I recently bought my second vehicle from Baxter Ford. Both experiences were wonderful and I could not ask for a better team of individuals to work with when it comes to purchasing a new car. I personally bought my second Ford Escape and I know that when the day comes to find a replacement for it, I will be returning to Baxter Ford. Kevin Putnam was of great assistance in finding the perfect vehicle for me and he walked me through the process from beginning to end seamlessly. If you are looking for a salesman that is knowledgable, honest, and instantly caring, Kevin is your man!!! The rest of the team at Baxter Ford has always been very helpful from Nick in the Finance Department who was very good at easing my anxiety and helping me understand some of the odds and ends of the financing side of purchasing a car to the always wonderful Service Advisors in the maintenance department who always greet me by name when I come in for an oil change. I do have to also mention that Jeff in the detail shop is amazing and is a great asset to the dealership when it comes to anything with regards to after-market items (he's great with remote starts). In short, I would say, go to Baxter Ford for your next vehicle (new or used) and make sure you start your visit off right by asking for Kevin Putnam. Believe me when I tell you that you can't go wrong!
