I wants to share my experience with you. Don't go with Variance InfoTech.
Not good company, the guys name is Raunak Jain has too much ego. I asked him to show me the demo of you works, he said we are not going to show. Even though, I wanted to hire Java Developers for his company still he misbehave with me. I am not going to recommend anyone.

Please guys look at this conversation. How rude he is.

Pathetic company. I gave him my company name, email id still he has doubting on me.

Very bad experience I phased in my life. So rude and not responsible person.

Fake people name different, Skype name different.

Scammer and cheater Variance InfoTech. Con man

Only listen English from Interviewer, no any questions were asked and said Hr will take care. Hr said that postpone to designation . Company is situated at prime location shastrinagar.
