I ordered there very often, was always good. Once I ordered a wrong pillow. Customer service says it would not be a problem to return this even if already tested. Then Mail comes with the requirement to pack everything original so that it works. Called again, extremely incomplete, very rude. Will NEVER order anymore and can NOT recommend it. GAR really does NOT want to give a star !!!!!!
