I was just here to see the Mall or the store at JY. So I used the escalator to go up. I was just wondering whats on top of JY. I thought there is a Department store. But its a call center. I asked the security guards why there is a hospital there, he laugh and said "its a call center Mam".

I have worked here for 5months only. I was in my PST time when I got terminated because I did not meet the expected score but they told me I'll be getting my last pay after 2months. After 6months of waiting, they emailed me saying I won't get any last pay anymore because it's negative!!!!! Told me it's because of training liability. It was not my fault I did not finish the training! I got terminated by them remember? Worst of the worst!!!!!

This company is home for intensive English Training for excellent customer service. Training for both language and product are well-rounded. Officers are also trained on how to handle their teammates. Trainers are spontaneous and patience. ePerforMax has work-life balance program where different group are created based on interest. It has pantry, clinic, training rooms, wide production floors, circle pods and the most important thing is well-oriented people.

Sprint Operations of ePerformax is horrible .Trying to contain people who resign or asked them to render 30 days ? It's so absurd ! You even approved immediate resignation especially to newbies. Can't even provide enough support in the production floor and trying to move people up who lacks product knowledge just to cover up missing support. Dont even have sleeping lounge and asked employee's to work more than 10 hours.
ePerformax has a very competitive salary. I've been to a lot of BPO companies but ePerformax is so far the best company that compensates their employees.
Time management is the best solution into my goal. why! Here, for now I working 3 hours at night as habal-habal driver to support my needs everyday, Eperformax employee is one of my sources passenger, 2 or 3 times back and forth on this place everyday.
This company probably means well but how it executes its policies ruins everything. All of the employee facilities are very rundown and the pay that they advertise is way down the road and extremely dependent on your attendance. Also the Ebay account is the most mismanaged account I have ever worked on. Computers are so slow but the worst thing is all of the security tokens are not working. In an entire floor there were only 2 tokens working and they expect you to log-in on time?
Currently working here and I'm still at the best place right now to financially survive this pandemic.

I worked here for more than a year. The place is not crowded. Parking is with fee but its quite convenient since there's this individual that would give you ticket from the time you enter.
They dont have a good employer to employee relationship. Bad place.
