I had an excellent experience here leasing my first car. Mike McIntosh did an excellent job of showing me my new 2016 Civic inside and out and not pressuring me at all to make a decision. He was incredibly friendly and ultimately made me feel confident enough to choose Beaverton Honda over their competitors. They gave a me a great price on my trade in vehicle and an assortment of extra special deals that came along with my lease including unlimited free car washes and free Honda roadside assistance for the entirety of my lease! Mike even went the extra mile for me and cleaned the interior of my car! Wow! Honestly, after hearing so many horror stories of dealerships I'm glad I made the right decision and chose them. If you're looking for a new car, specifically a Honda come here and ask for Mike! He will take great care of you.

We bought a 2015 Pilot. working with Robert Soto,. and couldn't be happier with the service. When we went to pick up the car it had a bolt in one of the tires (spotless super shiny tires like the rest of the car) from being in their service department where he'd had fixed,without extra charge, a couple of things we'd noticed about this USED car. To save us an additional long drive back from Corvallis, Robert and a co-worker personally delivered our car with its repaired tire to us the next day. If you want a polite, literally goes the extra 175 extra miles for you sales consultant, you can't do better than Robert Soto.

Extremely disappointing and very upsetting. My husband and I bought a new 2020 Honda Odyssey van about a little more than a month ago. Everything seem to go smooth with the buying process the salesman was nice and seem very professional. Until... I went to wash my car by hand and noticed a strange spot on my passenger side back door. I called my husband over to take a look at the spot (Who is an ex painter at Canyon Road auto body which is owned by Lanphere Enterprises who also owns Beaverton Honda) after looking at it he said that it looked like there was a run in the clear coat of the paint. He said that this would be a manufacture defect and quickly called the dealership. After speaking to somebody at the dealership they made an appointment and had him bring it in the following morning. He took my car in and had the manager look at it at and then they sent him down to the Body shop who also looked at it who also confirmed that it was a manufacture defect. The manager said that he was going to place a ticket to get it approved to get it fixed And they had to send it to Honda Manufacture. The manager came off quite confident that it would get fixed and we would be taking care of and even offered a rental if needed. Two hours after my husband returned home he received a text saying that Honda was denying fixing my vehicle. I would first like to say that I cannot believe all they did was text my husband and couldn t even bother to call with this communication. So unprofessional. second I highly doubt that it was already denied from Honda The manufacturer within two hours. it comes off as the manager of the dealership didn t even take the time to contact Honda. Then the dealership tells my husband that we have to contact Honda ourselves. I feel very let down that I purchased a $40,000 van with a paint defect and beaverton Honda can t even back their product or take care of the customer and do the right thing. If I wanted a car with flaws I would ve purchased a used car. I felt that I had absolutely no reason to look over the car with a fine tooth comb that had I think like 3 miles on it. plus it was pouring down rain the day we purchased it. I am extremely upset that I have to get the side of my car repainted as it will never be the same and it will never be original from the factory I don t even have license plates nor have I made the first payment for it. Thank you so much Beaverton Honda for such great service and doing the right thing. I hope if feels so good to screw people out of their money that they work extremely hard for. I will be contacting the better business bureau and Proceeding in whatever steps I need to take to get this resolved. I will never purchase another vehicle from Beaverton Honda nor will I ever recommend anyone to your dealership.

Location is clean with plenty of seating, wifi, etc. Was given an estimated time of completion of service and it was right on time. Free water bottle and cookie in my car along with a vacuum and wash! Would like to know if the wash uses brushes or is toucheless though - I spend a lot of time detailing the outside of my car and don't want any swirl marks :)

Brian Hilgeman, senior sales associate and Christin, finance manager are the most patient and customer oriented employees. They don t push you into anything but they explain everything well allowing you to make your own decision. They are truly there for you and they want what s best for you and will do everything they can to make it work for you. Thank you.

My partner and I stopped by a few other dealerships prior to coming into Beaverton Honda and were very pleased with our findings here (over any other place we visited). Anthony Killgore and Ben Pierce went above and beyond our expectation as Sale-men and only furthered your already great ratings as a dealership. At first, my partner and I didn't see anything we liked that we could afford. Then, Anthony and Ben put together a profile of our interests so they could keep a look out for it, if and when it arrived (which no other dealership had expressed interest in doing-showing us they do care about us and not just making a deal right then and there). In taking that extra step we actually came across something within 20 minutes (or less) that hadn't even been released to the lot yet. It turns out what they found was exactly what we wanted and could afford. With in this process we grew to respect and trust these gentlemen by the way they carried themselves. Both were very honest and straightforward making the purchase feel at ease and boosting our excitement. It feels great to not be worried about the car we ve just purchased knowing we have a trust worthy dealership behind us who has our best interests at heart. The asking price of the car compared to the quality was more then fair, the gentlemen s friendly/honest attitudes, and the entire experience as a whole has definitely earned our business for life. If a potential customer needs someone as a reference we would be more then happy to share our experience! Thanks Beaverton Honda!

I had my CRV towed here after the transmission blew. The repairs were out of my budget and the transmission blew the week before finals, but the folks here were very patient with me. They allowed my Honda to sit in the tow lot while I tried to figure out my next move. I ended up selling the CRV while it was still in the tow lot. This place may have some questionable reviews, but they were exceptional for me. I talked with many people, but Nathan is who handled my car and was great! I would visit again.

We had just come from a terrible experience at a different dealership where they played games with the pricing and wasted my time. I was walking around the lot looking for an HRV when I encountered a salesman. He took me to the HRVs. I looked at the stickers and saw that there wasn't a lot of extra accessory nonsense that they put on their cars. We talked about the "only" price policy. Since we had already done a test drive, but were on our way home from that awful other dealership (and it was just a few minutes before closing), nothing more happened that day.

Two days later I called Beaverton Honda looking for the salesman. They put me through to his cell phone, which was a bit of a surprise since he was at the zoo chaperoning a class trip for his kid, He took my call, then called his manager to let the manager search for the car my wife wanted. When I came in a few hours later, the salesman was still at the zoo. The manager figured out who I was and wrote the price on a sticky note. I assume this was the "only" price, and it was within $100 of the lowest quotes I had from other dealers via True Car - in other words, it was the fair price I thought I should pay for the car. The car was coming from another dealer and had accessories on it that the other dealer would not remove (WHY do they do this?), but some of them I wanted, and Beaverton Honda wasn't being piggy about it, charging Honda's MSRP, not some ridiculously inflated price. The manager had written that price on the sticky note also, along with the DMV fees. And that was it. We were done 15 minutes after I walked in. I didn't give them a check or sign anything. I agreed to come back 3 hours later when they would have the car from the other dealer.

Late that afternoon my wife and I came back at the appointed hour, only to find that the other dealer refused to trade the car we wanted. We quickly figured out that the other dealer is the one where my wife and I had been so badly mistreated, but they still thought we would come back. Still, all was good. The manager had already located the car my wife wanted at a third dealer - in Medford!!! This car had different accessories on it, but these were ones we actually wanted (floor mats and mud flaps). Now get this. They were still charging me the "only" price for the car, they didn't jack up the newest accessory package, and they were going to send their salesman down to Medford with their trade car and then he would bring back the car we wanted - no extra charge. Really, it doesn't get better than that.

We did the paperwork - with the salesman, not some finance guy or a manager. How nice. There was a little push about paint sealer, extended warranty, and the like. I just said no to all of those and that was that. No big deal. I wrote them a check. All done.

Because it was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend with big car buying crowds expected, I told them to wait until Tuesday to send the salesman to Medford. Let the guy make some money. I guess it was slower than expected, because Monday we got a call that our car was in. Beaverton Honda has Oregon license plates in stock, so we didn't even have to wait for those. (This is new to me, but I guess that is the way it is done now. So sensible!)

If I could count on the car buying experience to always be like this, I wouldn't wait 10 years to buy a new one. My experience was simply stellar. Maybe it helps to use a free service like True Car or Edmunds (which might just be True Car under Edmunds branding) so that I knew what the price of the car should be - fair to me and fair to the dealer. Stops the haggle on both sides, and made me comfortable that their "only" price was indeed the right price. Highest praise for these folks.

Purchased a certified used car from Belinda on Friday. She is awesome. Made the car buying process easy, quick and professional.
I'd recommend Belinda and Beaverton Honda to anyone. The whole experience took about 1.5 hours from start to finish.

Went to test drive a car with prior appointment. I had also got a confirmation email saying they will keep the car ready when I arrive. Went to the showroom on time and they said they don't have the car for test drive. Asked them if I can at least test drive a 2-door model of the same car. The sales person went to ask the manager and this was his response as quoted by the sales representative "If the customer wants to buy the car today, we can let him test drive as they have to clean the car again". I was shocked and disappointed with the response. Never had such an experience (and waste of time) from any other dealers.

Beaverton Honda Service department recorded my car...

Beaverton Honda Service department recorded my car's mileage wrongly and voided my Honda Care warranty coverage. According to the CSR there was no way to correct the wrong record unless I do another service. Beaverton Honda does not apologize for their mistake, neither do they cover the $15 inspection fee, not to mention the time and hassle I had to spend on this issue. Due to pandemic, the ride back service is no longer provided and people who get their cars serviced either have to stay in their service area or go out to breath the polluted smoky air.

I had a great experience when I purchased my car from Ron Chirrick last month. I really appreciate the "vibe" in the store. I never felt pressured or stressed. I expressed interest in the car online. One person was in contact with me to answer questions and arrange me coming in to see the car. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was introduced to my Sales Consultant, Ron. I was never handed off to anyone else. This is also the first car I have purchased that did not take almost the whole day! Ron was incredibly easy and fun to work with. I sincerely felt he was interested in getting me in the car I wanted.

Horrible, Horrible experience. From the start, told them I was looking to buy a specific vehicle for my business from them and that my business was buying the vehicle, and they led me along, got plans set up and rearranged schedule to accommodate going down and picking up the vehicle, then the story completely changed and they said they could not offer the deal they said they would offer because it was a business, even have text's from the person I was dealing with stating she told everyone the business was buying the vehicle.

Tried to get me for several thousand more for the vehicle, and 8.9% versus 1.9%, and overall, cost me money because of the wasted time I spent on them. I will recommend to all of my business associates, and friends, and my wife's fellow teachers to stay away from this place, and hope that none of them go there.

We were seriously looking at different makers of mid size SUV's. While it is true, the right vehicle turned out to be an easy choice, but the reps at Beaverton Honda respected the process we had to go through, and let us make our decision based on our criteria not on high pressure sales techniques. We were in the dealership on three different days, and each time had a truly great experience. Everyone and anyone could take us through the whole final stage of picking accessories (or NOT) as we so desired, financing, service contracts and all the usual paperwork. AND their ONE PRICE policy also works! We compared, on line as well as with other dealerships. Yes, we visited another Honda dealership to assess their sales and service and frankly we were very turned off. Beaverton Honda stood alone of every dealer we visited. We drove out with the same car we test drove and were thrilled. Carlos was super professional and a real Honda guru!

I dreaded the stereotypical used car salesman experience and felt a bit overwhelmed with options and cost. However, my concerns were unfounded we worked with Ell Hollandsworth, who was so extremely helpful and personable. He answered all of our questions truthfully and even admitted when he didn t know the answer to something something I wouldn t expect from a salesman of any sort. I d recommend working with Ell on any car purchase and can only hope we have as easy of an experience the next time we re looking to purchase a car!

Had the most rude salesperson in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area that I have come across. He got offended when I asked him a simple question of how his CRV model stacks up against the competitors model. Shouldn't sales guys be knowledgeable about why their car is superior vs others? On the test drive, was totally quiet and just blankly stared around instead of giving me a basic overview of the car features while I drove around. Will be taking my business elsewhere even if I do end up getting an Honda.

I originally was very satisfied with my purchase and the salesperson who assisted me. However, my opinion of the financial dept, title and registration department is quite different. It's been over 2 months and I have yet to receive my license plates. Called a couple weeks ago and they said it would be a week or so. Called today and they said they just processed paperwork today and will again be another week or two. Same story each time. Very frustrating. Feel like they have dropped the ball on this. Probably would now not recommend the dealership.

Enjoyed that they didn t make car buying uncomfortable and it didn t have that cheesy, greedy & fake car dealership feel, they stayed open well past their normal hours to finish helping. They guy who helped me, his approach was natural, not aggressive, awkward or desperate like I had earlier in the day at other dealerships.

I had to get a new car after my FIT was totaled in a car accident. I wanted an SUV but not anything super big so the Honda HR-V was perfect for me. I worked with Brandon and he was EXTREMELY patient and understanding during my whole process.

After giving me his opinion on the other car's I was looking at and what to expect at other dealerships I was pleasantly surprised at how honest this dealership was. I went to lots of other dealerships afterwards and dealt with some very unprofessional, rude, condescending sales people. I was handed off to several different folks at the same dealership.

BUT at this location you will NOT deal with that. You get one person from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant and kind and the best part was the no haggling on prices. I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership to check out a car!

Horrible customer service. I went to look at 3 different models and the staff was not helpful. I specified I was not interested in looking at used cars, and the first car the staff showed me was a used car with a dead battery. Not even a minute later, the person helping me said he had an appointment with another customer and advised he would send another salesmen to help. He then sent me to the back lot instead of the waiting area, no one showed up and after 10 minutes I left.

This is not a place to buy a car or get help researching a car to buy, which is sad to say, as previously I worked the Wilsonville Honda Dealership and Hillsboro Honda Dealership to buy my previous vehicles and they were amazing.

Do not waste your time here, go to any other Honda dealership.

My wife and I worked with JC when we bought our 2018 Accord. We made two visits before buying and he was great about showing us cars and allowing us to drive without pressure. When we went in to make our purchase we made sure he was available to close the deal. He was also very knowledgable of the car features and differences between models. Great experience and Excellent sales guy to make the transaction smooth. I will be recommending him to my friends!

Juan Hernandez sold us our 2020 Honda Civic EX. He was very knowledgeable on all the features of the vehicle and was also able to provide some comparisons with other vehicles. He listened carefully to our needs and offered suggestions. At no time did we feel pressured during this vehicle buying experience. The only reason the 4-stars is that it took me about 7 hours for the whole deal when it could've taken 3-4 hours. Would definitely buy here again, the whole team was supportive and funny.

We purchased a 2015 Hond Fit from Beaverton Honda and had a wonderful experience with Junior. We needed a few accessories added to the car and brought it to the service department.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with any Honda dealership. We dropped it off the day before and asked about adding one more item on. They told us that they would call us in the morning about it. At 9:00 am, we had not received a phone call so I called and they transferred me to Derrick's voicemail where I left a message. An hour went by and still no phone call. I called back and they told me they would send Derrick an email that he would see right away, still no phone call. My husband called at 12:00 and he was told Derrick was with a customer and that he would call him right back, still no phone call. I finally received a voicemail at 1:44 pm from Derrick informing me that the car was ready for pick up, I guess they did not want the extra business. When I went to pick up the car, there was one guy working and a bunch of people standing around. The one guy, checked me out and had me wait for someone to get my car which I could see in the parking lot. A female worker came over to me in about 5 minutes and said my car is right over there, and I said I know but it had a lock on it. She walked over to it with me, and took the lock off so I could leave. The car looked great however the service was terrible.

This is about the service department, don't know much about the sales department. We've been going to Beaverton Honda Service department for 15 years with two different vehicles. Every experience has been great, fair and every employee has been professional, honest and helpful. It almost makes us only want to drive Hondas so that we don't have to deal with other service centers. This is the Disney of auto service centers. Thank you Beaverton Honda.

Asha, our sales rep, was amazing. She has energy and very patient. She understands that buying process is stressful. If you want someone to give you multiple options to be able to finance a car, you have to go to her. She is genuine and wants the customer to have all the information to make a good decision. The rest of the team members were helpful as well.
Not to mention they have a HUGE lot. I went in wanting the exactly car, trim, and color I wanted and they were the only ones that had it.

0ne out of four stars because there is no zero. Don t bring your car to be fixed here! I have had bad service and bad advice here. Told I needed a close to $2000 job to replace a power steering rack because of a fluid leak in my 2009 CRV. Took the car for a second opinion. No leak found. Have been checking the power steering fluid level for a month at the recommendation of the second opinion. No change in the levels. I understand when people must charge for a service but to casually and incorrectly recommend a very expensive, unnecessary repair borders, in my view, with unethical business practices.
Also, when I brought my car I sat for an hour waiting for my car to be seen on a scheduled appointment to have tires installed. When they did see me they gave me inaccurate wait times and charged me for extra services despite telling me it was all inclusive. Not straightforward at all. Never apologized. Poor job answering questions. Do not come here I will not be coming back.

Should give literally 0 stars. I took my accord for airbag recall and from the next day I had starting issue. I went back a month later because of my schedule. They charged $133 for inspection and told my car has starter issue and it would cost around $750 for replacement. I went to a different auto care near my home and they diagnosed it was ignition issue and got it repaired for $200. Don't trust their service and diagnosis.

This is the best car dealership we've ever done business with and we've had a lot of cars! There is no haggling- they give you the very best price they can offer upfront. We had the pleasure of working with Dave and he told us this the moment we walked in. He shook hands and offered us refreshments. This was very different from another Honda dealership in Portland we visited. We really appreciated Dan's forthright and non-pressuring nature.

We did extensive research on what the car was worth that we wanted to buy and knew what a fair price was and what we were willing to pay. This was the same price they offered us. They're very reasonable here. My husband HATES buying cars because it is usually such an unpleasant experience, filled with pressure and dishonesty. At Beaverton Honda, they don't operate like this. We were there for almost 4 hours with a 5 month old baby and it was extremely pleasant. We honestly felt that we couldn't have worked with a better salesman than Dave.

The facility was clean and looked new. They have complimentary beverages as well as a cafe with a barista. Dave has called twice within the week we have had the car to follow up with us. He gave us his personal cell phone number as well.

I highly recommend Beaverton Honda, and more specifically, ask to work with Dave! You will not be disappointed. He's fantastic, down to earth, friendly, genuine, and not a schmoozed! Great at what he does.

I don't have a long credit history, and had an out of state license. So I've had a few issues in trying to purchase a vehicle. Brian and Kyle at Beaverton Honda were both super helpful in helping me find a car and trying to give the best deal possible. I was able to leave with a brand new car, and a cheaper monthly payment than I even thought possible!!! They are a solid company and incredibly helpful!

Brian was extremely helpful, found the perfect vehicle at a great price. What is normally a long and drawn out process was simplified by using touch screen signing as well as limited manual paperwork. Will definitely recommend Beaverton Honda.

A disappointing experience. As an out of state pur...

A disappointing experience. As an out of state purchaser, we were told that Beaverton Honda would handle all the necessary paperwork & registration with the state of Arizona. Literally, when we writing the check for the car, we were then told that unless we financed with them, they would not handle the sales tax collection and that we would need to handle locally once back in AZ. After paying $125.00 for, and giving them the address for the AZ DMV, to start the registration process, (which they said they would do) they simply sent the paperwork to our AZ address with no warning or explanation. When I confronted them today, they simply said that the $125 was a standard charge, FOR DOING NOTHING!

I DO NOT recommend Beaverton Honda, unless you like lots of double talk.

Our experience with Kyle Finley and Eric could not have been better. We dealt mostly with Kyle who was very professional and very knowledgeable
about the CRV EXL that we eventually purchased. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on our new SUV. This is our 3 Honda and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Beaverton Honda for your great service.

I sold Beaverton Honda a car on 9/3/17. I was told it would take 10 days to receive payment. It took me multiple attempts to contact the check, and was told: "check is in the mail." In the end, it took over a month, and only due to my diligence in following up was it resolved. The GSM admitted that there were multiple screw-ups, but it doesn't negate the fact they "sat" on money that was owed to me for over two weeks. That's inexcusable. I expected more from Beaverton Honda. And, just as disappointed I was in the dealership's failure to make timely payment for the car I sold the dealership, is how they failed to find a resolution.

I honestly can't say enough in this review to spea...

I honestly can't say enough in this review to speak of the positive experience I had with the sales staff here.

I think of myself as an avid shopper, meaning- before I make any purchase decisions (let alone, a $30,000 one), I do my due diligence and research.

I had called several dealerships to inquire about inventory and price on the specific car that I was looking for (in our case, it was a brand new 2015 CRV EXL).

And from the start, things were different with this dealership.

Adam, the BCD Manager, originally fielded my call. I was expecting to get the usual "come in quick! stock is low and you must act now!" type of sales pitch, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that this wasn't the case with Adam.

He fielded my questions in great detail, and told me upfront what was and wasn't on his lot.
This might sound like common sense to some of you- but dealerships are notorious for pulling the "bait and switch" on customers, where they tell you they have inventory when they don't just for the sake of getting you in to their store (see Dick's Hillsboro Honda, for instance).

Adam did not try to "close" me on this call, and simply gave me the information I needed. This was refreshing.

I stopped by the lot here that same day, and Adam respectfully greeted us upon arriving. He introduced us to a sales rep named Theo, who showed us the inventory of the CRVs they had.

Theo, much like Adam, never once said anything salesy or tried closing us. He showed us what we asked him to show us, and let me dictate the conversation.

This dealership uses what they call "one way pricing". This means that their prices are preset and non negotiable.

What I can honestly tell you is that their prices are fair. Are they the absolute lowest? No.

For instance, I got a price from another dealership on my car for $28,450. Initially, this sounds like a great deal compared to the $28,988 that Beaverton Honda had.

But consider two things:

1). It took me over 2 hours of negotiating to bring the other dealership down to $28,450.
2). This price did not include an additional $750 worth of "accessories" they had added in to it.

If you ask me, I could have saved a whole lot of time by going straight to Beaverton Honda first.

Their sales cycle is very straightforward. There is a bit of upselling that your sales rep will present to you (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc), but I never felt like I was being pressured to get any of this (and I didn't).

If there is one negative thing I might add about my experience, it is that we ran in to one hiccup after the deal was done, when a finance rep called us a day AFTER the sale was finalized to let us know some paper work had to be signed again and more information was required from us.

This was really the only negative experience we had here.

I feel they should have gotten all of this taken care of while we were on site, which would have saved me the trouble of having to go back to the dealership a day after.

All in all, though- I really cant say anything negative about the sales staff.

Overall it was a good experience. We went in knowing what we were looking for and we were able to make it work. The process did take much longer than expected, over 3 hours from start to finish. Would have been a faster and easier process if the sales person had listened to our terms to begin with and skipped all of the in between stuff that we had to decline and wait for her to come back. Aside from the unneeded back and forth with the sales person that caused us to be at the dealership for over 3 hours, it was a pleasant car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and I would recommend this dealership to others.
