I visited him every week to collect and told him it was all right but my mother was more than two months with an infected foot and unable to sleep. He went with his trusted doctor and found a nail and told him to go immediately to this clinic to have it removed immediately because this caused the continuous infection. When he went there he told him that now he was taking it off. My mother asked for anesthesia but as the insurance paper took 2 days she told him that in order to anesthetize her she must have the paper or pay a deposit of 500 euros. In the end he removed it without anesthesia. My mother was 6 months without walking well for an operation that has only worsened the problem.
