I had time with Dr. Cabello at 18:40. Finally and after nobody tells me anything. At 19:42. I canceled the appointment when I saw that I still had two more people in front.
It's a shame that patients' time is worth less than that of the doctors.
I understand the urgency and the delays but education and explanation should be something normal and not the exception.
In short, I know that it does not work at all but at least explain what there is.
