Called for a mice problem at my house. They came by fast and got right to finding out the problem. They are extremely professional and have super competitive prices. Not only did they eliminate the issue, they even followed up with me a few weeks later. They clearly have pride in their work. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone.

Having pest control problems is never fun, but B&B made the issue much easier for me. I had an ant problem at my home that I tried to resolve myself but nothing was working. I gave B&B a call, and they sent out a technician the next morning. He was knowledgeable, professional, and walked me through the whole process. I haven t seen any ants since he s been here! I had a mouse problem showing up in my building. The two gentlemen that showed up were courteous and efficient. They placed bait and traps in the appropriate places and told me it would take about 3-4 weeks to be settled. It took about 4-5 :) But things are all good now and haven't seen a mouse since then. I'm happy.

I just used them again....Goodness knows why my life has suddenly needed intervention of pest control specialist, but for both insect and rodent issues, they are professional, responsive, and accountable. They project a sense of ownership and partnership in problem solving that is welcome and comforting. Quite simply, they are the best!!!

I hired B&B for a rodent problem in the garden of my South end brownstone. First tech who came out didn t do a good job. I got in touch with the office To express my dissatisfaction. Their response was fantastic. The owner john immediately responded and wanted to make it right. He assigned his top guy to my Property. Ever since, Doug has worked wonders in eradicating the problem. Doug is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease when he shows up on the job. Not only did he talk a good game, he backed it up with results. Rats are nearly gone now. I d recommend B&B to anyone with a rodent problem.

I had a guy out to take care of a mouse problem we have in a 3 family in Lynn just the other day the whole experience was awful I would not recommended this company to do any work and the guy that came asked if he could do the job on the side very unprofessional I would love to talk to the boss just another hack company its a shame

This company is very service oriented and offers their services at a fair price. They were knowledgeable about my ant problem and shared that information with me so I could minimize the infestation in the future. BOTTOM LINE- I don't have an ant problem now!

I spoke to Jerry at B&B Pest Control who could not have been nicer or more knowledgable about various household pests. I called him thinking I had a potential termite problem. He asked me to send him a pic of the critter to determine how we should proceed. It was not a termite or carpenter ant and he told me how I could handle on my own or with their assistance. I was very impressed with the service I received from B&B from the initial conversation I had with them up to the completion of the job. Much to my delight, I discovered that the gentlemen on the other end of the phone was none other than one of the owners, John. He was straight forward, open, and a delight to talk to. He sent one of his colleagues to my house at a day and time that worked for me. After the initial inspection, I received more first class service for the actual extermination. John, himself, showed up with a colleague to tackle the problem head on. Both were very open and direct when conversing with me about their process. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Branden was the best! He showed up on time, was thorough going through each floor explaining the reasons for each method of mice traps/baits. He explained what we humans needed to do the help which is very important to win the battle. It was obvious that Branden was passionate and knowledgeable. B&B deserved credit as well. B&B was responsive and was great in communications. What a great team! I would use B&B and Branden with all pest control needs in the future.

We had been dealing with a mouse issue in our condo building for about a month and a half with no resolve. We were not happy with the job done by the contracted exterminator our building used, so we decided to take matters into our own hands (as we were living outside of our unit at this time due to this issue) and call B&B after seeing all of the wonderful reviews left here. First, Caroline who answered the phone when I called to schedule our appointment was so unbelievably nice and warm. She was informative and organized. Keith, our technician, arrived on time the following day. Not only was he friendly, he was beyond knowledgeable. He came in and within the first two minutes, found other areas the mice could be traveling through that the other exterminator our building hired hadn't even bothered to look at. He walked us through what he was doing, how to take preventative measures in the future and told us to monitor for two weeks after that. While we're still monitoring within the two week window, I left our appointment feeling a sense of ease and peace we haven't felt in many weeks, because of the mice problem in our home. Thank you so much, B&B. It's because of people like you who actually bother to care, that makes all the difference in the lives of others!

Had B & B come out a few months ago to treat for mice in my house. The technician was great! He understood that I was frustrated because I've been dealing with this problem for a long time. I've called other companies before but have been let down when my problem persisted. He calmed me down, walked through the entire property with me and pointed out why my problem hadn't been resolved till now. Can't believe the other company I called never even mentioned it! I recently had B&B come spray my home for general maintenance. The service was impeccable and the prices were extremely competitive. Since the technician serviced my house, I not seen one live bug or spider (and we usually have a ton) and come across dead bugs here and there indicating that the treatment was a great success. I ve been dealing with a mice problem for as long as I ve been living in my house. Moved into this old house in Salem for the beauty but not actually considering the issues that we would soon have with rodents. We attempted many ways of handling this ourselves (thanks to our cat) but it turned out to be extremely unhelpful. I reached out to B&B a couple months ago after officially giving up on my DIY solutions and I can t even write enough praise about these people. The technician that came to service our house was extremely professional, and was taking Covid precautions very seriously! The response to my emails in the beginning was very quick and the time frame from email to service was only a few days!! We have been mice free for a few months now and my cat is definitely living the life being a retired mouse catcher. I ve been sending their name and info to everyone I know in the area that is having problems and I can t thank them enough for all the help they ve provided!!

As the owner of a Real Estate Development Company, I'm sure you can image we've had to use pest control companies in the past. Out of all of them, B and B is not only extremely professional, but also timely and they do complete and thorough job. The appartment we live in had mice. The first two employees that came to our residence were professional and personable...
The employee that came to our place a month later to check up was not.

After being woken up to check my bedroom ( which had no traps placed in it), the rather large muscly man decided to pick up my couch...which also had no traps under it...

I didnt say anything as he moved my $1000 guitar like it was plywood, aside. I did, however, stop him when he told the landlord it was legal to literally break into my 2 roommates rooms without consent. I informed the landlord that there were no mice traps in those rooms, and that it is unethical to just barge into peoples bedrooms without notice.

The employee debated it, but the landlord sided with my reasoning. Visably upset that he wasnt granted permission to break my roommates locks, he was asked to leave.

I want to recommend b and b...the employees who laid the traps were very professional...BUT having the next employee throw around a thousand dollars worth of music equipment and try to break and enter my female roommates room while she slept, really put a bad taste in my mouth. Id go to ecolab before these ex-cons!

I used B&B Pest Control to help with a rodent issue I was having in my home. 5months have gone by and still not a single mouse found running from my cats or decapitated for me to find in the morning. The staff at B&B Pest Control are very kind and knowledgeable, from the woman that I spoke to on the phone to the technician that showed up to my home. If you have any issues with pests I highly recommend using their business. Next I m going to use them for the mosquito problem I have in the Summer living so close to the woods.

We e-mailed in a panic at 1am about Mice after everything we tried was not working and they responded right away and scheduled an appointment later that morning. David was amazing! He came in, filled and baited every single hole, closed a giant gap behind our stove and was very through. On top of that he was very friendly and understanding. The company also gives a 6-mo warranty option so if the mice return they'll come back out. Highly recommend to anyone with any kind of pest problem.
