I visited him every week to collect and told him it was all right but my mother was more than two months with an infected foot and unable to sleep. He went with his trusted doctor and found a nail and told him to go immediately to this clinic to have it removed immediately because this caused the continuous infection. When he went there he told him that now he was taking it off. My mother asked for anesthesia but as the insurance paper took 2 days she told him that in order to anesthetize her she must have the paper or pay a deposit of 500 euros. In the end he removed it without anesthesia. My mother was 6 months without walking well for an operation that has only worsened the problem. Today I had an cervical epidural steroid injection with Dr. Oglio.
5***** for the wonderful assistants at the reception
5***** for super dear caring nurses with humour and optimism
5***** for my surgeon
3** for the basement operation location but then again everything can be improved in time, so all in all 5 stars.

The staff tried very hard to treat me even though my Spanish is not great, and zero Catalan. The food options were good considering my ability to eat soft foods only. The departure was handled quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that asked. I am very happy with my treatment by the staff and consider myself lucky to have been treated in this clinic. Thank you to all the staff.
