Richard showed up quickly to fix our problem (leaky faucet) and then proceeded to help us with a few other problems we were experiencing. The company was very communicative as to who would arrive and when, going so far as to send a picture of Richard as well as a little about him and his experience. I always appreciate when service techs can give me advice that keeps them from having to come back which he did. Fantastic customer service and really appreciated the kindness of our tech. Oh, and fixed everything!!
