I have taken my ford product for oil changes and service since the initial purchase. When referencing items that are needed to serviced (tune up, air filter and so on) please look up the ford product history to ensure that duplicate services are not completed. I did not receive a duplicate service but one was offered to me. I like the notifications of what is needed but please reference the history of the vehicle prior to the notifications.
