Awesome staff. They listened, answered questions, provided suggestions. We wanted to go into Boston, but were concerned about traffic. They took us to the train station in the courtesy van, told us which subway to take, suggested activities and followed up to see how our experience went. We felt like we were with old friends. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the wait staff was so friendly. We are recommending this hotel to all our friends. We felt we were staying with family. The room was comfortable, immaculate, and so quiet.
