Sales Manager Freddy Ortega was not only rude and ...

Sales Manager Freddy Ortega was not only rude and brutish but also mishandled multiple aspects of my transaction.

When confronted with a basic question regarding a price quote his aggressively blunt response: "I have no idea." No explanation offered.

Later, after drawing his attention to multiple incorrectly-assessed fees, he was dismissive and restless, his body language threatening; I believe that he was attempting to intimidate me into rapidly finalizing the transaction.

When final papers were signed he was coldly terse and reticent; it was clear that he was either having a very bad day, or that something else, perhaps my racial background, was irking him.

This Honda dealership was generally OK to work with, but Freddy Ortega should not be a manager and if I were his superior he would be filling a different role. Perhaps something that doesn't involve customer service; something more in line with his level of intelligence; like checking tire pressure in a back room.

Summary: not a bad dealership, but Freddy Ortega is an incompetent, unpleasant, and deceptive person.

Beware.

Oil change today. Friendly staff. Plenty of space to relax while you wait for your car.
They walk you to your car when paid and ready to leave.
Bonus... They now leave you a complentary water and cookie waiting for you in your car.
My first thought a worker left behind !
Nice gesture.

Really only giving one star for the guy who helped us pick out a car, Robert. He was nice, very helpful, answered any and all questions my family and myself had about different cars. When it came to actually buying the car and going through finalizing papers, the pricing was wrong and was set for a different car than the one I was purchasing. The manager and some of the other staff were so incredibly rude. They would not honor the other price that they had initially quoted, would not own up to their mistake, not only that but the manager decided to yell at us saying that was the best he could do (which was literally nothing) and I happened to look over at his employees laughing at the situation. As a paying customer I was horrified at the customer service. I almost wish I didn t buy the car from them and allow them to make the commission off my purchase. My family was disrespected to the highest degree, and as it was my very first car purchase, it was the worst experience I could imagine. I wish I could remember the name of the manager so I could call him out directly for his poor services as well as his staff that night who were laughing... overall a horrible experience and I will never be going to them for anything again. Worst customer service I ve ever encountered.

Today I worked with William Hong and he provided world class customer service, he helped walk me through each step of the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully; he even took the time to go over services they offer which may not entirely apply to me in case I would like to be aware of in my future purchases at Beaverton Honda, which I thought was especially commendable.

William went above and beyond because as I set up my auto insurance, he answered any questions I had about each coverage option, and of course this was not in his line of work, but he chose to help give me feedback on what he understood about the insurance options and that made choosing my insurance so much easier.

William certainly made my car buying experience seamless, it was smooth sailing!

HUGE THANK YOU, William!

This experience quickly went from good, to the wor...

This experience quickly went from good, to the worst experience ever quickly. I purchased a brand new 2018 Honda Civic Sport 6 spd manual in Orchid White. I thought I was being told the truth from the get go and instead I was fed nothing but lies and having Brandon, in sales bend or omit the truth all together. Thanks buddy! I'm so glad I could drop 26,xxx on a car plus 1500 down to get NOTHING that you promised.

1. I was told that the "extra", select vehicle coverage and the dings, dents, tire repair covered ANY damage to the outside of the car for 3 years.

That was a flat out lie. So I just paid almost 900 more for what exactly?

2. I was told with this coverage I would never have to worry about a rental or being without a car. Also a lie.

I ACTUALLY only get coverage if I bring it in and you deem that it is regular maintenance, and then you go through a third party company called Esos or Ethos and they cover the rental.

I've had my car less than 4 months and I've already needed service twice!

The first time was for a nail/screw in my tire. I was told, oh it's just the sensor because it's cold out so we will fill the tire and come back if it comes back on. Then he tells me that 3 tires were at 40 lbs of pressure and the 1 I had mentioned was at 20. This is NOT a malfunctioning sensor BUT I listened and left anyway because you were so busy. Sure enough the next day the light came on, on my way to work and so I called again. This time I fought for an actual appointment so it would actually get fixed. Had to fight for a rental then as well.

So now I bring my car in for the clear mask behind the door handle on the back driver side to be fixed as its peeling and has dirt under it and it looks horrible. Less than 4 months and its already peeling. Super impressed.

So they fix that, keep the car overnight. I also asked that the rock chip be repaired because, again, I was told it was covered. In fact it is not covered and it would cost me $1200 to fix and then you have to replace the clear bra. Excuse me?! The clear bra is cover for 10 years, no matter what so why would I have to pay for that to be replaced after a rock chip is repaired. Then why isnt this rock chip covered either?

Well Lynda states, per your contract it's only paintless repair we cover.

Well thanks Lynda, the "manager".

So instead they threw some touch up paint on it that looks horrible. Like a child painted it on my brand new car.

Sales never once apologized or attempted to fix my problem. I'm only 32 & have many more car purchases in my future but NOT from you people. I will NEVER do business with you again unless you make this right.

I will say, your ONLY saving grace was Eric the service advisor. He was the ONLY person who was kind, apologized, understood and offered me what solutions he could. At least he tried. The rest of you ought to be ashamed.

I'm sure of course it couldnt have anything to do with the fact that my hair is teal and I'm covered in tattoos because you wouldnt discriminate or anything. Yet a "proper" white person in a suit, I can almost guarantee would NEVER have been treated as I was treated.

So in closing, avoid Brandon, the sales guy and avoid Lynda, the sales "manager". He will lie to you and she will talk to you like you're stupid. You just lost a loyal Honda customer. Guess my next car will be a Toyota.

This is a review of the service center. Would have given two stars for the quality of the repair if they had not needed my help to diagnose issues (and I am no car genius); but 0 stars for impersonal, cranky and disorganized service. Two flat "run flat" tires (one dead as dead can be, the other--as I clearly explained--had a slow leak that would hold air for 3 or 4 days, and I had just filled it). Service agent insisted there was nothing wrong with the tire with the slow leak, and they had fully inspected it and submersed it. Only after I made a stink (and a day later), did he call to tell me they had found a small nail in the sidewall. Service agent seemed overworked and not in need of a return customer (never looked me in the face as I paid...made we wait while he multi-tasked data entry for other customers, and talked on the phone with mechanics for other customers). Dropped off car Sunday; car finished Wednesday; delay due to parts (hey, that happens...), but no loaners (they do not offer that--they only offer rentals, which they were out of, according to the agent; in case the dealership actually reads this and thinks loaners are only for high-end car customers--check out the Subaru dealer right up the street...). Inquired about a shuttle to less than a mile away, but was told that the regular shuttle guy was out sick, and the agent had not yet figured out how to contact the temp shuttle driver, and it would be great if I could find some other way so he would not have to track the guy down. No directions upon arrival as to where to wait for car, etc.--I had to ask around; plenty of staff to ask but none would make eye contact. Long wait times to simply pick-up the car (20+ minutes after I paid, at about 3 pm on a Wednesday); staff told two customers ahead of me that the delay was because the staff was having a hard time finding their car, but not to worry, it would eventually "turn up", chuckle-chuckle. Those of us waiting just started laughing incredulously at the mayhem. Maybe I am spoiled, but the Honda dealership in Tacoma, WA that I had been going to since 2008 (a) had a shuttle to local destinations, including my house that ran regularly; (b) showed me where to wait/pay, etc., and made sure I was comfortable waiting, and/or that I had a way home (they even semi-arranged a Hertz rental for me once, calling on my behalf to reserve one and then shuttling me to the rental agency...); (c) they had my car waiting for me when I picked it up or at least knew where it was and brought it to me promptly; and (d) worked with one customer at a time during the 5 minutes at drop-off, and 5-minutes at pick up. AND the Tacoma Honda was much more "no-frills/low-overhead" than Bob Lanphere's...I will take a well-organized staff, sincere friendliness and strong interpersonal and communication skills over an espresso bar any day. I am gravely worried that I may be stuck with this dealership for my service...the only reason I can think anyone else was there for service was that this might be the only game in town. Service was so poor, it was almost surreal...like an SNL sketch. NO EXAGGERATION.

Was interested in buying an used civic. Found a suitable car in the website. Scheduled a test drive. Got a strange mail from someone named Jeremy saying that the car is not available for test drive as it is going through 'inspection'. And that it will take a week to complete the inspection. Why put up a car for sale when it is not even ready for test drive? I am sure I will end up getting more excuses if I ask about the other used Civic listings found in their website. Decided to look elsewhere for the car.

Three words: pushy car salesman. I used to own a used car dealership, so I know how the industry works. This dealership was the classic sleezeball dealer when we went in to look at a car: smile, claim one low no haggle price, and then try and push you on the car then and there. At $1000-$1500 above sticker price shown, once they sit down and add in all fees (not one low price, bait and switch). And they will try their hardest to not let you leave. They use all the classic tactics, and when you tell them you want to go home and sleep on it, the closer comes in to push you around. Even though they claim no closer, and one person start to finish. They'll track on so many fees you can go a Portland Toyota dealership I won't name and buy a brand new 2018 Camry for a lower monthly payment, despite the higher sticker price. Don't buy here. They are pushy pushy pushy once they get you to that desk. Run far far away and don't look back.

Disclaimer: this dealership lied to my wife and tricked her into a hard credit pull, vs using the credit union pre approval. This put another hard pull on her credit score and dropped her out of the top-tier. They flat out lied to her about it. I knew they would, she didn't know any better and trusted them, and it's coming back to han haunt her. You'd be better off dealing with the Devil, at least you know upfront he's going to screw you.

I did not actually buy here but did look. The salesperson did not really know the details of the car when compared to our sales person at Toyota. They did not bother me too much when I was just looking so that is not necessarily a bad thing.

Leased a brand new 2016 Honda civic. Within 2 months there was a recall. I called in to have my car looked at and said, "Hey, I need my car by 3 at the latest" They told me that was no problem and that it will definitely be done by 3. I scheduled an appointment and dropped my car off at 9am. When I dropped my car off the tech told me it would take a couple hours max. 2:30pm hits so I decided to give them a call (maybe they just forgot to call me). I sit on hold for a while, only to find out now it "might not get done until 5ish." Normally that would be no problem. I will just have to use a loaner car for the night. No loaner cars. Normally that would be no problem. I will just have them give me a ride. They only offer rides up to 7 miles. It is unfortunate that my life doesn't revolve around a 7 mile radius. Don't tell someone their vehicle will be done by a certain time guaranteed if it is not guaranteed.

Moral of the story is they can't do anything for me. Looks like my high school baseball team won't have a coach for their game tonight. No big deal.

I've worked at another dealership for 30 years and have known a lot of salesmen and I found Elmo Duran a very knowledgeable and easy person to deal with. This dealership is a very nice newer building and I found them to be very considerate of the current precautions this time requires, would recommend.

My stepdaughter had a 2001 Honda Civic with 178, 000 miles on it. The car had treated her well with no issues since my wife first bought it, used it and gave it to her daughter to drive. However we felt it was time for a new car. We heard great news/reviews of Beaverton Honda. Our salesman Brian Hilgeman greeted me at the door and was helpful from the start. He was very knowledgeable and respected what our needs for a car were. He took the time to show us all of our options to suit our financial numbers. We found a beautiful silver/blue 2017 Honda Civic Four door sedan. My stepdaughter is very excited, and hopes to put 200,000 miles on this new car. Brian went out of his way to make sure we were happy from beginning to end with the purchase. Thank you to all the staff at the dealership. You take the stress out of buying a new car. We can't thank you enough! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a Honda. Mr. Lamphere we enjoyed to see your collection of beautiful classic Honda cars, motorcycles and motorbikes also. Such a treat! Keep up the great work!

Bottom line: Do NOT go to to Bob Lanphere's Honda ...

Bottom line: Do NOT go to to Bob Lanphere's Honda car dealership. You may come out scared and mistreated. I'll explain...

I am not a first time customer to this dealership and in the past I gave them a full score in review. The initial experience I had blew me away with how professional and accommodating the these people were. BUT...

This time around my experience was the polar opposite and THEN some ( * ). Not all people are as nice and professional. Today I had to deal with "Rusty," who had no business to be in customer relations, considering how ill-treated I had felt when talking to this employee.

In the 30 minutes we spoke to each other, this employee would NOT look me in the eye when speaking to you - he wasn't cross-eyed or the sort. Respectful human interactions require basic minimums and I did not feel like I was speaking to a human. "Rusty" gave me raw numbers and verbally drilled me of profit margins (unfortunately true) he wants to make - implying why he should value my car under Kelly Blue Book. Honda allows Bob Lanphere's to have disrespectful robots in its employ.

( * ) We couldn't come into a reasonable agreement. I wanted his superiors to know how I felt with the particular employee, "Rusty", and I said "you suck [as an employee]." He proceeds to aggressively approach me. "Tell me that to my face!" - Not only did already have a miserable experience with this very individual, but he also nearly assaulted me. He is bigger than I am(5'6") and I felt threatened for my life.

The manager present did not bother to stop their employee during the altercation and had the audacity to chase after me as I was getting in car and HAD to talk to me for a good 5 minutes on how his employee was in the wrong. I was already shivering the from past altercation, now I am shivering from staying outside in 39 degree weather for 5 minutes.

This is not over as I plan on seeking options of action for how I was treated, and I wanted to stop to take my time to tell you of my experiences I had with this dealership. You don't have to feel scared or disrespected when purchasing a car so please heed my warning when I say avoid this dealership. They don't deserve your money, but if you must, do NOT deal with 'Rusty" and don't go in alone.

Service department doesn't listen and takes way to...

Service department doesn't listen and takes way to long to (mis)diagnose the issue. I already did the research and tell the tech what needs to be done or the most likely cause of the problem. In two different instances they don't listen.

In one case on my 2007 Honda Odyssey they failed to fix the problem which was clearly stated online: air mix motor on driver side failing and needing replace - a fairly common reported item online. When failing it causes a clicking\scratching noise. Instead the Honda (dis)service technician claimed an A/C recharge would fix it. I'm not upset that the unit failed after years of usage... I'm upset by failure of the technician to list and address the correct problem which is commonly reported. I later described the issue to a local auto service company. They correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue... the air mix motor, or whatever it's called. It's an actuator under the dashboard. There's one on each side. The driver side one was failing. It is located up and to right of the gas pedal. See image posted below

In another case with my 2004 Honda Civic they sold me a set of tires that had issues about 1.5 years later causing a pull to the right. At first I thought it was an alignment issue and had Les Schwab check it out. They reported it wasn't alignment but a tire defect (tire conicity or similar). Granted, it was a manufacturer issue but I was not pleased with the Honda response. The tire was no longer built or wasn't in stock and I should buy a new set with a $16-18 credit for current tires. I believe original price was ~$80 per tire. Relatively low amount of mileage and wear since install. Plus, it takes Honda service 4+ hours to get back to me on what might be wrong.. even though I already told them the issue. (and called for status update).

If I'd bought the tires from someone like Les Schwab, they'd have done a better job in less time.

I started comparing pricing between Honda and local auto repair, often finding Honda service pricing 15% higher or more.

Avoid the hassle. There are several good auto repair places nearby that do a better job in my view... and that are more responsive, communicative, and better priced

By far one of the most horrible customer service provided. I came to the dealership to get my Honda appraised and possibly sell it to the dealership or trade it in. A salesman greeted us at the door and after asking us what we needed he said he would be right back. Almost 10 minutes later he is standing there at the desk having a conversation with another sales team member. didn't even have the common sense to come back to let us know that it would be a while and or let us know what we should do while we're waiting. After I went up to the counter to check in with them the response I received was not very helpful nor did it seem like the sales team were taking their job seriously they told me it would be 5 minutes. almost 10 minutes later after standing in the cold I did not receive any kind of service or any helpful information so I left the dealership. I really hope that this sales team tries to figure out how to better themselves also on how to properly communicate with customer service. I suggest anyone going to this dealership to do their homework before going there this is not the kind of service anyone deserves

Not the dealership I thought they once were. Long ...

Not the dealership I thought they once were. Long story short, they have lost my family's business forever. I originally walked in seeking a particular car. Exact trim level and color. I spent hours being shown the different models of Civic body's, took a test drive, (which wasn't even ready for the scheduled drive, had to wait 2 hours), and talking to their top rated salesman. I ended up signing paperwork to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted that was still on it's way to the dealership from the manufacture. I get the call a few days later that it's ready to be picked up and I drove there (nearly 1 hour away). I'm told my vehicle is in the back room ready to be picked up. Funny thing is, it's THE WRONG CAR. I was immediately confused at the massive screw-up on their end. The salesman walks up to me, BLAMES ME for the situation and tells me there's nothing they can do outside of ordering one with a 2-3 month wait. They even tried their best to get me to take a car I never wanted to begin with. I was VERY specific with what car I wanted. Without even calling around first, they immediately try to undo the deal I signed up for insisting that they would not be able to locate the right car and I would have to order one from the manufacture. After having 3-5 people talk to me, trying to settle the issue, they offered me a rental and tell me that they will try to trade for the car I personally found online elsewhere (they even said no one had one). 10 minutes before that happened, that wasn't even an option that they would allow. They said they wouldn't know anything until 2-3 days later. I ended up calling the dealership that had the specific car I wanted (200 miles away) that evening to try to arrange the deal myself as Bob's hadn't gotten a hold of me. The other dealer let me know that they wouldn't be able to trade that car, but I could definitely come up to get it. I let Bob's know that I would be in to drop off their rental the next day and would be buying the car elsewhere as they actually had the car I wanted. Within minutes I get a call from them that they had locked down the car I wanted from another dealership and were planning on getting it the following day and it would be ready the day after that. At that point, I lost it. Absolutely NO communication from Bob's to myself about anything that was going on. I stuck to my guns and canceled the deal with them at the point. I went in and was treated very poorly by every staff member that I saw. They didn't like that I wasn't buying my car from them anymore and it visually showed. That sealed that deal forever with them. They have lost my business and everyone else's in my Honda loving family (in our 20's and have purchased a total of 5 new Honda vehicles). So if you're looking to be treated as a number to them and have salesmen try to pressure you, feel free to give them a chance, I know I won't be back.

First time taking my new car serviced here. Got an oil change and had the cover of my undercarriage reattached. Service was fantastic! Really appreciated that the seat and steering wheel was covered with plastic during Covid. Spacious waiting area, free cookies, water, and coffee. Nathan and Mike truly went above and beyond by helping me fix the media screen in my car. And cleaned my windshield. And not pressuring me to buy extra services. Hands down will always go back to them.

Had a great experience at Beaverton Honda. Very smooth purchase from beginning to end. Our salesman Kyle did a great job explaining the different trim levels of the car we wanted to buy. I appreciate being able to make an informed decision.
I definitely recommend Kyle and this dealership.

Today was the best car purchase experience I ve ever had. This is the fourth Honda that I have leased and the process could not have been more simple. I walked in and told Melvin what I wanted and he made it happen. He was the only person I had to deal with the whole time, I didn t have to go to multiple rooms are places or talk to multiple people and that was a big weight off my shoulders because typically I deal with at least three people and lots of hassling. Today was just a great and easy experience! I highly recommend this dealership and Melvin Kellough!

We had a great experience at Honda Beaverton. We decided to lease a Honda Civic, because it was a promotion on lease. We had a very bad previous experience with other dealer and we were afraid to lease another car. Parker was extremely patient and spent a lot of time with us. We never felt any pressure or negative emotions at this dealership. When we could not understand certain aspects of lease financials, Parker called a general manager and he explained everything. They have open policy at their dealership, meaning that they do not negotiate on a price. it is your decision to buy a car or not. If you are a rich CEO or a student, the price will stay the same. I found this tactic to be transparent and fare for everyone. Great dealership and professional salesmen! Thank you

My wife and I bought a New 2014 Honda Civic here in June of 2014 and had a great experience at the time. No hassle, very relaxed and clear communication on the transaction. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a leak near the rear main seal and took it back in to get checked out. Indeed, the seal had failed (just a bad seal, it happens), but how they responded was great. No questions asked, no paperwork to dig out, they took the car, put my wife into a rental and fixed the issue within 2 days. Nicole in the service department was awesome, communicated wonderfully and didn't once drop the ball. Nicole gave us updates when needed and we left, once again, completely satisfied.

I had chat with online agent prior to my appointment and he didnt mention anything about "One price policy".So during discussion i explicitly asked if the price can be negotiated and I was promised that the best price will be offered by the onsite agent. The worst experience is that the agent at the showroom didnt try to convince us on the price or showed interest to sell the car. He walked away when we tried to negotiate the price. So, I advice you all to visit the dealer only if you are ready to pay the displayed price.

Best regards
Micheal

I leased a new Honda Clarity Plug in Hybrid from Breaceeton Honda. Everyone I dealt with was focused on my needs & they were very fair with applying the appropriate rebates & making sure my payment was correct after all the factors were.properly applied.

I definitely will come back when my Lease ends, unfortunately I will have to wait 3 years!!

I recently purchased a CR-V there. The salesperson provided excellent service. I like the clear pricing structure, it makes the process much easier. One person handles the process from start to finish so you are in and out quickly. They also have a large selection of cars so if you want a Honda this is definitely the place to go. Thanks!

They follow all the Covid-19 restrictions and went above and beyond to make us feel safe. Ask for Margo, she was helpful, respectful, and kind, not pushy. Her and the sales manager worked after they closed to help us get a deal done! If you need a car, go to Beaverton Honda.

My buying experience was excellent at Beaverton Ho...

My buying experience was excellent at Beaverton Honda. (5 stars) Of course it should have been since we paid cash, for a new Accord, but they did give us an excellent trade in amount for our used car. After the sale however, it's been very disappointing in terms of service. This dealership is set up to serve themselves and not the customer. (0 Stars)

First, we needed to have a few accessories installed since we purchased our car on a Saturday evening. Things like trunk net for packages etc and door trim; nothing which is overly complicated or time consuming. I called to make an appointment (first mistake-they make everyone listen to their commercials for 5 minutes before they pick up the phone) Then they told me that they want the car for 4-6 hours to perform the work. They insisted so I had to drive about 12 miles and get a loaner from them. Total time wasted out of my day = 2.5 hours.

Three months later I noticed some scuff marks on the black inside door panels so I called and asked for the parts department to get a recommendation on what to use figuring that they would be the experts and could tell me. After spending 5 minutes on the phone with the parts department trying to convince the person I reached that "somebody" in their dealership must have at least one suggestion on what to use....like maybe someone in the detail department?? Still, the less than helpful person refused to call anyone to get further suggestions. So, I drove to the dealership and walked onto the sale floor and asked for the sales manager and told him how un helpful his support staff was. He apologized and referred me to a couple of product that could be found at any auto parts store. I thanked him and left.

Then last weekend I was stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes in downtown Portland and the car began sputtering whereby I put it in neutral and revved the engine to keep it gong. Soon I got on then off the freeway and stopped at a light whereby the car promptly stalled and quit. I put it park, started the engine again, and quickly put it into drive and sped on. Obviously there was something going on with the car in the electronics somewhere. The next day I called to see if I could bring it over and have it hooked up to the computer to see what the problem was. Bet you can't guess how they responded? They want me to leave the car for 4-6 hours for tests, because "it's not that easy to diagnose" they say. To the service department, "everyone was born yesterday!" They think we're stupid! We know their computers weren't running on MS DOS. Everything with Beaverton Honda is for their convenience and not the customers. To make a customer wait for 4-6 hours for something that takes just a few minutes is ridiculous, and once again will take 2+ hours or more of my time after they again give me a loaner. A long time ago a person could make an appointment for something as predictable as this.

I see a pattern here and I really don't like it. I only wished that I had done my homework on their service department before I had purchased the car. If you happen to see a 2016 Black Honda V6 Accord with great looking wheels in a Toyota used car lot here soon, you'll know what the straw was that broke the camels back.

Enjoyed free drinks and snacks next to the fireplace while we waited for the 5,000 miles maintenance and oil change on our Honda Insight hybrid. We used a coupon for a discount which you need to give to the service representative when they get you to write up the order. Great service, honest evaluation about the condition of the car (it is in excellent condition and they said so), and helpful advice to a couple of questions we had.

As a first time car buyer I was intimidated by the thought of spending hours haggling over the price of a car. Luckily at Beaverton Honda all my dreams came true. The price of the car was the price of the car. The price of my trade-in car was the price of my trade-in car. I loved the non-negotiating policy. They put their best foot forward immediately. No games. Pete was very patient with me, incredibly funny, and made my first car buying experience one I will remember forever (in a good way)! I would highly recommend purchasing a car at Beaverton Honda. Not only are the facilities beautiful, the people there are so helpful, won't pressure you or make you feel stupid, and truly feel like a family. Thanks for everything, Pete and the Beaverton Honda crew! I love my new mulberry (purple) HRV!

The service is fantastic at Beaverton Honda. I scheduled a test drive online. When I showed up the car was waiting and ready to go. My sales associate, Adam Hill, was knowledgeable about the car, thoughtfully walked me through each step, and didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t want. I was in and out in 2 hours with the test drive and purchasing. Could not have been easier!

I leased a Honda Clarity electric car with the ass...

I leased a Honda Clarity electric car with the assistance of Robert Nathan. From the first day I met him where he told me all about the Clarity (and showed me his own Clarity since they do not keep this car in stock) to the day I picked up my Clarity, I felt that I had made a friend who had my best interests in mind.

There was no pressure whatsoever, only his knowledge and answers to my questions about the car and lease program. Communication with me was timely and he exceeded my expectations.

I am grateful to have my new Honda Clarity and was so ready to say goodbye to my beautiful but gas-guzzling Mercedes SUV. The Clarity is a sleek fun drive and feels like the right choice for me and the future of our planet!

I was just shopping and comparing EX and LX models of the HRV, plus wanted to hear drive one. I got to drive it up the road and onto the freeway, and the sales agent was very low-key and not pushy or aggressive. He told me since the year 2017 are being cleared out, I'd get a 0.9% APR for 60 months, even though I wasn't purchasing a car that day. The lounge is huge and offers free cold drinks for customers.

Very rude and pushy Manager (Alberto). Came today to look for a car, I asked the sales and the manager to give us a time to think about the price of the car, since it was just the first dealership we came. The manager got upset and just left my husband and I by the desk. I even asked if we can have the estimated proposal price they showed me but he snatched it and walk away.

Did anyone been treated this way or is it because my race? I know salespeople can be pushy, but rude at the same time isn't acceptable.

I want to start off by saying I'm super happy with the purchase I was able to make here, with the amazing help of Margo!
It was my first time buying a vehicle and I was pretty scared, not just do to it being a huge commitment on my part but also because this entire process of buying a vehicle was completely new to me.
I'm so happy that Margo was there to greet me at the door and help me till the end. She was very patient with me and informative and she genuinley just wanted to help me find the perfect car.

The entire staff was pretty welcoming and given these times with Covid they were always on point when It came to sanitizing everything down for the next person(just something i noticed while I waited for paper work). Overall I'm super happy with my purchase and I definetley reccomend this place!!!
Thanks for going above and beyond for me Margo x Beaverton Honda!!!
I'm definatley going to remember this experience and reccomend Beaverton Honda to my friends and family!!!!! Thanks for introducing me to my new Honda Civic LX 2020 !!! Forever grateful:)

I have bought only Hondas for my last 3 cars and always had great experience. My buying here was fine, but service is horrible. You have to wait forever to get someone to answer and the service was not good. I had something simple break on my vehicle which is still under warranty. They told me they would need my car for 6 hours and would not provide me with a vehicle to drive. When I brought up this was under warranty and a known issue with model I bought they offered me a BUS PASS or I could pay 20.00 to rent a cheap base model from them for 6 hours! I went to another dealership and they fixed it within 15 minutes for me. Beaverton Honda just doesn't provide the level of service I've always received from other Honda dealerships. Will not be buying my future Hondas from here

Really disappointed with my Honda certified purchase this year. The passenger airbags and seatbelt did not work and and the spare keys they gave me did not work either. I was told I may have to pay for these things to be fixed even though Bob Lamphere's Beaverton Honda sold me a malfunctioning certified preowned Honda. Do not buy from them!
