Our agent, Kevin, went absolutely above and beyond helping us to find our first home!! He had such vast knowledge about the construction and structural integrity of the homes that we saw. He honed in on our particulars right away so we could make our search more efficient. Kevin had answers to every single one of our millions of questions, and provided an honest opinion when that was what we asked. His responses to calls and email were always timely, and he was able to accommodate our schedule with incredible flexibility. Even though we were house hunting during the pandemic, and because of this only had 15 minutes of viewing time, he was the perfect guide, pointing us towards everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. We found our forever home within just a few weeks, and I honestly don't think we could have done it without Kevin. I can't speak to the rest of the company overall, as we never really dealt with anyone else, but 5/5 stars for Kevin, for sure!
