurred concerning transgender clients. This was evident from a few other people's actions as well as the check-in clerk. The restaurant and bar were understaffed. Our lunch order, a sandwich, took 40 minutes, ... TWICE in two days, and a waitress who instead of taking care of it, just stated, "It's not my fault." The bar was understaffed at night; a fifteen-twenty minute wait for a drink was pretty common and frustrating. There was no refrigerator in the room, even though it was advertised as being included. The checkout guys who helped us with our luggage were great.

Terrible Wi-Fi (couldn't even browse amazon), found a handful of hair in my sandwich, dated building, extremely hot hallways, extremely slow elevators... The list goes on. When I finally got a hold of the rooms manager he promised me the world to get me back, it's been a month and no points were added to my account and 5 voicemails have been ignored. My company black listed this hotel based on my stay, I suggest you don't give them a chance.

More plant based options please.
Vacuum the floors, esp if there's yoga in ams.
Room temps too cold or too hot.
Front staff need to be educated on activities such as parks in area.
It looked and smelled ( yes smelled) out of date.

Great venue with lots of space. Plenty of food options nearby, and wonderful areas to relax away from your event.

Great hotel, very helpful staff and room was excellent for a family of 4, with 2 TV's and walk in shower. Felt very safe and comfortable in the hote but Boston was only ok. Can reccomend this hotel for location, service and ood environment.

I cant speak for the hotel but the convention center is nice. Spacious.

Waitresses were very accommodating to my food allergy. Staff was very kind. Bathrooms were a bit shabby, however.

Attended for a professional development training. The place was very clean, they provided coffee and breakfast and had staff to clean up and collect plates while the training was going on. Bathrooms where very clean!

The location was easy to get to. No problem parking and the event was very spacious.

It was great, comfy bed, warm room and lovely bathroom.

It is a conference hotel so it gets a ton of traffic. Overall it was nice but our hotel room smelled like smoke.

Hotel was a bit dated but clean. A bit out of the way and not the most convenient location.

Pool was fine. Breakfast was fabulous!

It was adequate, but not very comfortable for a three day conference. Chairs are old and stiff, rooms were slightly cramped, interior was dated.

I went for a professional conference. Everything was clean and well-organized. Staff did their jobs well.

Went here for a local convention. The room was great, the staff was friendly and there was plenty of near by dinning as well.

Went for a business meeting. Place Is... fine. Large rooms and lobby are bright and clean enough. Seminar room was dirty with gum on some chairs, melted candy on the floors.

No complaints at all. We had a last min reservation. Check in and out was quick and easy. All staff were nice and professional. Breakfast was great.

Our room was clean enough, but the overall hotel and it's adjacent grounds were not so great. When we got on the elevator there were two crumpled up used kleenex tissues on the elevator floor. All the elevators needed a good vacuuming. When we pulled in there were several empty beer bottles sitting in the middle of the parking lot. I told the girl at the desk about the elevators and the empty beer bottles in the parking lot. Eight hours later when we checked out there were still kleenex tissues in the elevator, and the beer bottles were still sitting there in the parking lot. There were also a lot of "long term residents" staying there. The glass doors were covered in dirty fingerprints. The hallways also needed a good vacuuming.

It was horrible. It reeked of weed all night and day. No clock that worked. Couldn't call down to desk to ask for anything. No USB ports. Needed an actual plug which I did not have. It was dirty!

Nice room at a good price. Hotel is in a very convenient location easy to get to Worcester or Boston. Nice staff and decent breakfast.

A very bad and disappointing experience at this hotel. Maids are out of furnishings, staff is not helpful and food is not very food either. Keys stopped working, the quarter mile road to the hotel is broken. Vending machines are insanely expensive. I stayed for 5 days and I had to get my key activated Every day cause it would stop working. Honestly, I am not going to stay at any Best Western again.

Overall the hotel is great. The rooms are a little dated but well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is acceptable. I would have no issues staying here in the future.

I wish I caught the name of the guy working the desk at check-in. On a scale of 1-10, he was off the charts amazing. I screwed up my reservation after being on the road for 1400 miles. He was very sympathetic and helpful. I'm originally from this area but moved to FL 25 years ago, and he was great about helping find what I need locally. My room was comfy, shower was just what I needed. I highly recommend.

It was okay. Had to ask for room to be recleaned after checking in. The shower temperature (hot and cold) was backwards. Good breakfast buffet.

It's a decent place to stay if you're attending a convention down the hill. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night when we were asleep, but we never heard it in our room. Also the toilet never stopped making noise, the hallway was freezing, the mini fridge made chugging sounds, and the air conditioner sounded like an airplane every 10 minutes. Other than that it was fine.

Friendly staff, large common areas, clean room. Slightly dated furniture and fixtures, but not overly important for most overnighter. All in all 4/5 and would recommend to others.

Free breakfast... But you get what you pay for. I didn't need to eat today, it's okay.

My time at the Best Western in Marlborough MA was exceptional.

The Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel was a pleasant stay for 3 days with a very helpful staff and clean rooms that made for a wonderful stay.

I just want to thank Debi Webb for her superb customer service!! To make a long story short there was a kids expo on Saturday, March 30 which happened to be my stepdaughter's ninth birthday Well Ella Anderson was there who plays Piper, the sister on the Henry danger show. This is a very popular program with kids So I called the hotel to find out exactly where she would be if they could be pictures taken etc. etc. we talked for 20 minutes and it was like we had known each other for ever she said I will find out and I will call you tomorrow. Honestly I thought to myself she's never going to call but at least I made the effort Well sure enough Debi Webb called me back and told me the time of where she would be I said I know that but I i'm looking to make my stepdaughter's birthday the best so she had an email that she gave me Of the people that were actually running the event and I was able to make an absolutely wonderful connection for my stepdaughter. We had such a wonderful experience at the hotel for the kids expo Debbie's customer service was outstanding and when I went to the front desk to ask if she was there They said no. But I introduced them to my stepdaughter to them and told them by her made her a very happy girl and they all gave Debbie web excellent accolades!!! Thank you Debi Webb and the hotel for a very satisfying experience Highly recommend this hotel thank you

Everything was fine....until the blazing fire alarms and flashing lights at 4:00am...and no staff guidance! Bad move

Very uneventful stay (in terms of hotel interactions). This is a good thing! No complaints or criticisms.

Very nice. Courteous staff. Spacious room. Lobby being remodeled but not an inconvenience.

Shower not tub worked during my stay. Completely unacceptable. Will not stay at this location again.

Awesome staff. They listened, answered questions, provided suggestions. We wanted to go into Boston, but were concerned about traffic. They took us to the train station in the courtesy van, told us which subway to take, suggested activities and followed up to see how our experience went. We felt like we were with old friends. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the wait staff was so friendly. We are recommending this hotel to all our friends. We felt we were staying with family. The room was comfortable, immaculate, and so quiet.

The location was nice. Staff were great. Turkey was bad.

I frequent the hotel for chess tournaments. It is a good venue and the bar and food is pretty good. I have never stayed in any of the rooms.

Good restaurant and a nice conference room that provides a comfortable experience.
