Detached house listed for sale in March sold in May with closing in July. In the interim a long line of “showing” appointments made thru Showingtime.com email notification without my Bennett sales rep being present and the prospective buyer’s agent leaving no card, no info, nothing. Often the blinds were pulled up crooked and left, the fuse box panel taken out of its track and not replaced, the back door left unlocked. No staging was ever done. An HVAC contractor Bennett recommended quoted $4500.00 to replace a stack vent liner. I found a reputable company to do it for $1100.00. Two meetings to compare neighbourhood sales, prices, market comparisons. The house was left to sell itself. Do not recommend this company.

if I could select "0" stars I would. They have shown a total disregard for the health and safety of my family recently. A live as a tenant and they are showing the unit I live in. They have been piling up the showings without as much as asking me if it is ok. I guess they figure that they only require 24hrs. notice to the tenant. One day alone there is five showings...that is fifteen strangers in the house. They have asked potential buyer's to fill out a covid questionnaire, however as I discovered when asking to see them the names do not match the people entering the house. The agent Mark actually suggested that we have twenty buyer's come through the house in an hour to save time. Sounds like an open house to me.....so much for COVID safety. I guess at the end of the day the commission is more important than our health..... In response this has nothing to do with the landlord it is the realtor inability to recognize that we are in a pandemic. And you can't seem to manage a simple screening questionnaire. Second day ppeople showing up not having filled out the forms. So much for strict covid protocols.

If you are buying or selling property it is better not to use Bennett Property Shop Realty Brokerage. First time I lost $$K deposits on condos that were build differently (very poor quality and different materials) than Bennett Property Shop Realty advertised. Then when was selling a house, my agent after showings got responses from Bennett Property Shop Realty Brokerage agents on same house that it was listed tooo high and another agent from same agency told that it was listed tooo low. House was sold with more than 100 showings in 1 weeks on more than 100K more than listed price. Do not waste you time and money with Bennett Property Shop Realty, they really do not care and unprofessional.

As first time home buyers, we had what seemed like an endless number of questions from the time we started viewing properties, 12 in total, to the time we were ready to take the biggest step and make an offer. Mero was both honest and trustworthy in our search for "character homes," which seemed impossible at times given our situation as first time buyers.
