A long line of unescorted showings

Detached house listed for sale in March sold in May with closing in July. In the interim a long line of “showing” appointments made thru Showingtime.com email notification without my Bennett sales rep being present and the prospective buyer’s agent leaving no card, no info, nothing. Often the blinds were pulled up crooked and left, the fuse box panel taken out of its track and not replaced, the back door left unlocked. No staging was ever done. An HVAC contractor Bennett recommended quoted $4500.00 to replace a stack vent liner. I found a reputable company to do it for $1100.00. Two meetings to compare neighbourhood sales, prices, market comparisons. The house was left to sell itself. Do not recommend this company.
