Not bad at all. Clean rooms. Just don't eat their free breakfast. It's not that tasty.

Very nice, clean and updated. Room was quiet from external noise but the room ac/ heater was very loud and distracting thru the night.

Rooms were clean. Food was OK. Ran out of hot water in my shower. Slept OK. Overall OK hotel.

FLEAS! My husband had over 10 on his legs, he told me and I had 4 when I looked down. Best Western and the hotel owner wouldn't do anything, so we left and called the health department. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

Very nice room and layout...convenient to most things you might need

The Greentree Inn. Is conveniently located by I-65 five miles from Louisville Ky. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The location is very convenient, I always stay here when I am in the Louisville area.

Rooms are small but exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff is great.

First room we were given had not been cleaned. The desk clerk apologized profusely. Second room was fine. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was included.

Older hotel that has been recently updated. Very quiet! Bed was very comfortable. I felt very secure and the parking in front of the room is great. Easy access to major highways and other restaurants and shopping.

Newly remodeled motel. Room was clean. Hotel was overbooked and caused a delay to check-in, otherwise fairly pleasant stay.

Bathroom was small. Besides that everything was good. Room was clean.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Breakfast was crowded at 9:30 on Saturday morning, but that's to be expected. Best water pressure in a shower that I've ever felt! FYI the breakfast was pretty normal stuff: eggs (ok) sausage (good) biscuits (awesome) waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc.

More motel than hotel, the room was clean & fresh, the staff was friendly & the included breakfast was nice. Best Western did a good job refreshing this location & in offering a fair rate that's MUCH cheaper than what you'd pay across the river in KY.

The hotel was very close to downtown Louisville. We were going to the Louisville Slugger Museum and tour and it was a great location. Check-in was smooth, room was nice. Breakfast had a good variety. Reasonably priced.

We reserved a pre-paid room for 2 nights months prior and when checked in by 5pm Friday our reserved room was not available due to overbooking. We were downgraded without so much as a sorry. The manager was on site and heard this and gave no acknowledgment to us at all, just walked past us and left the building. We were given a no smoking room but the room smelled like an old ashtray so powerful that we had to leave it immediately. Then we were given a different room that was fine. Saturday breakfast was good but Sunday's was probably left over from Saturday and was horrible. We were told at checkout by a different receptionist that if we would have come back to the front desk Saturday we could have gotten our reserved room. When we complained about our issues we were asked to not write a bad review but no sorry or compensation was offered.

A very friendly staff and better than average rooms for a Best Western. Breakfast was mediocre and bland.

The motel was a God-scent. Had check in another motel was a disaster. Was clean. The front desk people were really nice. The ladies that did breakfast were really nice. A great experience. Would recommend to other weary travelers.

Very efficient location right off 65 and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Clean as a whistle; minutes from downtown and the riverfront park. very friendly clerk and usual breakfast of many options.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The full breakfast was delicious! Hotel clean with comfortable rooms. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places near the hotel. A mall and grocery store are also near the hotel. Rooms were clean and offer bathtub with removeable shower.

Checked in after a 10 hour drive in hopes of getting a good nights rest. This was impossible due to other guests partying in the parking lot and setting off fireworks. I called the front desk and asked if they would ask the other guest to calm down and respect other guests and nothing was done.

Room was ok. Front desk girl was not very friendly.

This place is better than most hotels in the area. Very clean. Sometimes busy. Main customers tend to be people on business trips, and you'll see a lot of utility trucks and sometimes guys sitting outside drinking and grilling. Everyone is very friendly in the area. Right next to a nice Mexican restaurant. Laundry on site (no machine for change, so be prepared to bring quarters with you, or ask at the front desk). Fiance and I have been staying here Mon-Fri (home on weekends) for the last three months due to travel restrictions for fiance's work during quarantine.

One of the worst Best Western ever. Don't feel safe. Kinda shabby. Thought it was supposed to be 3 stars. No way is this 3 stars.

The location was nice, close to I65. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were good, breakfast was great.

Nice clean rooms. Cozy stay. Had a small issue while staying. The manager was very receptive to my concern's and did everything within her power to assure me that the issue was resolved. Very impressed by the customer service and attention to guest satisfaction.

Room smells disgusting. You can tell it is a pet friendly hotel before you walk in the room. We called to get another hotel but wasn t able. Disgusting. Do not waste your money.

Clean, friendly staff. Very close to restaurants and shopping. I will return. This is the first Best Western I have stayed in during the last 39 years.

Excellent hotel. Close to downtown Louisville. Clean, safe and near every amenity you can think of. Highly recommend and would stay here again. First choice when coming to Louisville.

Room was clean, they do not have their pool in service at this time. Breakfast was ok, but juice dispensers had more water than juice.

Had to switch room because of odor. Other than that rooms.

Do not stay more then one night. The cleaning staff there can not count. We started off with a set of four towels and then it went to three and then two and back to three. I had to go up front and ask why it s like that and no one could tell me why. Well it was fixed the next day and back to three towels two days later. But over all if u like to go get towels every few day your self because the cleaning staff will not bring them to you when they are making up the beds and not vacuum the floors stay as long as you want.

The location was good all staff was friendly and helpful.

Top of the line to play just a good price friendly people

Property is immaculate, staff was delightful and professional. It is a motel with outside parking in front of the doors, take that into account.

It is spotlessly clean, the towels and wash clothes are soft and the bathroom area well arranged. Our bed was comfortable. The in-room fridge is double the size of our last three hotels (including two top-end casinos and a Drury)
The only negative: the rooms are tiny. Honestly, I'd prefer a small room that is clean with great staff and a good breakfast over an upscale pretentious facade

Update: WARNING Check out is 11:00. If you stay an hour late you will be charged an extra day! Manager called the room at ten after 11, I told her we'd be out shortly., We were loading car at 11:15, maid whispered we might want to hurry before we got charged the extra day. Manager did NOT mention that when she called to check on us.
Breakfast lady announced "2 minutes until I take breakfast down" as I was waiting on my waffle. I don't think I've ever had last call for breakfast.
She pulled silverware and serving utensils even while people were making toast and pouring cereal. Pretty amazing (poor) customer service.

It s a clean room with nice breakfast. The room had a musty smell and the beds were not very comfortable.

This facility was clean, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

The service at the front desk is horrible, especially if Korrie is running the desk. Very very very rude, I only stayed here because I had to. The rooms themselves are fine as well as housekeeping personnel, but the front desk they treat you like a dog

Great value and location for Louisville area. Modern, clean, updated decor inside and out.

I get to this place after driving 4 hours and am just ready to get some sleep. When I arrive the lobby was closed and they made me stand outside to speak to the front desk. Then they State I have to wait a half hour until I can even check in. I m not allowed to wait in the lobby or anywhere inside. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend.

I attempted to stay here but i was greeted by the front desk whale shouting at me from across the parking lot. When i gathered my things and approached the building, she explained that i can't park in the parking lot (26' box truck). I said that's gone and asked if i could check in and then move it. She said no, so now I'm at the Hampton up the street. The Hampton is a very nice place with courteous staff and I'm really glad your employee acted in such an offputting manner. She is a terrible representative for your company. There should be a sign posted, not a gargantuan shut-in screaming across the lot.

Very clean and comfortable hotel located conveniently off the freeway. Had no issues with amenities (other than pool being closed for renovations) and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean!

Very nice place to stay, the satellite dish was to working in the room i was staying in and the nice gentleman at the front desk looked into the matter and gave me another room for the inconvenience and made my stay there a very comfortable.

Pretty nice, room AC unit got very cool, water got hot, wifi is public with a online login given on your receipt. Connection is fast, but very jittery. Tv had lots of channels. Pretty solid.

I stayed in this hotel on 6/25/18 The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Jayy was very helpful and even tho he had alot going on at the time I was there but always made sure that all my needs were handled at timely manner. Thank you for your hospitality Jayy and others coworkers . Keep up the good work

Wonderful stay. Had breakfast both mornings. Very impress with the breakfast selection and quality. They offered everything from omelets, gravy, sausage, cereal, make your own waffles, cinnamon rolls, etc.. can t brag enough on the selection. The staff was amazing. Front desk worker Amber was very helpful, nice and extremely professional. We will definitely stay again.

$150.00 held from bank account; Incidentals? In the morning, no hot water! This is a refurbished property, not done very well. I have crossed Best Western off my list of places to stay!

10 stars. This is the cleanest with the most courteous kind staff I have come across in years. They have all amenities and everything is spotless. If you have a dog it's very convient to open door and step outside. I hope I roll thru here again.

Stopped here on the way back from Florida. Looked online for pricing and saw two double bed rooms for $79 and available. Called hotel directly and was quoted $96. Asked Chloe if I could get the cheaper price and was told no. Explanation being that online price doesn't guarantee double bed room? I told her that the online price stated that it guaranteed the room type but she refused to give me the lower price.
That's why I'm giving three stars. I'm also a rewards member and was not offered any kind of discount. I noticed that there is a lower fee for members on their website? Might call back and see if they will honor that.
The room it self was very nice. Clean and comfortable beds. Looks like they recently updated the rooms.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are roomy, clean, and attractive. The outside of the building looks a bit odd and the hotel is a bit awkward to get to, but don't let that put you off. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family! We didn't get to take advantage of the free hot breakfast buffet, but others said it was great.

A very nice motel. Clean, well located to the highway, ample parking. I don't believe we were given the Sr. Citizen discount, however we didn't ask. BUT, it is obvious by looking at us that we are over 65. Plus we have stayed at this motel before and they had all our information when I checked in.

The room was clean,nice. The person who checked me ok but malfunctioning door upon check in soured me from the get go ( was given another room asap). First thing A.M. went to lobby for coffee with my morning paper sitting @ table when very rude & unprofessional person commented to her coworker that doors should be locked(was appox.5:45 A.M) as "breakfast " not TO begin till 6A.M ,then turn to me stated to me of that fact. This place NEEDS to either teach "Professionalism" or hire people that truly want and appreciate people staying here

We arrived late After midnight. man at the desk checked us in quickly. The property is well lit outside which I liked. The room was clean and smelled very well. Breakfast was plenty, morning staff in the break fast area were really sweet and helpful. I would stay here again. I'm also a best western rewards member. Sign up!

The room was so comfortable and the breakfest was amazing!

Had a great experience here. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower and room layout. A little loud when people were moving around, but thankfully there wasn't much of that.
