It was an absolutely great Hotel I can't complain about anything it was right there with a bunch of good restaurants price was absolutely great and would stay there again it was definitely in my top five hotels out of the thousands I have stayed in. The renevations have gone well since our last stay. Rooms were very nice and the tenant was very professional and nice.
Stay was ok lights in room didnt work. Only gives discounts to nurses no one else is considered.. and expect to be woken by 9 for room service.

This place has a broken credit card machine. They swipe your card several times and still claim the transaction has not went thru. When we complained to management, Angela, she treated us as if we were trying to scam them, and run out on the bill. She did not want to hear our frustrations and refused to serve us and kicked us out. She spoke to us in a demeaning tone and did not offer any kind of credit for the inconvenience and our troubles. Do not stay at this hotel, it was a horrible experience. There are much better options in the area. Please do not support this place.
Friendly, professional staff. Good breakfast selection. Clean room. Lots of nearby restaurants. Odd building configuration for a Best Western but not a problem. It may have started out as something other than a BW.

The Best Western Green Tree Inn in Clarksville was a very economical and comfortable selection. The room was a little small but it had the complete suite of furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was the usual quality fare. It is located with easy freeway access and around a large variety of restaurants.
I have stayed at this motel several times over the years. The location is a plus for me as well as the courteous staff.
too high priced for the age and condition of rooms - period
We paid for a room with a king size bed and the very small room only had a full size bed. When we spoke to the front desk we were told it was king sized, it was not. Breakfast didnt have many options and we didnt have any soap in our bathroom.
5 stars for there hospitality. I showed up hours before check in, explained i been traveling was to tired to continue. They had me in upgraded room within few min.
We liked our stay with the Best Western. Will stay again in the future.
Place was clean - staff quite friendly - bed was comfy - handicap shower was HUGE and that was GREAT!!

A very good alternative to stay close to Louisville. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price reasonable. Perfect for a quick stay. Easy access to shopping and driving into Louisville.

Everything was very clean and the continental breakfast was very nice. We love the waffles! The only thing that could be improved upon was that the tile in our room could use regrouting. We kept on stepping on little chunk of concrete that came out from the floor tiles.
It was not a good experience. We tried to check in at 5:30pm, was told to come back half hour later. When we go back, had to wait for a long time to get checked in. Had to ask for a discount for our trouble. The manger did get us 10% off, however the price of room went up compared to what I was quoted when I booked a month prior. The following day, we were woken up by housekeeping at 9:00 am, wanting us to check out so they can clean our rooms. Our room smelled like an ashtray and it was semi clean.
The first from we were given had an issue with the sink stinking like sewer. The second from were given does not have a working light in the bathroom.

Terribly rainy weekend but the one bright spot was our hotel stay! Great breakfast, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and LaShan was a great help at giving us ideas of something fun to do in the area since our concert was cancelled. Will definitely stay here again when heading south from MI.
Fine stay, safe and quiet. Front desk took excellent care of us. plenty of towels and great location. They are expanding soon and will have both indoor and out door pools. Hot breakfast. Very clean room and it was non smoking and smelled great.

I would definitely stay at this Best Western again. It was very clean, bed was very comfortable, I slept great. It has a small refrigerator and a microwave, those are get amenities to have in the room. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It is very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and Louisville is just across the bridge.

Safe, clean. I felt very secure and was able to get lots of rest.
No vanity in bathroom, in sufficient parking if you are pulling a utility trailer. Came in at night the lights would not work, had to get a flashlight find recepticle and cord for light and plug it in, had to move table to plug in laptop, chairs in room very uncomfortable.

We have visited this hotel for the last 15 years for the ky Derby. It has continued to improve year after year.

I felt like this place had the potential to be really great, but, unfortunately we had multiple troubles. No staff to greet us at the front desk until we actually called the hotel on our cell phone to let them know there was a line at the desk. Our credit card got charged double for our stay. The wi-fi connection required I.T. help from the hotel's wifi internet team. The grounds and the room were very nice, so it's a shame that things under the hotel's control were what made our experience disappointing.
Such a cool place to stay. The building itself is very cool. The room was well kept, smallish but comfortable. Nice toiletries. The staff was so excellent. Someone had broken a glass bottle, i called and they had it cleaned immediately. Service with a smile. The front desk clerk Lashan aka 'Miss Lady' was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast attendant was doing the best job ive ever experienced. She was a 1 man show, bussing tables, cooking, she killed it. I wish i had caught her name. She was working Thurs May 9th around 8am. We will definately be back here.

Stayed at the Green Tree Inn, that night roaches came out in the room. Even took one to the front desk. They didn't act surprise.

This place is well worth the money. It's as clean as a 5 star hotel, the area is quiet even though it's located right off I-65, and they have a free breakfast. What else can a person ask for?

We spent 4 nights at this hotel while attending the Skills USA competitions in Louisville, Ky. The hotel room was small but very clean. The staff was friendly and attended to anything we needed efficiently. The breakfast bar was satisfactory. Overall the hotel was good and clean.
One last thing, it is 9 miles from the Kentucky Expo, a 20-30 minute drive not using the toll road.

My father, grandmother, and me had a room booked months in advance thinking we'd have 2 beds, BUT no we had the wrong room given to us that had ONLY ONE BED. We couldn't do anything about it either. The only upside to this experience was at least we all fit in the bed.
This is our 4th time staying here and it is always always clean. We love the fact that it is all on one floor. Their staff has always been helpful and nice. You won't regret staying here.

Very good to excellent value (for a decent/clean room) for under $100/night. Room is on the smaller size, but it is clear management takes pride in this facility. Egg, sausage, waffle breakfast was tasty. We checked ratings before selecting this motel and it reinforces continuing to do so. Fast check in, pleasant staff. Would use again if the opportunity arises.
