Had an excellent experience buying my new 2016 Ford fusion here! My salesman, Leuey, was very informative and had excellent customer service. He provided all the information on the car and packages offered without being overly pushy. He also worked very well with us and was respectful of our limits. Our finance manager, Michael, did a great job at going over our paperwork and what our bottom line was each month. He also went over all the warranties and what was covered and what wasn't. Lastly on the day of pick up, Jace was able to help me out getting my car. He also went over all the sync features and helped me connect my phone to the blue tooth system. Great experience! If you need a Ford, I'd recommend this place!

I went to Baxter to look at the 2016 Fusion. My salesmen Tyler & Jeff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. After test driving the car and seeing all the amazing options the vehicle had I decided to see what kind of deal I could get with trading in my car. I was pleasantly surprised with the final deal. They also threw in the window tint. I am not an impulsive buyer but they gave me an awesome deal that I do not believe I would have gotten at any other dealership.

The whole team was awesome. Carmen Jensen was spot on... My wife and I came in for an oil change last Friday. I mentioned in passing that my speakers were not working on the drivers side of the vehicle all the time. She scheduled a follow-up appointment for the following Thursday, advised me of a recall on my vehicle. When I arrived today she met me at the service bay as Eon was checking me in. It turned out my speakers were bad. Baxter had the speakers in stock and are replacing them right now. Out of all the vehicles I have owned my F150 is my favorite and also my first new vehicle. Carmen has been with me since my purchase in 2011. When we come in she makes us feel like family and takes great care of us. It is a fact that rates at the dealerships are higher than other shops. However, I feel the service we receive from Carmen and the team at Baxter is well worth the cost. I never have to worry about my ford as long a Carmen and the team at Baxter are there for me. Bought an F250 but the card with the passcode for the keyless door entry was missing. So I called and asked if they could plug my truck in and give me the code so I could use my keyless entry. Ian in the service department said yeah they could do that but it would cost $49.95, are you kidding me!? They wanted to charge me that much to simply plug in my truck and get the code off the computer. I said no thanks I'll just look for the computer module myself since the code is also on the case for that. Found it in 3 minutes and got the code myself, all I had to do was move 2 pieces of insulation. So basically they wanted to charge me $50 for 3 minutes worth of work. What a joke.

I worked with Eric Maynor when I came in to Baxter Ford. I had already shopped a few other car lots but instead of just sending me an email about pricing Eric called me when he received my inquiry to find out exactly what I was looking for. He was very straight forward when I car I liked was no longer in stock and had 3 cars pulled around to the front when I go to the lot that fit what I was looking for. Their entire team really worked with me to make sure I was happy with what I was getting and I left a very satisfied customer. In the future when a friend or family member needs a car this will be our first and only stop.

We came in from out of town to purchase a vehicle. Our salesperson came in on his day off to help us. He was very patient when we needed time alone to consider our purchase; he was very friendly and made us comfortable when going through the negotiation and paperwork process; and made sure our new vehicle was serviced and clean when we drove it off the lot.

Great service after the sale! We had several emails and calls from the staff making sure everything was still going well several weeks after the sale. Dustin Lair did a fabulous job in assisting us with a couple of questions we had. In a day and age when it it difficult to find people who do their job well, we found several people, and specifically Dustin, who do their job extremely well at Baxter Ford West Dodge. We would highly recommend them!

I visited Baxter Ford 2 weeks ago in search for a new car, since ours was recently in an accident. The salesperson that helped me, Montana, was great. He introduced me to the new Ford Fusion, as well as the Ford Taurus, both comparable in size to my old car. He went over the differences of each model with me, the technical and safety features, and sat with me to get to know my needs and what I was looking for in a replacement vehicle. Evan Tricker introduced himself as I strolled the lot, awaiting my wife's 2021 Bronco's oil change. I bought the 2020 Eco Sport SE, to replace my 2013 Honda Civic. I am very satisfied with the entire sales process. Evan is the epitome of customer service that keeps me returning to Ford for all of my vehicles.

I purchased a Ford Edge from Baxter Ford in Elkhorn about a year ago. The Edge has been great with no issues. I have bought 3 vehicles all from a small town dealer that made the buying experience enjoyable and rightfully because in a small town you need to have repeat business to keep the doors open. At Bxter, there was constant pressure for add-ons to the point where they had us go into someone else's office to have them explain the same things before they let us sign paperwork. I looked the manager in the eye and told him that the whole process made me feel uncomfortable. The car is great, some people may deal with the pressure better than me so they will be fine.

*1.5 year Update: The vehical I purchased had a flexplate crack at about 70,000 miles. I do not know exactly how this would happen but the repairs were covered under either the certified used warrenty or the extended warrenty I purchased, not 100% sure which.

For Service, I have only had oil changes and those experiences are hit and miss. Oil changes take much longer than what is normally told to you. I have had a handful of oil changes there and typically wait an hour longer than what is predicted. I think I heard they are going to appointments so if that is the case, maybe some of those issues will clear up.

*I cleaned up the original post and gave one extra star to be more fair to Baxter.

Service kept changing the timeline for which I would get my car once I paid; it took a day before I received my car. One positive (and the reason I am giving 5 stars) was having Robert as my salesperson. He was really nice and went out of his way to be helpful.

I went through Kurt to buy my Ford Fusion. Kurt was great to work with and made the car buy processing easy. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly every time I'm in. This location is a good 30 minute drive from my residence but very much worth it!

Mike was a very nice guy! He worked with us on the trade in on the brand new Ford F150 we just purchased. It was a pleasant experience!

I was originially going to leave a positive review, but after a week with the vehicle I purchased, I am less than happy. I live in Kansas, and anyone who has done it, knows car buying out of state can be difficult. Despite the hurdles, Chauncey took care of us by getting us a loaner until our truck would be ready, had it drove to us, and then had our truck delivered as well. There were some hiccups within that process, but when the entire thing is set up by phone you expect that. So to the sales manager, Chauncey is awesome, 5/5 for him.

After my initial review in which i voiced concerns that I discovered after the fact, I was contacted by Matt Phillips who wanted to resolve those issues for me. He has promised to reimburse me for the maintenance I did myself that was not originally done, and to provide with me with 2 sets of keys. It took him less than a day to respond to my complaint, and it shows that Baxter takes customers needs and concerns seriously.

People say one of the best feelings is buying your first car, and now I back that statement up. My experience at Baxter Ford was nothing but the best. Lukas O'Keefe helped me out for longer than a month sending me car options and being honest with what he thinks about the car. At the end of the road, we ended with a boss whip.

I love Baxter! My friend and I both purchased vehicles from Scott Orrick. It was like buying a car from a friend. He made the buying process less stressful and more fun. You can really tell he values his work, and the people he is selling to. If you are in the market for your Ford vehicle Baxter is the place to be.

My husband and I came to the dealership with a specific budget in mind, but a vague idea of the SUV we wanted. We assumed our budget would limit us to a used vehicle. However, Kevin and Ronnie found a new 2020 Ford Explorer with more features than we requested, and within budget. Chip made financing easy and worked with us even though we came to the dealership completely unprepared to buy a car. The whole transaction was smooth, we felt comfortable with the information given to us, and it didn t take us all day at the dealership to buy a car. Jake did a great job on the F150 I wanted. I was very specific on my truck and found it out of state. There were a few challenges to overcome but this was the best service I ever had when purchasing a vehicle, thanks to all at Baxter.

In the end they they did what they had to making things right and satisfied. 2 weeks since i bought my truck and i am happy.

What can I say about Baxter Ford West Dodge? From our amazing salesman Grant, to the manager Matt, and finance man Ricardo there s not enough words to explain our amazing experience. We bought the last model on the lot. We were coming from out of town and they held the car for us. As afar as buying the car it was super simple. Grant asked what we wanted and Matt made sure he accommodated us. Ricardo made the finance part simple. All of these guys were awesome. We will definitely do business with Baxter again. I have taken my ford product for oil changes and service since the initial purchase. When referencing items that are needed to serviced (tune up, air filter and so on) please look up the ford product history to ensure that duplicate services are not completed. I did not receive a duplicate service but one was offered to me. I like the notifications of what is needed but please reference the history of the vehicle prior to the notifications.

I went in to look a a few used Ford Edge vehicles and was introduced to Jeff Loose. He was fair shot me straight and played no games. I think the managers were fair to me and treated me with respect over just getting a sale. If I need to buy another Vehicle Baxter's is on my list and Jeff Loose is on my list too.

I bought 2 f150 trucks from Baxter Ford one year ago. One of them suddenly developed a serious transmission issue this week and now I don't think it is driveable. Baxter service told me it will be 2.5 weeks before they can look at it and they have no option for another vehicle I can drive in the meantime. This truck is still under full warranty. I called Woodhouse and they can look at it tomorrow morning.

Anyone looking for a car should visit Clint at Baxter Ford. He is very easy to work with, and a straight shooter. He follows up when he says, he ll follow up. He s not an average sales guy . You ll leave feeling good about the experience and not like someone tried to $crew you! If you go to Baxter Ford ensure you ask for Clint!
