Lucky to have found and met one of Bennett s amazing agents, Hayley Vaughan, who seems to be carrying only one motto in mind, Be ever-ready and go the extra mile to provide an honest and genuine advice, and provide excellent service to exceed all Realty expectations of the clients .

My wife and I have dealt with many realtors in our life, but the kind of top-notch service with such an amazing and positive attitude that we received from Hayley, was never seen by us before. We found her to be very friendly and approachable, always willing to look after our specific needs, with a smile. Sometimes, we felt a little awkward to ask her a silly question or suggest a difficult and peculiar requirement, but were amazed to see how she took those questions so positively and made us feel comfortable and relaxed by providing a detailed clarification or solution every time, much beyond our expectations, making sure, we are completely satisfied with the information, ideas and solutions that we were looking for.

So far, we have purchased three properties with her help and each time, she worked very patiently with our specific requirements for each and every property, in different areas in and around Ottawa. No matter, how many properties we wanted her to show us in the process, irrespective of judging our capability or being aware that we might not proceed with some of those, but were only interested to check them out to gain some extra knowledge and experience for future purchases, she took care to organize and plan all those showings smoothly, without ever rushing, and gave us sufficient time for each. Hayley always gave us her honest opinions with authentic data and detailed explanations as and when we asked her for and also to help us in the decision making process, without letting us feel pressured or influenced in any way.
