Very bad treatment, specifically by one of the receptionists of Diagnostic Imaging. Very rude, she refused to speak to me in Catalan in very bad ways. He spoke to me without any education. Before this unfortunate incident, I was a regular customer of the Tres Torres Clinic but after such a degrading treatment, I will not return. They should look for friendlier and more polite staff. In addition, a MINIMUM knowledge of the Catalan language is an indispensable requirement to be able to work in front of the public. Deeply disappointed.
