Very sad and disappointed with my experience at Bell Lexus. I don't think I have ever felt so disrespected and degraded by a sales associate in my life. I thought the primary job of the dealership was to sell cars, not to judge people based on the color of their skin, where they live, or what they look like. I work in patient care and choose to treat all patients with the same level of respect. Everyone deserves respect, and at the very least, a friendly welcome or smile. At Bell Lexus, we had to ask to be helped, we were looked at with disgust, and the sales associate seemed disinterested and made condescending comments to us. We will NEVER recommend this place to our network of family, friends, and coworkers. It literally ruined our day visiting this dealership.
