We had a great experience with Elmo at Beaverton Honda. He did a great job of listening to what I was looking for, personable and easy going, and higly conscientious of our time. He made the whole process pleasent and when a porter wasn't available to wash our car, he did it himself. Go see Elmo if you are in the market for a new car!

I'm really suspicious when I was here... I asked to check a vehicles undercarriage to see if it was bottomed out it was a Honda s2000 2005 for 29,000.00 . I was told it cost a lot of money and time to do it.. the only way to see and do it was to commit to buying it... I hadn't even test drove the vehicle and it was an inch above the ground this dealership is untrustworthy... even gave me a feeling speedometer fixing was possible here
Nah-keep going-they sell too many cars. if you can afford to buy today, you will get a better deal elsewhere

I found a great used Honda Pilot ad Beaverton Honda. Oddly though the sales person insisted on spinning a ridiculous story about the previous owner keeping their car exceptionally clean, they just got it and hadn t detailed it yet while I could clearly see that it had been detailed in the last week (shiny everything, not a spec of dust on it). They mounted some nice black wheels and meaty all terrain tires on it to help it sell (also spinning a story that they got it like that) but then did a bait and switch, I can t buy it with those tires, it will get standard Honda wheels and new tires. Oh and I need to wait a few days to get them.
Not pleased with the sales tactics they use here but I did get a great car.
I used them most of time but tell them that other dealer charge less and they will price match

The personal touch has disappeared from Beaverton Honda. I have been going there for years upon years. Now, they have their brand new facility with their "latte bar" and several large screen televisions, et al. It is now the "Honda Experience." People swarm around with their ipads taking pictures of all sides of your car to make sure you don't accuse them of anything untoward. If you happen to drop in to get a mirror that has begun to shake on the outside of your car tightened (so that it doesn't fall off on the freeway) you are told that you need to "get an appointment." I have watched people wait for an hour for their "transportation service.." This is not advanced service. This is service going backwards. I am not impressed. Assembly line mentality. It is a real shame what is happening
to this once loved and trusted dealer.

Very, very Happy with Everything! I am a first time car buyer. It was very easy and fast!
Kevin needed some work done on his car. I took him. I also waited until I saw his car was done before I left. The service department has a drive through bay. Once I saw his car was ready I drove up to the bay. I noticed a young man was driving Kevin's car. Another young man said something as I approached and walked off, and another turned to greet me. Kevin turned and looked PISSED OFF! All of the staff I remember seeing were young caucasian males. I asked Kevin what was wrong and he could barely part his tightened lips to say "nothing!"
Obviously "nothing" was not correct but I left. Later I asked, really, what was wrong when I saw him at the service department at Bob Landphere. He said as I approached in my car, the young man that I saw say something and walk away, and not realizing I was with Kevin, said "here comes Marshawn Lynch." And to pour salt in the open wound the less than intelligent young man refused to give Kevin his name AND the other young men would tell Kevin his name either. And knowing Kevin the young man could have said more but Kevin would never tell me anything worse.
Kevin later spoke with the service manager but there is no guarantee he spoke to the correct person.
Really young men?! I am very disappointed in all of you. This makes me very frustrated and sad. Grow up and recognize what day and age you live in (and where #keepportlandwierd). There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for that comment besides to draw attention to the color of my skin. STUPID MOVE.
Without knowing me, and me pulling up in my 15 year old vehicle, I doubt you mistaken me for a UC Berkeley graduate that is a professional athlete.

David moneno helped to transition from our lease to buying our car, he was super helpfull and he didnt try trick us into getting a new car, we really apreciated that. He was very informative quick and to the point about the pros and cons of buying and all the things we needed along with that. Really good experience we will def come back when we are ready for our next car.

I recently got a vehicle from Beaverton Honda, and I must say, I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The associate that helped me, Rob Soto, was very knowledgeable, and helpful with any inquiries I had. Rob made getting into a new vehicle, during a pandemic, stress free. I'd purchased vehicles from other dealerships before, and they were pushy and seemingly dishonest.
At this place, I didn't experience any of that, and I liked the fact that everything I needed to know was all upfront.

I will 100% buy a car here again. It was so fast, easy, they didn t try to sell you on anything and I got what I wanted not what they wanted me to get. I have bought from a Honda dealership in California and it took half a day, a binder of paperwork and I left not knowing how to use the accessories in my car. This time was a breeze (besides the fact that we couldn t make up our mind and wasn t expecting to actually go in and buy the car). We were helped by David, who was absolutely great!

Salesperson was great but one concern we left the dealership with no paperwork to say we bought the car to have in the car just in case you get pulled over. in all the cars that I have ever bought I've always left with some type of paperwork saying that the transaction on the car belong to me and I have the paperwork to prove it

He knew that I had just got my van serviced and told me about a trade in package that was too good to refuse. They applied $1,000 that I paid in services towards the value of my trade in. I was interested. Freddy gave me a good selection to choose from. I was able to come in the next day. Freddy arranged for me to meet with Elmo Duran who had my vehicles lined up to test drive. Elmo was the best. Super kind and nice. Knowledgeable and sincere. This was actually my second time ever buying a car and it was a great experience. I also told Freddy I was preapproved through my credit union and Honda was able to beat the APR! With the lower APR I was actually able to get the 5-year warranty plus extras, still under my maximum monthly payment. I trust and appreciate the services of this Honda location. Bought a used vehicle from them, fairly easy process with Eric.But what really stood out was their service department. I had a component in my window break less than two weeks of owning the car, and I was able to bring it in and they just replaced the part. Andrew's service was superb, they even washed my car afterwards. Would recommend.
I have been going here for years for all my repairs. The service is fantastic. They are very thorough and professional and never recommend frivolous repairs. Never have to question whether a repair will be done correctly.
I bought my Honda here 10 years ago and bring it back for service every time it needs servicing. They have an amazing crew of people who set expectations very well, and follow through every time. In 10 years they've made a few mistakes, but every time they were able to put those mistakes right. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Horrible Service. Power steering oil was leaking. They changed the Power steering pump instead of the Power Steering Hose and the leak continued. Later they detected the problem and changed the hose. Pump change was unnecessary which costed me 500$.

Beaverton Honda was the second dealership we interacted with looking for a used 2015 Mazda CX5. Granted, this vehicle was a trade-in so they may have been trying to get it off their hands, they offered us a fair price right off the bat. We were secured a price guarantee and after researching other dealerships deals I found Beaverton Honda to offer the best deal. Not only this, but there was no haggling nor coercion when I started asking about pricing/financing options.
The consultant I worked with was named Robert Soto, and he was professional and friendly. He seemed mildly inexperienced, however he had a network of support to ensure my experience was positive. Robert was honest and helpful, helping my wife and I connect with an insurance broker on a whims notice as well as helping us sort out complicated issues we had coming into the dealership (coming out of college and transfering titles on vehicles made our transactions confusing).
Freddie Ortega also assisted us in some of our higher level interactions with the finance team and management. He was friendly and had a fun personality, I enjoyed working with him as well. This dealership made me feel at home.
I highly recommend this dealership and am looking forward to my interactions with them in the future!!!

Applying for credit and completing paperwork was incredibly easy. They take care of all DMV work. Kyle was awesome and answered all my questions. He explained all of the warranty and options clearly.

We went to Beaverton Honda to do research on cars that would fit my needs. We met with Elmo, he heard all our requirements and showed us the 2018 Honda Accord. We told him from the beginning we were there to research and not buy a car that day. He completely understood that and never pushed to make the same that day. I appreciated that since we basically lost our time at other dealerships after they were told that I was not buying a car that day. The process was smooth.
Another upside is that I brought my own preapproval and I told him not to run my credit (I ve had the prior experience that dealerships run your credit through 20+ creditors and that just screws your score). He suggested that I run it with Honda to see if they gave us a better rate, which they did (2.9% how can you beat that?!). I am super happy with my purchase. I am happy to have bought my car at Beaverton Honda and my experience throughout it all was great!

We were worried that this dealership would be like all the others - playing games with pricing and payments, but Kyle explained that Beaverton Honda was different. And he was right.
