I just wanted to share a very positive experience with Bennett Shop Properties on behalf of myself, Anthony, Anton, and Ann Tkachik. My dad has seen and heard Marnie Bennett on tv and was extremely impressed by her work ethics regarding a realtor and owner of Bennett Shop Realty.

I have 2 elderly parents and decided to make a move closer to them and become the parent and take care of them at home to avoid going into a retirement or long care facility. I sold my house in Milton ON, and my dad gave me Bennett Shop Realty s phone number and I was quickly introduced to Brett Liscomb and Anne Brebin. My parents and I couldn t have asked for a better team. As you know moving can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. Both Brett and Anne kept us grounded, optimistic, positive, and always we re available to answer all our questions.

After looking at a few properties with Brett he found the perfect one for both my patents and I and never gave up the search. Both Brett and Anne were determined to find us what we wanted and worked night and day to achieve the goal.

The final piece to the puzzle was to list my parents home on the market and it was pins and needles for 5 days but both Brett and Anne were 100% sure the property would sell, being the only Holitzner bungalow in the greater Ottawa location. They never gave up on us, and just under 1 week the property sold for over asking.

We can t thank Marnie and her incredible team, Brett and Anne enough, they went over and above their call of duty and in the end my parents and I have our dream home and able to live under one roof in 2021 moving forward.

I wish there was a sixth star to give both Brett and Anne, we will recommend Bennett Shop Realty to all our friends and relatives should they decide to buy or list a property in the greater Ottawa area.
