Can you give 6 stars?! We are a young company, started just over a year ago. We selected Sisnarine over other options because they were recommended as a Microsoft partner. We needed them to get us set up with Office365 for our growing team and to set up an 800 phone service and phone system. Our team has quite varied skill and comfort levels with technology and we are split between PC and Mac and various BYOD phones. In addition, we are located in a few geographies, thus we rely on online or conference call tech support. They have trained the team on how to use everything from Skype to Sharepoint and have shown the utmost patience and encouragement as team members learned different ways to communicate and share information. They are familiar with our business, our team members and our likely upcoming needs as we grow. They are as careful with our investment dollars as we are. Highly recommended!
