Good shipping my packages always arrive intact. Just make sure if you call to ask for prices make sure that you write down the price and the name of the person that told you. Because if you go there assuming those prices that you got over the phone with no proof. They will give you a different price that you were quoted.

Box was opened in New york and coffee, rice, canned tuna, canned salmon and other items were stolen. The box had 4 shipping straps and securely taped. My 88 year old mother in law cried after opening the box that had been cut open and retaped using a different tape, plastic wrap was put around the top to cover the thef. It takes a special kind of animal to steal food from an 88 year old widower. We will not be using this company ever again. They lied about giving credit for stolen items. Never returned my call. Their excuse for the theft is "DR is a third world country." They don't seem to understand the importance of a good reputation for the future growth of a business.
