The best hotel I've stayed in for the price. Customer service is great, room and hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Area is quiet, and is close to stores and restaurants. My husband travels for business quite often and he was very impressed by this hotel.
Went to the Lego convention there, it's a nice space with more room than I expected.
Blankets aren't great. Bed comfortable. Why does there have to be a mirror on the back of the bathroom door!? No one wants to see themselves on the John.
Good hotel. Great staff. Had to enter from the side because the main entrance was closed for renovations. The pool was also closed for renovation. The included breakfast was good. The parking lot is nice and big. Previous stays the all star restaurant was good.
Rooms were nice, they lent us an extension cord, bartender and servers were all wonderful. Pool was warm.
Old building. A terrible place for a convention. Sound carries from one meeting room to another. Wires are run across the floor. An old, dated, building. I stayed at a different hotel.
I was there for megafest and they were very accommodating. Bar was amazing and made great drinks and great food
Attended a local conference for work. There was a nice breakfast spread provided, and when I didn't initially see the water set up inside the conference room, I asked the front desk staff where I could purchase a bottle of wate and she provided one to me from behind the desk for free and with a smile. The only negative is that there is little room between seats in the conference room and no power outlets for laptop use. I have not stayed overnight at this hotel.
Absolutely a great place to stay. When I come to town I will only stay at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel/Trade Center. I received excellent service from a fine young man named Cameron who works at the front desk. "Little John and "Big" John were both awesome as well, so polite and accommodating. These 3 wonderful people made sure my stay in their hotel was not only comfortable but enjoyable. I learned so much about their city. They really went way over the call of duty. I am very grateful!

Super courteous staff they went out of their way to check us I to a room and find a room next to another family member. They were super helpful with directions and suggestions o. Things to do. Their breakfast buffet is outstanding! I definitely recommend staying here and enjoying a bite to eat at the All star restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel.

Went here for Easter brunch for our 3rd year. Everything was delicious and fresh. The Easter Bunny was there too. Our server was wonderful and we were not rushed out. Looking forward to next year again.
The hallways are a little dingy, but the rooms are clean, we had a fridge and microwave.

We were here for a one day convention. While we didn't spend the night, we found all the hotel staff to be friendly and courteous. We had dinner at their restaurant, and enjoyed the food. We will definitely be back!
I don't see much to complain about like these other people. I'm here now for the second time, and for the price, it's fine. I don't expect a lavish place for $99. The free breakfast buffet is a typical one, so if you don't like that, like me, don't eat it. My bed and room are fine. Nothing worn or damaged. They accept pets, so beware of that. I'm glad because I have my new pup here now!
Luke the Duke of marlborough are the front desk is the kindest of host's. That cant be said for the rest of the desk staff. Without him the place would come crashing down.
For all my stays at BW this year (Disney, Orlando and Marlborough, MA), the over all experience was not the worst but not the best either. Better sitting could be provided for breakfast in Marlborough, although in construction.
Great place with so many options for events! I was a vendor for the 2nd year in a row for Baystate Kids Con Camp Expo, and I must say they do a great job!

Our trip to Ma. centered around our Grandson's High School Graduation. Our entire family arrived at different times--5 adults and 5 children. The hotel greeted us with open arms and provided us with rooms that were next to one another and across the hall so the children had other rooms to visit. John and Angela, at the front desk, was so very accommodating, and the restaurant staff especially Jeff made sure our dining needs were meet with both a smile and a laugh. I would hope that all Best Western's are like the Best Western in Marlborough, MA.

Went their for a board game convention. Place was clean and accommodating, had a fun time. Did not interact with the hotel staff or stay overnight but it was a nice looking place. Next year we would stay there.

The hotel is very clean and inviting. The staff is extremely helpful and kind with anything you may need. Even with thousands of teenagers at a conference, they went above and beyond. The trade center is an amazing space that handled our event flawlessly.
I travelled to this hotel twice in the last 6 months. The facilities are good, the staff were great. The breakfast is great as with all the meals. The fitness facility is set up well with a large pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is remodeling on the 5th floor and parts of the second floor. The elevators are extremely slow. There are plenty of food options near to the hotel.

My experience at this Best Western hotel was terrific. The people who worked the front desk were very pleasant and personable. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I really was impressed with the overall experience.
The food service providers were professional and friendly.
Overall facilities are fairly well kept. My reservations come from my impression that staff needed training about check out and handling room & credit card splitting. We were at a convention and split rooms but staff was not capable/knowledgeable enough to divide the room fee and bill correctly. This has led to problems that effect this review. Also breakfast buffet area needs more wait staff because just getting coffee and water was a problem.
I stayed for one night and checked in late. Counter staff was very friendly and generally nice to speak to. The room was spacious and clean. Also was very quite. Morning breakfast was very good and check out was audio a nice experience

When I went for training for Audi they set me up here, all the way from Santa Monica California. The training center is super close, the breakfast at the hotel is simple and doesn't really get old. The beds are decent and the views are calming. Or at least the two times I've stayed here they have been facing the woods. It's simple and clean and close to a bunch of food places. Overall a good hotel I experienced for 2 weeks (different weeks not in a row) and I would come back and stay here if it was for pleasure instead of work. The room was clean and well lit when I was here and always came back to a clean room, sometimes even smelled nice.

Great hotel conveniently close to the highway. Clean,comfortable beds,updated,good breakfast buffet. The only cons I found was the water pressure in the shower,and they seemed to double book a room to another guest,but they were extremely busy and the guests seemed to understand.

The food in the restaurant was good, but the menu was pretty limited. The salad bar was good and the staff were polite and friendly.
Overall, I have no real complaints about the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the area.
This serves as a frequent haunt for chess tournaments in the area. Good facilities available for that, including a decent bar and grill in the hotel to grab some lunch between rounds.

The Best Western in Marlborough, Mass is one of the cleanest, most accomodating hoteks....the breakfast buffet is great and Jeff is friendly and upbeat and goes out of his way to start your day off happy and well fed
The staff is amazing and the breakfast time is awesome 7-11. Longer then most any other hotel around. The Trade center is huge and it is a blesding that they offer a shettle bus. The Trade Center is within a short walk but the shettle is perfect for those who can not walk or when it is raining.
The worst hotel that I see in all my life. I am a bride and my groom and I was going to honeymoon and made a reservation in this location, so when we arrived they told us they don't have our room! What? They sell a room and they don't have? I'm extremely disappointed and sad about that. I'm front of the hotel dressed as a bride, now it's 00:34 am and I don't know where we go! I hope you guys never do it anyone else! You're a terrible company. I really wanna sue you guys
The hotel was under construction when we arrived and it was still very clean and nice. The room was clean and we got anything we asked for. We needed an additional blanket because the blankets on the bed were very light and was not much to them probably our only complaint we used the pool and gym which locked was broken but the front desk girls were right there to help. The bar in the hotel was our dated and the waitress and cook didn't have much knowledge of gluten allergy and there wasn't much options if you do suffer from this too but over well we had a good experience

I attended an event in the conference center. The facility was pleasant but In need of maintenance. There were many light bulbs needing replacement and the restroom I used was in need of repairs.
Easy to get to of Rt. 495., neat and comfortable rooms, lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, hands down the worst hotel i have stayed in in a long time!! Service was horrible facilities are falling apart and dirty and the price was higher then the new Marriott down the street.
The rooms furniture was beat up broken chair, a TV stand that was modified with a hammer to fit a larger TV, sink faucet stayed in your hand when you turn on the water, bathroom door chewed up by prior guest dog locked up in there. wallpaper pealing water stains on ceiling, stain carpets and dirty bed mattresses. just to name a few! cigarette smoke smell everywhere!
Restaurant food was packaged food and the service was horrible you better have 2-3 hours for lunch. Maid service completely disregarded do not disturb signs and the day of check out came in to clean our room at 8am!!!
There are plenty of hotels in the area stay away from this one!
