We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted. We had seen a van online that we were interested in. Mr. Soto helped us from the moment we walked in to the very end of signing papers. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. It really was enjoyable process to purchase a car through Beaverton Honda. We are thankful we chose to purchase a car from there.

Angela was great and overall they did a great job with us.
We ultimately didn't buy a Honda, only because we liked a different car slightly better, but if we were going to buy a Honda, we would certainly buy from Beaverton Honda and Angela.

I have a 2007 Fit that had a recall for the airbags and power windows. I'm in college and know next to nothing about cars or anything that comes with being an "adult." The customer service here is excellent! They kindly answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel foolish for not knowing what to do. So great, I would drive out of my way if necessary to get here next time my car needed work. Thank you!

Elmo and Tim could not have been more helpful. We told them what we needed and they found the perfect car for our situation. It was actually a really fun experience. Elmo s personality was a great fit for our family and Tim, also, made us feel comfortable and confident. It all went as efficiently as could be expected. We won t hesitate to visit again for our next vehicle purchase.

My fiance found a car online that he liked and we went to take a look at it this afternoon. We were helped by Jim (there aren't enough adjectives to describe how incredibly wonderful our experience was with Jim. He was super professional and a wonderful person to chat with. It felt we were being helped by a friend rather than a sales person). The car was everything we wanted and then some - and at an incredible price! We highly recommend Beaverton Honda! This is a business that cares about you as a person, and that's rare to find these days. Five stars and a huge plus!

Based on my personal experience with Beaverton Hon...

Based on my personal experience with Beaverton Honda would indicate that the majority of favorable reviews were written by employees or friends of employees. My half hour oil change took over three hours. I knew I had a small oil leak, apparently they charged 100 just to find out where it was. 45 minutes later, they found it, and apparently a host of other issues. They said they could fix it for an additional 200 dollars, and it wouldn't take long at all.

Two hours later, I see that my car has been moved and my repeated attempts to garner attention to find out it's status were ignored. Finally, after an additional half hour, I was able to get the attention of one of the mechanics who got me my car.

When I took my car to Everett St. Autoworks, amazingly, none of the additional problems they found were there. I left there angry that so much of my time had been wasted, and that I felt as if they were running a scam on me.

Other people may have had good experiences with this location, but on talking to my friends and family, none of them have. Thus I would steer away (pun intended) from this dealer for service needs.

Robert Soto such a true professional. Not only did he explain everything to me the 1st time my family and i came through but the second time before i was ready to buy. Young Soto was patient with me and did not force me to make a decision. He let the process and the trust of the Beaverton Honda dealership way. If you are in the market to buy a Honda be sure to drop bye and speak to Robert Soto. Thanks for helping me purchase my 1st new car.

This is a tough review for me, because parts of the buying experience were good, and parts were terrible. I'll do my best to lay out the facts.

I was looking to lease a new Honda, and my sales rep, Kalea, texted me a rate of $344/mo (with some money down) which was far better than anything else I had been offered. I came in, and about 2 hours into the process (they had already run a credit check and were just starting the final paperwork), out comes the finance manager, Kristen.

Kristen tells me that they had made a pricing mistake (something about how another sales rep, David, had calculated the residual value in a weird way which threw off the numbers), and that the actual payments would be $358/mo. Over a 36 month lease, this works out to over $500 more than we had agreed to. It also felt like the classic "bait and switch" that dealerships are so famous for.

I suggested they include the upgraded floor mats (my cost would have been about $200 for this - I'm sure their cost would have been far less). While Kristen apologized, she also refused to do anything else to make it right, as she claimed she had already given me the best price possible. She did offer to buy me a soda, which I found insulting for a $500 price increase. I also suggested additional free service (such as an oil change) - they were steadfast in not negotiating in any way.

I asked to speak to Tim Nelson, the GM of the dealership. He came over and was even less sympathetic than Kristen. Dealing with him was actually the worst part of the entire experience. He was borderline rude, and had an attitude of "take it or leave it, I don't care."

Ultimately, I decided to go ahead with the deal because the $358/mo amount was still a better price than anyone else had quoted me. Ironically, if Kalea had quoted me $358/mo initially, I would have been very happy and this would have been a great review.

I may be naive, but I actually believe the pricing quote was an honest
mistake, but it was a big one, and one that was made so far along the process (they had already run my credit check!) that by failing to make it right they had waisted much of my day. Finally, I feel like it's a huge double standard: when a dealership asks you to sign to agree to a price, they will not budge, no matter what. However, when that same signed paper has numbers they don't like, they can change them without batting an eye.

Ultimately, I enjoyed working with Kalea and I hope and believe that most people will have good experiences with her. However, their big signs promising "One person, one price, one hour" failed on all 3 counts in a huge way for me, and I think the GM, Tim Nelson, handled everything extremely poorly.

I went for an oil change for my Civic 4 weeks ago....

I went for an oil change for my Civic 4 weeks ago. Oil change done, tire rotation not ("its not necessary"). Although the Honda manual says to rotate tires every so often Beaverton Honda does not think this is necessary. Ok, so what I say. Interesting to see that I was charged for lubing the door hinges....
At the end, I am being told there is an oil leak in the air separator and this cannot be fixed the same day. So I make an appointment for a week after and ask whether this is covered by warranty (bought the car 4 years ago). The scheduler confirms, yes this will be under warranty. So a week after I go there to have it fixed and want to confirm what I was told. Matt, who appears friendly, says no, it would cost 800 dollars. And as it is the weekend he cannot talk to Honda to find out more. So I tell him find out and call me, I will then schedule the repair. After some time I get a call from Matt (he had the wrong phone number) saying that the repair would not be covered under warranty. Fortunately for me though Honda agreed to pay for the repair.
I just returned from there and am glad it is done. Hopefully there will not be any more issues with this. Kudos to Matt.

Worked with Robert Soto Senior Sales Consultant

Worked with Robert Soto Senior Sales Consultant

Summary: Very Satisfactory Experience, I highly recommend Robert, associate Staff members and Beaverton Honda Overall.

Details: Robert was a true Senior Sales Consultant and not a Salesman.
Professional - providing helpful information/alternatives, and overall working to help me purchase the right car at right price/terms.

Robert's Helpfulness: Carefully questioning my wants/needs, not hurrying the process but also not wasting time explaining items of only passing interest, all the while walking me through the process of car decision followed by trade offs in terms of financing and finally explaining the closing process so there were no surprises.
When he did not have the answer to my questions (I hated car dealerships in the past due to a poor experience so I tended ask unfamiliar questions/concerns) he simply asked associated staff who provided both answers and required reassurance.

The overall approach by Beaverton Honda to limit customer interface to a single individual works because of Staff members like Robert Soto working to make the overall interface experience "positive", "understandable" and "Welcoming".

Girlfriend took her car in to fix a recall and they quoted $1500 in 'critical' parts needing to be replaced. Took her car to a local Autoshop and after the same inspection the only problem is a $30 brake light.

They literally tried to sell the rear brake pads being shot and needing immediate replacement while the front pads were fine on a vehicle with <40000 miles, LMBO get the **** outta here.

Our experience was smooth and informative. The employees were kind, relaxed, and trustworthy. We were given a sticker price ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect. We bought a slightly used Mazda CX5 and were extremely happy with our purchase. Workers patiently addressed all of our questions and answered them completely. Robert was our sales and leasing consultant, and Freddy was tbe manager to work with us. Both were professional and helpful throughout the duration of our visit. Thanks for a positive experience!

Mixed experience and we eventually walked away bought the car somewhere else.

We went there shopping for a new Honda Civic. The sales was fairly nice at the beginning. He helped us pull the cars we wanted to see and showed us financing options etc. One reason we came here is that they are the only (close by) place that had the ideal color we wanted. But in terms of price, they are over $600 more expensive than the online offer we've got from other dealers. I understand Beaverton Honda is a one price store, but we weren't sure about ideal color or paying more at the moment. We discussed about it about 10 minutes in the store. We felt the sales started losing patience and he said "Are you not able to afford it or just want to win?" We felt offended so we walked away.

Eventually, another dealer traded the ideal color Civic for us and gave us a better price without negotiation. The process was even smoother and saved us more than $700.

I bought my 06 Accord from this dealership back in 2006, the car works like a dream. Fantastic gas mileage! I've had it serviced a few times and I must say every time the entire team at the service center has been great to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a Honda!

I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment and did not have to wait even one minute. The salesman who helped me was very friendly and relaxed and personable. Since he had previously owned the vehicle I was buying, he was able to put any concerns to rest with actual experience and I really appreciated that.... even though it was purely coincidental. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Very pleasant, smooth experience.

Initially received a good service. Once I got home and reviewed the paperwork, I realized that sales person outright lied to me about coverages. When I went back to confront them, manager brushed me off by saying this is a training issue. Which is a lie because sales person has worked there for 6+ years. I will never comeback to a place where they blatantly lie to your face. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

We bought our third Honda from these folks, based on a good experience in the past, but we won't go back there again. Things seem to have changed since they moved from their old location - they are streamlined for pure profit now. We paid cash for a new CRV but it took us more than four hours of waiting around. We had to go and search for our sales guy, JC, who was by this time working on other customers and had apparently forgotten about us sitting in the waiting room. Also, the "one price, one person, get the car exactly as you want it.." is BS. When JC finally got back to us, he had found a "similar" car at another dealership that he could get delivered, but then it turned out that this car had other stuff too - mud guards and a cargo mat, that was going to be another $500! By that time, we were burned out after waiting so long. They got the car delivered the next day, but it was five hours later than we'd been told. Then, they didn't have the side door strips there, so we had to come back to get those installed, which would have been okay, but they said it would take three hours (it actually took four and a half hours) and wouldn't give us a loaner - only offered to let us rent a car for about $50.... The car was given to us without being cleaned up - there were scuff marks on the doors, there was sticky goo on the mirrors and the outside of the car wasn't cleaned. JC didn't know how to pair the radio/nav/phone to our phones.... No follow up for satisfaction even after complaining about details above. We'll go to another dealership next time, that's for sure

This is our fourth Honda from Beaverton Honda. Love the cars, the staff and follow up are amazing. Other than the intense stares from staff when walking through the door of the showroom their style is low key and client centered. We never felt pressure and loved our work with Jimmy Delgado. If I could give 0 I would. I ve been going to thei...

If I could give 0 I would. I ve been going to their service for years against my better judgement, hoping things would change (especially as I have given lots of feedback many times).

The first few times they called the wrong phone number my wife and I explained repeatedly which numbers are for which cars (we have two Honda s) but they just never seem to get it straight. This alone is not a reason to be upset but it is an indication of how they don t really pay attention to details...and details matter.

They didn t follow up so many times and gave really poor service nearly every time we took the cars in.

Some examples:
CRV needed a multi-point inspection, we dropped it off and there happened to be a recall on a system or part we weren t aware of. They didn t do it and we ended up having to bring it back soon after. Very inconvenient

Accord had work done on it and when it was picked up, there was a horrible gas/oil smell in the car. Never clear how it happened; an example of not paying attention by the service agent

CRV was taken in for a regular service. This includes checking and rotating tires. I picked it up and before I even got home, the low tire indicator had come on. I had to return to the dealership where the 'service agent' first said it was because of the "changing air temperature". I explained that that was not really accurate since it was essentially the same temperature as when I had dropped it off. After arguing with me and treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, he conceded to take a look at the tire pressure; only to find out I had been right and they were indeed improperly filled. they then had to fill the tires to the right pressure. All this baloney, of course, taking more time out of my day for something so simple that they did wrong (and gave me attitude about it the whole time).

Accord was taken in for lots of work. I repeatedly asked the service agent to ensure the key fob battery was replaced because the alert was on the dash. When I picked it up, I asked again if it had been done. Eric (the service agent I hold largely responsible for my horrible experiences) assured me it was. The alert appeared to be gone when I started up the car but apparently they simply reset it because 3 hours later, the low battery indicator came on again.

I texted and called to let them know it still wasn t done but as of a MONTH later.... all they ever did was call my wife s phone and have her tell them it was the wrong number (again). They never called me, never tried to make it right.

Many of these things alone are not enough to make me have to go to some much further dealership but taken all together indicate that this place is not where I want to ensure the safety of my vehicles I transport my family and friends in and CERTAINLY not the place where we are going to purchase our next two Honda s.

We just experienced the service department failure...

We just experienced the service department failure first hand, or I should say my wife did. We are very unhappy about the service and the result of it. I would expect better handling from the service department if what he said was true and the fault lies clearing on the service department and the mechanic involved.

two trips to dealership to have the service department see what was wrong. The first time we are told the issue was fixed. Drive the car about a mile and figure out that it was not fixed. A/C unit still blowing hot air...pretty easy to tell that the issue is not fixed.

She takes the car back in three days later and tells them what is wrong. three hours later, she gets a call and the guy tells her (Yes, told her!) they did not check the first time but assumed the Freon needed charging as it had not been done for years. Then he says they did not check to see if they had fixed did fix the issue -

The issue was A/C not blowing cold air but very hot air when running. Easy to miss that, eh?

- and they did not notice the A/C pump was not working at all until the second time around.

Salesperson: awesome, not terribly happy that I had to jump and drive from Lynnwood, WA to Beaverton, OR right away on a work night-but that's due to their used car manager.
Brandon (salesperson) was very helpful and communicative! I've done car sales and I understand how stressful and difficult out of state sales are. But he stuck with it! We spent an entire day over the phone going over the car(s), deals, credit unions, etc.
Their dealership is actually much nicer looking than higher end dealerships I've been to (step dad sold Audi, Porsche, etc). They even have a little cafe area and a fridge with refreshments.
In the end I ended up with my first choice of car, and I'm super excited about it!
They offered me over 3x the dealership I WORKED at offered me for my trade (manager of which also worked with my step dad), knowing full well that Chevy Sonics are prone to breaking down.
Brandon made it quick and simple when I drove down, had it all ready and paperwork waiting, etc.
Thank you and good luck to you sir!

This place isn't friendly at all on top they have this one price one person thing which they exploit and mark the prices of the car atleast 1000 dollars higher than the market value. Second, with their ridiculous argument about why someone should pay a higher price if he or she cant negotiate but why the customer should be paying you more for that. The staff is arrogant and really dont appreciate the business you are providing them. I would not recommend this place as if you are coming in to buy a new vehicle and are treated badly you can very well imagine what would happen down the line when you have issues or want your vehicle checked or serviced. We had the good fortune to work with Manuel Madrigal as we leased out new CR-V at Beaverton Honda. I have worked with many car salesmen and consultants over the years and I must say our experience with Manuel rates right up there at the top. He understood our needs, focused in on them in terms of the appropriate vehicle, placed absolutely no pressure on us either to buy or lease, and then when we did make that decision, he did not try to have us select additional accessories or add ons that he didn't think were necessary and would only increase the price.

After our test drive, he patiently explained the numerous technical and safety devices which was most helpful as we are not too well grounded in those areas. The entire process was efficient with no time wasted and he encouraged us to get back to him with any questions we may have. You can be sure we will.

All in all, our experience at the dealership with Manuel was very appreciated and we are happy with the choice we made, which is bottom line. Thank you.

I was told by Jimmy the bike was sold already. When I found the salesman I was scheduled to meet with he seemed as shocked as me. When I asked Jimmy how and why the bike was sold when I was told it was unavailable the previous day, and I had an appointment, he just smirked and answered "we are a bike dealership, we are here to sell bikes". when I asked what the point of an appointment was, he responded with the same answer. This is the 2nd time I have attempted to purchase a bike from Beaverton Honda Yamaha only to arrive and be told the bike was sold.

Purchased a Honda Civic and couldn t be happier. The process was easy and painless .
The dealership was very transparent with no pressure during the purchasing process. Robert Soto our sales consultant did an excellent job explaining the features of the car and was very helpful throughout our time at the dealership. It has been 5 years since we have purchased an automobile and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. We will definitely return to Beaverton Honda when we need another car.

Very disappointing experience from what I was expecting from the one-person guarantee to the unprofessionalism in the signing process. We bought used and I will never go back once the promises made are fulfilled, which has been over 2 weeks now. We had to come back in to sign papers twice without an explanation and then asked for follow-up support at later dates without an explanation of why. In the meantime we ve had the car in to get a seat replaced and what we were told was two new tires that were set to be replaced since before we bought the car, which we had asked for when considering buying but was told that wouldn t be possible. Once the car had been dropped off received a call and were then told there was a misunderstanding and we wouldn t be getting the 2 new tires and the seat was used, not new as written in our contract. At every step during this process we have felt cheated from being told there were two keys and 1 was in the mail to being told there was only one. We were given a car with an empty fuel tank after being told we d be taken care of. Reminded me of all the reasons I hate the car dealership experience.

Not the place to go if you want your motorcycle serviced. Several calls made. Either left a message or spoke with someone who said they'd call back. No call back. If they cannot pay attention to returning a call, I doubt they pay quality attention to servicing your bike. Called CycleTune and they helped me first call. Honda's are their specialty...
