Update: After seeing the review The service manager reached out. I am pleased to say the situation was resolved satisfactorily with the great level of service one would expect from Lexus. We had great communication during the repair process.

DO Not take your vehicle here for service! We took our 350L for a sensor recall and left with a broken windshield! The service consultant Martin Nadirsha took the time to note small blemishes on our wheels and a small scuff in our bumper when the vehicle was checked in. When we picked up the vehicle and saw the ruined windshield his response was to file an insurance claim. He went on to say that we must have had a rock chip that the heat and the car wash caused to spread. WE DID NOT have any damage to our windshield before we arrived. The dealership refuses to take any responsibility for the damage.
