Best Western Greentree Inn Reviews

Stayed in the hotel last week with my husband and dogs. All the staff was super friendly. They had great customer service and always respectful, and friendly to my dogs. Our satellite was not working the entire time, however they worked diligently to get the issue fixed and were switching providers due to the issue. My bigger dog can be very protective of me, and can be extremely skeptical of men. The maintenance man came by to look at the tv and my dog loved him and he did fantastic with him. He said he was going to bring treats by the next day. He followed through on his promise as when the dogs and I went out to explore the city we came back to a bag of treats on the t.v. stand. They loved them! The rooms were clean and the house keeping staff always ensured we had everything we needed. The pet fee is very reasonable here as well. Only complaint I would say is the limited grass for potty breaks, would of loved a small fenced area for my dogs to be able to get a little play time, but that is asking a lot. All the landscaping was beautiful here and taken extremely well care of. I would stay again.

This is not the best BW we have stayed at. For its location and amenities it is over priced. My biggest complaint is the rooms are small and cramped. Can't imagine a family of four finding enough room just to sit or sleep. Breakfast was good with a very pleasant attendant to greet you. At checkout the guy didn't know how to handle BW gift cards, he told us several times that we should have told them at check in. Not true , he finally asked someone how to process them.

Very bad experience. Booked a room and when I arrived my room had not been clean so they gave me another and it also was not clean, ask for my money back and still a week later have not received it. Manager will not return my call.

Very clean! Easy check in/out and very reasonable prices.

Other then not being able to to get in my room. It was fantastic.

Everything's all fine and dandy until you look at your credit card transactions and they charge an extra $250 for "smoking"....and you're not a smoker. Then they try to argue with you instead of help the situation. Glad I have a good lawyer.

Great hotel, weird parking lot. I recommend it if you are travelling through the Louisville, KY area.

Quiet and clean! Located in a great spot--close to lots of shopping and restaurants! Bed slept great and continental breakfast was pretty good too!

Just an OK hotel. Rooms need some updating. They seemed clean. I have stayed there a few times. But I have stayed in nicer hotels too. Not bad, just not 5 star.

I've been staying here every year for our family reunion. The motel is clean, the service is excellent and the price is reasonable. It has easy access to I-85 (once you learned how to get in and out) to quickly get to downtown Louisville, the airport or other points, the local mall is just half a mile away, there are some really good restaurants close by and a very good continental plus breakfast is included free to help you get going in the morning fast and energised. It's made my list of regular hotel stops and will be there as long as I keep coming home for visits.

I was unable to stay at the Green Tree Inn due to our conference being cancelled, but I wanted to write a review because of the wonderful customer service they provided in cancelling our hotel reservation. The front desk manager, Angela, was amazing. Thank you so much for your understanding and allowing us to cancel our reservation. I hope the next time we are in your area we will be able to stay with you all.

Was in town for a couple days - convenient location to highway system and local establishments. Room was clean and orderly, Good breakfast bar. Staff very courtesy.

We recently had to make a trip to IN for a funeral and chose BW Green Tree. The room was clean and nice, all the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again if we go back.

Staff on both shifts were pleasant and helpful. Room was good, will visit again.

This motel was very clean, had well appointed rooms and the shower water pressure was really good. Had a very nice stay as it was quiet also. Only drawback was it's proximity to nasty traffic and construction but that makes it very easy to access at the same time. Overall recommended.

Good location just of the highway. Clean, affordable and friendly staff. Breakfast area can get busy in the peak time but the options for food were pretty standard but we'll prepared.

Checked in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, and it was affordable. The only complaint was getting the air conditioner to work properly took a little tinkering at first. Otherwise the stay was great.

This hotel was a god send. Our power went out due to a local storm and we waited SEVERAL hours for it to come on and after 6 hours, we finally just gave up. My husband called after midnight and they were able to get us a king size walk-in room at regular room pricing and the room was not at all what I was expecting; I knew they had renovated not too long ago, but this was much better than expected: super plush and large bed, an accommodating wardrobe, a mini fridge (which was super helpful since I have an infant), and nice sized bathroom with a large tub. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here in the future thanks to this wonderful first impression!

Parking was a little weird but hotel was beautiful.

Older motel remodeled. Nothing special but clean and fairly comfortable.

We didn t even end up staying the night!! I booked this room months in advance for New Year s Eve. When we go to check in I asked if they had any sort of taxi or shuttle service, they told me they didn t know. The front desk staff knew nothing and did not try to find the answers to any of our questions. Then we go to the hotel room and try to take a shower and the water is not working. I called the front desk to ask to me switched to a different room only to be told that the pipes had bursted a few hours ago and the whole hotel was out of water. Why did they not tell us this when we checked in?! I received no notification about the hotel being out of water and then they were surprised when I asked for a refund. We went to another hotel (thankfully we were able to find one) that was more expensive.

Place was clean, very nice and the bed said queen but was more like a full size but was soft and you couldn't even tell when someone got up off the bed or moved around a lot. Would come back for sure. Only complaint I have is the parking lot we had to park on the other end of the parking lot

Didn t stay they required 150 dollar deposit plus the cost of the room truck broke down and shop took me there so I had to walk over a mile to another they didn t tell me about deposit when I called never met up with that before and won t do business with that chain for that reason

my dad stayed there last week due to his Semi truck breaking down...Now corporate paid for the room 2 days but....They charged his credit card 261 and 87 twice! This is for 2 days!!!! So be careful...watch your money!

Direct TV did not work. Was given a $10 credit for the inconvenience. Really?

This hotel is very nice and up to date the rooms are very clean and comfortable we will definitely stay again it's close to resteraunts, the mall, theater, and lots of shopping choices!

Great place for a great price, especially when compared to the neighboring hotel! Excellent breakfast, clean rooms at street level for easy access. Stayed here on the way down to NC on a roadtrip & wound up staying at this same hotel on the way back our experience was so great.

The front office was gorgeous. The rooms were all private entrances, very pretty and while laid out very odd, were surprisingly enjoyable! Pool and pool deck were very small, didn't even bother going. All in all, great place to stay for the price!

Went to stay at this location tonight after traveling the entire day. The room looked nice but shortly after we arrived we found ourselves crawling in fleas. I picked 5 or 6 off my legs from walking around our room and my wife had another 3 or 4 on her. We promptly checked out of the hotel as we are not dealing with fleas. If one room has them others likely do too. The front desk person said he would have a manager call us tomorrow as no one was available who could help. He also added that he couldn't understand why there would be fleas as its not a pet room, even though I gave him a cup with 3 live ones which he threw in the trash.

Called Best Western directly as we were without a room. The representative said pretty much the same thing, we would have to wait until tomorrow to hear from the property manager. The only thing we could find at the local Kroger to treat our clothes requires us to wash them. So here we are an hour later just heading the 7 hours home because our stuff is likely infested with these fleas. Thanks Best Western for ruining our vacation. I will not be staying at any of your locations and will be spreading the word in regards to my experience. Very disappointed as this is not what I come to expect from them.

Only thing good that came out of this is we also notified Priceline as they were the ones we booked with. The representative we spoke with was outstanding!

My friend Daniel Williams stayed there recently while his house was being renovated. He was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and how comfortable it was. He commented about the variety of the breakast and how good it was. He had his dog with him and mentioned that the staff asked about him everyday if they didn't see him. Lashan and Amber went out of their way to make his stay enjoyable, and to make them both feel at home. He would definitely stay there again, or recommend it to anyone.

After the third time of trying rooms we finally got a room that would work but not the room that we wanted we never got a discount never all we got was oh I'm sorry the locks didn't work the rooms AC's didn't work and finally had to stick with a room that we didn't want with a bed too small would I stay there again probably not but if I did I'd have to get there an hour early just to start trying rooms to find one to where everything worked

Nice clean place. Only thing we didn't care for were the pillows which we found too hard. Nice average breakfast with hot eggs.

Not terrible but certainly not as good as most Best Western hotels I've stayed at. One of the bath towels was stained, and the blanket on the bed had a stain and the floor wasn't clean. I appreciated the queen sized bed but there wasn't much room for anything besides the bed. I had room 179

Rooms clean, breakfast could use some help. But in general not bad for a place to stay when needed. People are as nice and friendly as can be.

Room was very small but seemed clean. King bed was fantastic! Slept like a baby. I wouldn't say room was worth $109.00 but at least i got some sleep.

The room was great and very affordable. We were able to park right in front of our room and walk in. The breakfast was decent and free.

It was OK. Golden Corral and Long John Silvers nearby.

Great staff and convenient location. Rooms could use a little updating and the the pillows are not comfortable. Amenities are good though.

I was very surprised at how maintained and clean this hotel was when I checked in. My family and I will definitely stay at this location again!

This is not a multi level hotel but more of a motel style with all of the rooms
on the one level with outside facing doors. Room was comfortable and
quiet. The a/c heating unit was quiet when it ran and the beds were
soooooooooo comfortable (best sleep in a hotel bed ever). Breakfast
was very good with a variety of items and a different style of eggs each
morning. Best stay in a long time

UPDATE!!! Conveniently located, staff is friendly, and price is good, but it is in need of renovation. Toilet wobbles, door doesn't seal, and parking lot layout is cramped.
Here is the update: as I said before, the staff here is amazimg. Within a day of my post, they offered to move me to a different room and promised to get the toilet and door fixed.

In past this was a pleasant stay but today while waiting to get a room the lady behind desk was very rude to people in front of myself . She made comment well you all can go stay somewhere else after that and waiting in a line for more than 30 minutes (three other people in front of myself). My husband and I left to stay somewhere else. And as we was walking her the lady behind desk continued cussing people in a loud voice.
This done it for me I will no longer return here when I come into town.

Good motel. Between crowne plaza, Marriot, holiday inn, and Hampton. Of all it's the best deal. Phenomenal breakfast, seriously can't tell you when I last had a breakfast that good from a motel, and the rooms are modern and clean. Best western has really come up lately and becoming my preferred brand. Rewards are awesome too.

Very good experience at BW GreenTree in Clarksville. Staff was very efficient & accommodating. Great place to stay.

The first room we went to had a cockroach on the wall. We went back to the front desk and switched rooms only to find that the next room had bed bugs. We immediately left.

This is one of the better hotels to stay in that's not a 5-star. Very friendly staff as well.

Clean, really firm mattress, people visiting out side until late. Mediocre breakfast, cheap, so pretty standard. Nice TV options, HBO, CINEMAX
