Room looked supper clean and it's nice and comfortable.. but you will wake up from bites from bedbugs... that's my blood after I killed one of the bedbugs on the pillow...

Was a very nice place to stay, the staff very friendly, and had all the necessitates of home. Although the water smelt of chlorine it was a very nice place to stay

Clean and friendly people running this place however because the virus they could not have the breakfast buffet thing lots of cable channels and very quiet no troubles whatsoever

Usually quiet and clean, ideal place to stay when working out of town. However, today power has flickered and now off to random rooms. Staff has no clue what to do, maintinece guys drinking vodka in lobby with guests, won't give me another room that works.

was FALSELY accused of smoking in the room and charged $250. And there was a cockroach in our room and we were told to prove it!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Read the reviews on this place. How do businesses treat their customers like this and get away with it!??

I would like to thank Lashan the front desk clerk for her great hospitality. She made us feel at home and now we re part of the Best Western family. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast it was outstanding.

We travel to the Jeffersonville / Clarksville are a few time a year and we always come back to the Greentree. It's located only a short distance to almost everything. Breakfast is good and the rooms are nice and clean.

Clean! Comfortable beds with full size pillows. The best part was the kind staff. Everyone greeted me, even housekeeping in the morning wished me a good day. Cute, convenient property run with obvious pride. Thanks!

Outside looks cute but different. Wasn't sure what to think but it was a great room, great service and a great breakfast!

Hotel is nice. Front desk woman made us want to scream. Looked like she needed a shower, acted like she was in a daze. And refused to give us the receipt at check out. Screen your employees better.

Was in town for a convention and booked this hotel in advance. Not extravagant but was clean safe and very pleasant staff every step of the way. Affordable prices and close to everything you might want or need in the area. Minutes from downtown Louisville.

Had a great experience, the staff was very nice. My room was very clean( Brittany).

Stayed here a couple of days...never seemed to have any hot water for morning showers....Housekeepers rude... when cleaning any rooms next to guest rooms...make sure you dont keep slamming the door going in and out...very unprofessional ...and they dont remove trash that guest has left outside next to trash can..dont like your job..then quit...

Terrible customer service.

We traveled here for a family getaway early in June and it was bad enough to warrant a review. There was a loud construction taking place next door. The room was dirty. We arrived late so didn t ask for a room change since the construction started to take place early in the morning.
We asked for them to clean the room multiple times with front desk and by leaving the card by the door and they only came to clean once. We stayed there 6 days. They were short on clean towels and not even toilet paper was left for us to use. When I called the front desk the manager hang up the phone and when I went there personally she said she was to busy to see me. We were shocked by the lack of professionalism and bad attitude towards an important matter such as hygiene and safety. Even more due to Coronavirus. Customers should be treated with respect.

Excellent service . Very clean and bed was of the best quality . Within 15 minutes reception called me to inquire if there were any issues . That is a good practice

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had what was needed for a brief overnight stay. Breakfast was better than most I have experienced. Sausage links, cheese omelettes, waffles, biscuits, gravy, fruit/yogurt/bagels, etc.

All in all, good value for the price.

Although under construction we had a good time. The staff was great. We will stay there again. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel was clean, staff was wonderful even at 2 AM when we arrived. Pet friendly in some rooms and decent breakfast. Reasonably priced. Absolutely would and will happily return.!

We have stayed at this property a couple of times. It's an older hotel, but has had many upgrades. The breakfast was really good and everything was fresh. The location of the hotel is convenient to a mall and several restaurants. We had some trouble accessing the Wifi the first night we were there. It was better the second night. I feel like the shower could have been cleaner and soaps needed replacing. This had not been an issue in previous stays here. We plan to stay here again in the future.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I told them that I had had back surgery a few weeks ago and sleep was extremely important to me. They really need to fix the doors so they don't slam. I had to listen to people's doors slam until the wee hours of the morning.The bed was too hard and I like a firm mattress. The kind of sleep that when you wake up from sleeping on your side you arm aches. I was told that the hotel was a single level building. There was in fact a room above me. The owner's son lives there. I heard walking and all sorts of noises above me for most of the night. Loud people in the parking lot until around 3 a.m. I called the front desk 3 different times to report the noise. He did nothing to help. He didn't even come down to where I was staying to investigate. The last phone call to the front desk was made at 4:48 a.m. Finally around 5 a.m. the noises stopped.
The following morning the new owner/manager seemed to care. He told me that it couldn't have been the manager's son as they still have a vested interest in the hotel. He said if a door was left open upstairs derelicts could have gotten in and made the noise. What?!! Then when I checked out he gave me half of the cost of the room back. He should have comped the entire visit. Disgusted. I do feel like he tried and he inherited some issues being the new owner of this hotel. I hope he reads this and makes some much needed changes to the hotel to make it quieter. I mean after all, the reason people stay in hotels is to sleep for the night. If you can't sleep then what's the point? The only positive was housekeeping does an excellent job. Friendly and kind.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Neighborhood seems okay, but not great. Still, for the price and the nicely renovated rooms, it can't be beat.

Very nice and clean property. The staff is very professional and helpful. The front desk receptionist Le Shan truly went up and beyond the call of duty to assist with my stay. I'll recommend this property to anyone. (Very good breakfast here).

The room; clean & tidy, everything we needed. Certainly the linens have been updated, BUT, time for new pillows & maybe matresses(?) Not the comfortable night sleep you might get at home, but where is?! Fantastic breakfast layout, couldnt have been better.
Front desk even took the time to sign us up for the rewards program which we are enjoying on day two of vacation!
A little challenging getting BACK onto the interstate, but worth the effort for sure.. two thumbs up!

This place is awesome and great price! The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had a red light and soap and shampoo dispensers. The girl that worked the front desk was really sweet. I will be staying here many more times in the future!

Tried 2different times to shower and NO HOT WATER! Absolutely Ridiculious

Josh was so funny and made us feel like long lost friends at check in. And with the winter storm we decided to get back home early and lashan showed concern that maybe our stay was bad. But when I said it was concern over weather she quickly refunded our money printed a receipt and told us to be very careful on the way home

Nice rooms. Tub and sink had drain issues. Bed was comfortable.

I love it...close to everything. Rooms are nice and up to date. You get a full breakfast. The host in am that does breakfast is awesome. She will take your plate to the trash for you..overall great place

We had booked a room at this hotel and when we showed up I told the the man behind the Plexiglas window (It was late) that we had a reservation and showed him my confirmation. He said "We have no rooms available". I told him that I already had a room that had been paid for and that I had confirmation, but he just repeated "We have no rooms available". So here I stood late at night with no room and he offered no help or even any explanation as to why the room I booked was not available. After going rounds with this guy who would say nothing except "We have no rooms available", we finally left and drove to a different hotel. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel!

Great location. Restaurants are all right next door. The staff was very friendly and professional. Easy on and off of Interstate 65. Rooms were very clean and the water pressure was very good in the sink and shower.

The room was spacious, clean easy accessible and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff here was so accommodating and friendly. The parking and private entrances are convenient especially when travelling with dogs.

The first room we got had a cockroach on the wall, so the front desk transfered us to a different room that had bed bugs, so we left and had to drive all night because of it

We traveled to the semi truck show and reserved our rooms before we arrived. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean. It is also a short walk to a variety of restaurants. Great location and great people.

Rooms were very comfortable and Best Western had a nice continental breakfast.

Clean rooms very good service very good breakfast we enjoyed our stay we use two rooms and we would go back again

First off, the front desk lady didn't seem to have her stuff together. Long story short, we were charged twice for the one room and when I explained that we had already paid for the room she argued with me. Just checked my bank account and sure enough, charged twice and still no refund on one of the charges. The room had a terrible mildew smell (room 140) which seemed to be coming from the the a/c which barely worked. We were sneezing the entire few days after staying in that room. Also, the door frame was falling off.

Room was great, breakfast from 6-9 was well stocked with eggs, waffles, juice and everything you might expect. All rooms are first floor access with lots of parking so you don't have to walk far. The Internet was the only issue- while it was fast and reliable once connected, getting past the login page required calling the off-site help desk every time I needed to connect.

Nice place; clean modern rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Covenient all on one level and you can park in front of room. A little more expensive than I would expect to pay for a motel/hotel at this level, but the convenient location near stores and restaurants probably influenced this. Overall a good experience; would recommend to anyone looking in for "mid-tier" lodging in Clarksville.

Stayed in this hotel while visiting in Clarksville. For last year the rooms have gone down in cleanliness and quality. We stayed there for the last two nights and were very disappointed The mattress in our room had what felt like a metal frame around it making it hard to get in and out of. The room itself was so small we couldnt walk around.. so disappointed wont go back there again

Overall the stay was good the room was clean. Bed and linen smelled nice with comfortable pillows. Heat worked well in room. Issue with trash pickup early in morning. Breakfast was below average, coffee was watered down like tea. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby small for all the guest for breakfast. Room priced far.

This is a basic, mid-priced motel. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and the pricec was more than reasonable...especially since I had my dog with me. I fwould stay again if I were in the area.

The only hotel in the area I trust. They keep the place clean, it's next to every useful store and restaurant, breakfast is always perfectly executed and the front staff had never been rude.

Property is older but updated and in good condition. Had a problem with the ac, but owner got it fixed quickly. I know this is a small thing, but the owner dresses like an owner. Nice shirt and sports coat and solved our problem quickly. I appreciate a professional appearance shows pride in ownership.

Bed was very firm(uncomfortably firm). Pillows were very lumpy(need to start bringing my own).

Exterior of this motel is warm and inviting. It has a courtyard type parking area where motel rooms face each other with parking in front of rooms.
The ice/beverage area is keyed entry for guests and the soda bottles are only one dollar. The rooms are small but very adequate, fridge and microwave, bathrooms squeaky clean with exhaust fan to pull shower fog out, along with those "unpleasant odors" that emanate from certain bathroom activities .

I costed my in-laws who were staying at the hotel. The room was very clean and nicely put together. They also had some convenient accomidations. According to my in-laws it was a very nice stay.

It is a great location near food, shopping and entertainment. Very welcoming and priced at a bargain. Much better choice than the Woodspring Suites or Quality Inn nearby. Those hotels are jokes.....

Nice place, food with in walking distance, pet friendly. However, the only place to take the dog is at the ends or behind the building & the pet rooms are in the center.

Perfect for our 1 night stay. Clean room and very friendly staff.

Due to new going green air units, the room was very damp. I felt like I was sleeping on wet cold towels the entire night. The friendly desk clerk did try and switch our room but that one was as equally damp. Being that this is the new norm for best western, we will not be staying at them anymore and I was so looking forward to using all the points I earned. Disappointed to say the least.
