I feel the need to explain this ominous experience...

I feel the need to explain this ominous experience so that it does not happen to future patients. It all started because my mother wanted to have a bunion operation. He went to the traumatologist Dr. Fernandez Fairen. Prior to the operation he did not inform her of anything and only told her that it would fit her. The operation was performed and he was told that he had filed the bone of the foot and placed a finger. I visited him every week to collect and told him it was all right but my mother was more than two months with an infected foot and unable to sleep. He went with his trusted doctor and found a nail and told him to go immediately to this clinic to have it removed immediately because this caused the continuous infection. When he went there he told him that now he was taking it off. My mother asked for anesthesia but as the insurance paper took 2 days she told him that in order to anesthetize her she must have the paper or pay a deposit of 500 euros. In the end he removed it without anesthesia. My mother was 6 months without walking well for an operation that has only worsened the problem. When asked to report reports, he had the shame of writing that he put a Kirchner needle. I had to inform me that the needle is removed a month because they did not say anything at all. I am clear that not only will we not return there because of the lack of professionalism but because of the lack of information for the patient.
