The hotel is old, and the wall is cracking, there're so many doors that can not close due to the door is "bloating".

Great service and great secutity which is very good. Friendly staff but it s a really old hotel and the room wasn t very comfortable and the pool not too big. It s ok i guess. I recommend them to fully renovate the rooms

Never stayed here, only meetings and events. The hotel is old and old ... the building is a bit worn and lots of irregular cables in the corners of the room.

Resto Syailendranya has many choices of food and is delicious.

Today, Break the Fast with co-workers in Jakarta ... All you can eat, with a delicious menu, both local and international. Don't forget to try the tajil, dates (break the fast with the sweet ones) ..

Really nice 5 star hotel. It just feels so homey for me. Great hotel service. Really nice restaurant, for western food, the Sailendra restaurant. Pool is small in my opinion. Lots of parking available. Membership available too for many benefits that you can have

Absolutely good service, stunning, spacious, and luxurious room. They also provide king size breakfast . Stuffs happened that makes me failed to give them 5 stars, are: they are too afraid of terrorism and plagiarism until they prohibit guests from taking pictures or video in the hotel area which does not make any sense for me. What about those guests who take pictures in the lobby, swimming pool, updating story on the snapgram or snapchat? You should increase the secutiry instead of limiting the guests freedom for taking pictures. We take pictures because we would like to give our appreciation, so please don't be suspicious as it is considered as rude for a 5 star management hotel. Next, a lot of their employees are off during eid mubarak holiday and they could not manage to prevent it. So we did not get on-time room service :( please fix this. Because I know a luxurious hotel such as JW Marriot that has a lot of branches in Indonesia, could manage their service better and I would still recommend my relations to stay here :) Thank you!

Normally, the Marriott is great but their business center is under renovation. That isn't the reason for the 3 star. The reason is I needed a place to work and got a 25 min ration of grief on why I couldn't get to the executive lounge. I just wanted a quiet place to work, not trying to get something for free. Do better Marriott.
