Terrible attention !!! I called ahead of time and made an appointment with the doctor who is dedicated to nutrition. They told me that the closest time they could give me was on 05.30.2018 at 11 in the morning, a time that was not going well for me since I work during business hours, but the next time was several weeks later, so I accepted is now.

When I showed up at the consultation, 15 minutes before the time, they attended to all those who had arrived earlier and my surprise was that even people who had arrived later and who had heard that they had been given an hour after the mine.

When I ask for explanations (it was already after 11.30), he happened to me with a different doctor than the one who had given me the time. When I explain to this doctor that I need a nutritionist, she tells me that she is busy with someone else and that she did not actually have me on her list, to talk to the secretary, when I talk to her, she tells me that now when the patient is finished they will attend ... to all this they attend me an hour later than the scheduled time

I hope that someone from the management sees this writing and takes note so that the appropriate actions are taken.
