DISAPPOINTMENT! Ive been a long time customer of Bell Lexus and am so disappointed in the changed this past year. I find out they have changed management in extreme ways which included hiring some arrogant yahoo as their fixed ops director. Let me just tell you his demeanor when speaking to employees and customers is just down right RUDE. Just recently I discover my favorite parts guy is fired after over 10 years with the company! Where is your sense of loyalty BERGE GROUP? Maybe this out with the old and in with the new mentality isnt the best route to take. This new facility just radiates some kind of stuck up, look at my money kinda attmospere. The parts department turned into an upper class, snobbish womens store full of over priced clothes and handbags. Do people really buy this crap? When I go to a car dealership the last thing Im looking for is a shopping center for my wife. A normal parts department with a simple gift shop would suffice. The only thing I will give credit for is the complimentary coffee in the waiting area. Other than that Ill take my Lexus to Scottsdale Lexus or even just a plain Toyota dealer outside the Berge Group. Take a note from a simple man, LESS IS MORE.
