I recently purchased a lexus at BL after having waited for a particular one some time now. The process was made very easy by Amy (Dudley). She was well informed, friendly, helped me through the whole process and tried to get the best deal possible. Even after the purchase she was very helpful in getting some minor TLC for the vehicle. She was never pushy to make a sell, and she made the process very bearable which cannot be said in general for car buying. I would certainly use her for any future purchases at Bell lexus.
