The whole team was awesome. Carmen Jensen was spot on... My wife and I came in for an oil change last Friday. I mentioned in passing that my speakers were not working on the drivers side of the vehicle all the time. She scheduled a follow-up appointment for the following Thursday, advised me of a recall on my vehicle. When I arrived today she met me at the service bay as Eon was checking me in. It turned out my speakers were bad. Baxter had the speakers in stock and are replacing them right now. Out of all the vehicles I have owned my F150 is my favorite and also my first new vehicle. Carmen has been with me since my purchase in 2011. When we come in she makes us feel like family and takes great care of us. It is a fact that rates at the dealerships are higher than other shops. However, I feel the service we receive from Carmen and the team at Baxter is well worth the cost. I never have to worry about my ford as long a Carmen and the team at Baxter are there for me.
