As we're coming up on our one-year anniversary in our new home, I wanted to give a shout out to Michael Murphy at Bennett Property Shop. Mike was there for us every step of the way in the buying process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right home, and when we did, he negotiated hard so that we could be the winning bid! We had never been in a bidding war before, but Mike patiently guided us through our options, and ultimately, we came away with our dream home!

After a recent follow-up call from Mike to see how we're doing throughout this time, it reminded me of how much he cares about his clients. We had a good chat about investing and the future, and he will be my first (and only) call when we're ready to buy our first investment property!
