I will never stay there again. They charged my husbands card 3 times and my card once. They say it was a computer gliche. But that was on Sunday may 29th. We still haven't received the money back on our cards. My husband called them today may 22, 20q9 and still got nowhere. WHAT A RIP OFF.

We experienced a minor problem with the room but management staff took care of it quickly. Overall not to bad of a stay.
Everything seemed really clean but when we went to leave I found a BED BUG in the bed. They were really apologetic and refunded my money but I am still disgusted. Now I have to get my clothes dry cleaned and wash everything those bags have touched. They said they would pay for that. Hopefully they stick to their word.
We really enjoyed our room at the Best Western Green Tree Inn. All employees were very friendly and having the restaurants within walking distance was a big plus. We are in hotels 365 days a year so we use CLC. We stay in Best Western hotels more than any other because they always have clean rooms and treat us as if we were paying the going rate. Thank you Best Western.
Very nice and convenient place to stay. It will really be nice when the nearby construction is completed so you can get around that area better. Staff is very courteous and helpful. We would stay here again if we are ever in this area again. It was a great location for family when attending a wedding or event. They were able to put us all in rooms that were close to each other which was helpful.
They offered excellent service and assistance as well as being extremely clean and friendly.

Breakfast was not good. Stale biscuts and gravy bland sausage. Eggs were over cooked. Choice of cereal would have been nice. Key fobs replaced after each use is annoying and there are no blankets. You get 3 sheets. No room cleaning either would have been nice to know.

Very clean and luxurious hotel but the price listed online was lower than what the actual price per room was but we didn't find that out until we got there. So that was disappointing but at least it was the nicest room I've stayed in this past month.
Don t give 5s very often but I had a great stay at this hotel. It was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and attentive. The place is well situated with access to stores and food nearby. I felt very safe during my stay also. I was very happy with my stay.

Facility looks nice from the road. Parking areas and exterior are well lit. Lobby is nice and updated. Room was nice and clean. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the mattress was to firm for me. But this is a personal preference and overall our stay was pleasant.
The customer service was horrible! Me, my husband and 2 very young children were refused our room at 2 AM. The clerk was un willing to help us sort the issue with our reservation. Ended up staying at Hampton Inn next door for cheaper with a great room and pleasant clerk.
Very nicely renovated and low priced. I'm happy with the room. It's located near many good restaurants, and importantly, close to where I'm working. I travel a lot, and these things are very important to me.

The outside of the motel is really nice looking. The rooms on the other hand could use a face lift. The breakfast was pretty good, staff was nice, overall not a bad place for the price.

Rude check in. Clerk looked like he just rolled out of bed without combing his hair. Breakfast looked good but was cold. For as overpriced as this place was, I expected more.

Check in was wonderful and fast. The room was very nice. The only downfall was the loud neighbors at midnight. After telliithem to quite down, things were better.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Tried to grab a room for my grandfather and they told us we would only need to the amount for the room itself at checkin. Well checkin time came and a 150 dollar deposite was thrown into the mix. And on top of this it was told by the clerk we have to do that just in case something gets damaged or ruined. And to top it off the manager was standing there giving my father an attitude. This place has got to be one the worst hotels I have ever entered.
This was a readlly good wewk until the breeser cup came into town. . . . .we has stayed a week and a half dor the rail road. . . . ans on Saturday we weee rudely told bg the ownee to leave. . . when we did not pack fast enough he called the cops . . . . . maids and desk giels weee wonderful
My husband & I had an awesome experience from the cleanliness & friendliness of the staff to the clean and comfortable room we stayed in. The breakfast was hot & plentiful / a great variety. Very basic hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great. Rooms had odd smell, but you get used to it. All rooms have outdoor entrance. Pool can be quite a hike... It's all the way at one side of the building.

Not a bad place for 90 bucks a night. Most of the staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and fairly quiet, WIFI service is surprisingly good, breakfast was decent. Didn't like the noise coming from the guys hanging out in the parking lot at night but I'd probably stay there again. I read a comment about a bed bug issue, I used to do pest control work and did not see any signs of that in the room I was in.
Great staff! Perfect location near highways, clean rooms, no complaints except remove pool from advertisement. There is no pool!
Good things first:
We were lucky that we had a quiet room without neighbors. The last day with neighbors was then audible. But that's normal in the hotels in this country anyway.
Breakfast was varied, the ladies were also very nice and attentive.
Parking spaces directly in front of the rooms so there is no long haul of suitcases.
Fridge freezer very practical. As well as microwave

Negative were the bathroom, we had to clean it afterwards, toilet paper was very thin, so unnecessarily higher demand.
I'm not a carpet lover, but unfortunately that is also standard here.
The hotel is fine, and the service is exemplary. The only problem with the room was it was booked as a non-smoking, and we walked in to find Juul aromas and refill inserts the housekeeping missed. The 2 star rating was to get the readers attention to make sure there are no tours/fairs during your stay as this seems to be the go-to place for roadies and carnies to stay while on tour. The layout has the rooms off long promenades that they'll congregate on while smoking, drinking, and chatting (loudly) late into the night. The group we had the pleasure of being surrounded by left their partially emptied beer cans outside making for an interesting obstacle course the next morning. I'd suggest accommodation at another hotel further removed from the interstate.

Stayed in the hotel 5 days ago. It looks very nice and clean, no smell in the room, good breakfast (although they didn't add more fruits to the basket as needed).
I really want to like the place, but I woke up with super itchiness on my finger, and I kept itching and couldn't go back to sleep. After I got up in the morning, I noticed half of my face got hives, my right arm from my index finger all the way to more than half of my arm (inside) has hives. My neck to collar bone, my left upper arm, all covers with hives. It has been 5 days, I still have all the hives got from the hotel.
I'm not sure what are they, they could be started with bug bites, or could be caused by their detergent using for watching sheets. This is not good!!! I stayed in other hotels without problem. This is the worst I've got traveling.

I travel a lot for business and have found the Best Western brand to be much improved. More often than not the staff will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable aso possible. This particular stay my check in experience was great as usual with Best Western, but during check out they were not as helpful as usual.
Stayed overnight while traveling. Clean and comfortable no complaints. Few amenities so it was ok for a quick overnight stay. Recommend for a cross country overnight but would look elsewhere if I was going to be in the area for several days.
Very clean, great service and the breakfast was hot and delicious. We had an emergency and had to leave, Jeanie took care of us and was wonderful. Will definitely recommend for future stays.

Was here with a couple of friends for an overnight and had a great time. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. We are smokers and were able to simply walk out our doors to have a cigarette instead of having to take an elevator and walk a ways to get outside, since all the rooms are at ground level. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and they offered a nice breakfast.
I stay here the other night and booked late as I was passing by and had good reviews. The room I was given was not clean except maybe the bed was made. Buy m&ms all over the place, used towels in the corner and food from the previous guest.
Location was easy to access off I65 with various restaurants in the area for families. We didn't make use of the breakfast due to having to leave early but the set up looked good with a nice variety.
Used this hotel after a concert in Louisville. We had a good experience. You get a lot for your money here.
Don't leave anything of value in your vehicle. We had a company truck broke into the first night we stayed. They have Direct TV which was out the whole stay there which meant no TV. No discount or anything given for that except a I'm sorry.. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean and breakfast was also great. I'd stay there again in future if needed.
