I arrive at the reception and there is nobody, the lady at the reception is on the phone, I wait and when she hangs up she asks where she is now traumatology, she tells me that she is in another building and picks up a phone call and instead of leaving him on hold because I He was attending to me, leaving me waiting. When he hangs up, he thought he would indicate me and make a call and I tell him that where I have to go, he doesn't answer me, he follows the phone, when he hangs up, he makes another call, so if, angry, I tell him to tell me where I have to go , because I'm late because of him. He tells me to go down the street, cross Via Augusta and there is a building there.
Well, since there are no buildings in Barcelona, but hey, I go there and find it. There, I ask the girl at the reception where she is traumatology and very kindly tells me that first floor.
