I will have to revise my previous rating. It's was previously a bit inconsistent on the service. But after my last experience, I had to revise the service back up to 5 stars from 3 stars.
REVISION: Just go with Jojo in the service department. She's honestly willing to go above and beyond. We had an extended warranty (another agency) and we were nearing the 100,000 cutoff and the warranty was requesting further records and potentially not wanting to pay for the $3200 in service... Jojo went above and beyond and was willing to work with me in getting records as well as helping with getting the right loaner for the time the car would be in the shop. She made sure that the communication was always there (the texts are super helpful) and called when it was necessary. If the Service Department would take a note on the employee's EXEMPLARY service, they would note how my previous rating changed drastically. Having a rental that would be conducive to family life and also having someone work towards making sure the right things happened can make or break a relationship to loyal patronage. Just saying, she was AMAZING.
