My husband and I came to the dealership with a specific budget in mind, but a vague idea of the SUV we wanted. We assumed our budget would limit us to a used vehicle. However, Kevin and Ronnie found a new 2020 Ford Explorer with more features than we requested, and within budget. Chip made financing easy and worked with us even though we came to the dealership completely unprepared to buy a car. The whole transaction was smooth, we felt comfortable with the information given to us, and it didn t take us all day at the dealership to buy a car.
