Absolutely the best hotel in the surrounding area. Very good service!

We had very little warm water , no hot water in the showers ...room was not cleaned and trash was not removed during our stay. And the breakfast was not as healthy as I am use to cereal (Frosted Flakes) not my choice and whole milk and the fruit cup was nice. We did mention ALL this to front desk... very unresponsive. I realize this is a difficult times(covert19) but don t think the basics is to much to pay for.... and did get!

A very pleasant stay at this hotel during our convention. The newly refurbished rooms were lovely.

If it wasn't for the bartender Sean this place would have been a dive. The guy Oscar had no clue what he was doing. One much older woman was brutal in her rudeness. The food and drinks were over priced

Its a less than average hotel, wasn't impressed, the Hilton close by is much better

We were on the third floor above the restaurant/bar in an interior room and it was very loud at night while trying to sleep. Slider doors were not very sound proof so you could hear people down at the bar area. Also, everytime a room door would shut it would slam so hard that it would shake our whole room and was ridiculously loud. Made me jump out of my skin. Unfortunately, we went during a busy time and this happened every ten minutes for over 3 hours. I don't recommend staying on the 3rd floor in an interior room.

If I could select zero stars, I would. I have stayed in motels that were cleaner.

I ordered room service and requested a well-done burger. I took one bite and found it was completely raw inside, so I could not eat it. That was the best part of the hotel.

The room was dingy and perhaps I should have know from that, but I went to sleep the first night without any bug bites, but woke in the morning with a great deal of itchy bites. (I am having all of my belongings dry cleaned now because of this.)

In the morning, I showered and got ready and then made the mistake of using the toilet one more time before check-out. I heard the sound of water from above (not sure if it was a sink, shower, or toilet) and then water suddenly poured down on me from the vent above the toilet! Obviously, I had to shower and get ready all over again.

Once I was clean again, I checked out and told the person who checked me out about everything. Her response was to basically shrug and say, "Oh". No apology or anything! This must happen all the time there. I will NEVER stay at one of their hotels again and I strongly urge everyone to run from them as well.

One great atmosphere in the malbarough!! For partying

One of the go-to hotels for my state agency's conferences, meetings and workshops. Location is okay despite its convenience to freeways. Entire hotel seems like it needs a refresh.

Modern, clean, spacious, and the staff is very friendly. This is a large, pet friendly hotel, and is highly recommended.

Older and showing it. Beds were OK at best. Not bad for less than 100 a night but more than that keep moving. Night staff is great but breakfast could have been the worst ever after paying for upgrade. Front desk is useless

Great experience! Food was good and services were exceptional. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Amenities are top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Parking was easy. The event was well coordinated. The people in the event were more than helpful. When an employee saw my son's pizza was overcooked (already given to us for free) he, unsolicited, came over with a fresh pizza to replace it.

The whole experience was scraptacular.
The workshops were easy to find. The hotel was clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast at Zackarys was very good, and our breakfast waiter was very pleasant and helpful. His name is Kanani. He gave us a big smile with his service. Excellent!
We also enjoyed traveling back and forth in the shuttle bus. Phil did an excellent job helping all of us ladies in and out of the shuttle. He saw many of us over and over but he never complained, but showed care and compassion for each and every guest.

Just went there to peek at the class. Might spend my birthday there with my girlfriend of 3 years. Definitely recommend this hotel

I recently spent 5 days and nights at the Marlboro Best Western and my stay there was great. While the hotel needs some updating, it doesn't mean the staff, food and service are all excellent. I would highly recommend staying there and will stay there again.

Had a great experience here. Check in and out were speedy, and the staff was wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and staff was nice. Also the lounge had really good service and food. Overall I highly recommend this Best Western. I also love the rewards program!

I was very impressed with the service here. I don t usually fly red-eye flights but this time I did and I arrived at the hotel about 8 am. Not only did they let me into a room, but they even included an extra day s breakfast.

The staff was consistently helpful. I needed to send a fax (for the first tine in like 10 years, lol) and they made it happen at no charge.

Ok accommodations. Food was terrible. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Hotel is being remodeled, staff at front desk are not helpful. They have security monitoring the hotel. GPS drops you off at the strip mall and you need to drive about 150 ft to get to the entrance.

Went to event here, but phone service was block & you had to be staying there to get wifi. Place is a little beat up; Skip this place if you can.

They recently have redone the rooms including new mattresses and heating systems! Really reasonable hotel with nice accommodations and breakfast!

great hotel - staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and decorated nicely plus everything works! I requested an early check in and my room was ready at 8:20 AM. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel is dated but clean. Slowest elevators in recent memory. The bar and grill in the lobby is good for drinks but not consistently friendly in service and food is sub par. Breakfast buffet isn't bad.

Wished the construction inside was finished as more people would have benefited from what I was there to teach "EYES OPEN MEDITATION"

Very clean, everyone was polite and helpful and we definitely recommend this place and will be trying it again!

Once or twice a year, my family does the 16 hour trek from NC to MA and we always stay at this Best Western for the longest part of our visit. The amenities are top-notch, the rooms are always spic and span, and the staff goes above and beyond.

This is the Best Western that always has us coming back to the brand. The hotel is on a great street, but tucked away so that traffic isn't insane. Highly recommend.

This place is tired ! The restaurant needs an update, food is just ok. Service is hit or miss. Room we were in was not too bad, but refridge barely worked. Next time for the convention, we will stay across the street.

Not really impressed. I stayed twice while on a business trip(2 separate stays during same week).
First visit, room was fine. Food from room service was AWFUL. Out of my $30 meal I was able to stomach the zucchini and carrot cake.
Second visit, my room smelled like a bug bomb. I slept with the window open in 30 degree weather. I did not attempt the food again.

Event location that has aged well, thanks to the great staff. Although the event rooms are old, the elevators slow, and the carpet dated, the staff here know their business. The rooms are comfy, and the desks are desks, not mini-shelves - serious for working professionals. Event staff are quick and responsive. the restaurant options are limited, but it rates well against most hotels' food. Really the only complaint I have is the front doors, which are impossible to navigate with bags. bring a friend to hold them open.

Went for a conference. It was clean enough, but when the food came out, there were a few too many fruit flies and the food itself wasn't great.

It is a little difficult to find from the street but the service was great and the facilities were good for the convening I attended.

It was ok very quiet and for the price, it was as expected nothing fancy, but very convenient and comfortable.

My room was disgusting. There was green mold in the inside of the shower curtain as well as the shower ceiling. The binder with hotel information and local eateries had a stain on a page that appeared as though pizza or pasta was dropped on it. It had never been cleaned because there were crusted chunks of food still present. There was broken drywall around two of the pictures on the wall and the iron was almost completely useless because it was so cheap. The hangers were difficult to work with because they had the security rings that do not allow you to use the hangers as intended off of the closet pole. The elevators were far behind the times as they are incredibly small, slow, and the doors almost always had to be manually opened/closed. The hallways were always scorching hot but the temperature of the rooms was nice. Breakfast was pretty good but the restaurant had very cheap food for dinner. I had a prime rib my first night and it was very small and 50% grizzle. The ladies that worked there were very nice but the managers treated them like garbage and would harass and yell at them often for no reason. The bar was fine but I guess its probably pretty hard to mess up serving beer. If I'm ever in the area again ill be staying at a different hotel.

I met many wonderful people and made many new friends in a comfortable atmosphere. It was a very organize event :) thank you all <3

I recently stayed at the hotel for 3 night and i must say 90% of my stay was good. The only problems that i ran into were that when i entered my room the first night, and every night there was a disturbing odor, and when i reported it i was told it would be handled, never was, and there was one waiter at the area where breakfast was served who was very rude to me and my friends. Other then these two complaints i msut say i enjoyed my time at the hotel and i would gladly come back, saying i didnt get the smelly room again

Good hotel especially for hosting events. Would recommend for anyone that wants to host an event here

One of the better hotel bar/restaurants I've seen. The service was good considering that a wedding after party of about 30 showed up unannounced.

The air quality was poor and ventilation was not good either. The meeting rooms were either to hot or to cold . The ac in our room smelled funny also. Public bathrooms had an odor also even though they were clean. I have severe allergies and I was in misery the whole time.

Nice facility, nice gym, beds were small. The heating unit was very loud

We went for the bay state kids event and it was great. My children had a great time and I found a few vendors I am interested in.

It is not easy to find, specifically at night. Otherwise nice, clean, friendly place.

I attended a CE here but didn't stay at the hotel. There meals were surprisingly good and the location was convenient.
